Foursquare photo gallery problem

I've problem with Foursquare image gallery,the opened picture appear cutted or not resized
for example

I've same problem with a new FF installation,new profile, and safe mode.
The problem don't exist with other browser

Photo gallery problems in Vista IE

Hi there,
I've made Spry Photo Gallery which works fine on Mac(Safari, Opera, Firefox) on Windows 2000 pro IE but don't work on Vista IE.
I can not find a problem. Can anyone help!

It is an HP dv6040ca that has vista 64-bit on it. It has a NVIDIA sata driver, that I have tried to up date today.
Drat. HP has been offering a Microsoft Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller Update/Rollback that has been helping with this sort of thing on desktop models (32-bit), but they aren't offering it on notebooks.
Are you up to date on that BIOS update they are offering? (They don't say what it does, but it might be worth a crack.)

Photo Gallery problem issue with explorer browser

Hi there,
I made a personal website with a photo gallery from iweb and everything run cool in a Mac system but when I visualize my photogallery from my website in an Explorer Browser from windows, my pictures doesn´t appear, we cannot see anything.
Is anything to do to fix this problem?

Photo gallery problem

I volunteered to build a web site for a local community
centre. Part of the site includes a photo gallery for which I am
using the Adobe SPRY framework.

I have enabled a debug window so you can see the rendered
SPRY code.
You will see that the thumbnails do not display properly nor
the default main image. Click the "Next" and "Previous" buttons and
you can see that the main images display properly. So I assume I am
having a problem with the path to the thumbnails but I can't find
it.
This is driving me nuts. Any help will get you a friend for
life
2008/08/06 - OK I have sorted most of it. It was a simple
path problem. Should have seen it myself.

N85 photo gallery problem

N78 photo gallery problem (media bottun)

Hi!
I have problem with photos in media gallery.
Once i removed memory card ( phone was off ), once i place it back, turned on device, all pictures i have previously taken disappeared from gallery. They are still on card, because i can see them with file browser, but i cant browse them in photo gallery.
Is there way to refresh/import/whatever pics back?
New pictures are normally shown in gallery and i didn't remove memory card since.
All other programs installed on memory card work normally.

I have a similar problem to this.
I regularly upload my photos from my phone to my PC and remove them from the phone.
I won't go into the problems I've had with Nokia photos...
When I take new photos they regularly show in the photo gallery app as pictures that have previously been removed from the phone.
The actually images show if you zoom in on an incorrect thumbnail.
I think I may have found a solution:
change camera-settings-default image name-text to something other than what it currently is. i.e change from "Image" to "img" or something.
Anyone know where the thumbnails are cached so I can try to clear them down?
Yet another bug in this firmware. Did Nokia do any QA testing?

N96 photo gallery problem

This week I upgraded my N96 to the latest firmware (20.050). After the install I had a problem viewing any of my photos and even the Photo menu was empty. So I backed up my mass memory and formatted it. After I restored the backup, my photos and videos appeared twice in the photo gallery. Can someone help me to solve this?

I got a simmilar problem after v30.033.281.4 update, i hope you can help me solve another gallery issue. I cannot acces my photos from gallery although all other items (like videos, music tracks, etc) seem working fine. It all started happening after i upgraded fw of my N96 to 30.033 yesterday. I already tried soft and hard reset as well as formatting mass memory and 3-finger re-boot. Ever re-installing fw did not help. I'm running out of ideas. Any clues?

Simple viewer photo gallery problems

Hello,
I used SimpleViewer to created a photo gallery in Photoshop and followed instructions on the simpleviewer site to put the gallery on a page in my under-construction site. The gallery doesnt show... I do get an icon, but no photo gallery, also when "previewed in browser" (ie) i get nothing... I checked flash player and java settings and there doesn't seem to be anything preventing the gallery from working, any suggestions? Do pages containing a gallery like that need to be set up differently initally? Appreciate the help, oh great ones!

if you loaded the flash in DW, it adds the script needed to view but may not put it where you think. check that AC_RunActiveContent.js is in your head tag and the script is on the server. you may need to change the link to within your root folder.

Windows photo gallery problems

Please,could someone tell me how to view Vado HD video clips with Windows photo gallery? I was able to download them into the gallery but when I go to open them I get a" This video cannot be displayed". I would like to use the windows movie maker to string together some cli

Open Organizer and click File à Get Photos & Videos à From Files & Folders
Navigate to the folder used by Windows and press Ctrl+A to select all and hit open or get media.

N96 Photo Gallery Problems @ V20 Firmware Update

After updating my 96 to v20 i'm found broken icons/thumbnails in my gallery rather than the original pictures that we're there before the update. When i tried to delete i got an error message, the files didnt delete and remained on the phone so i was left with a gallery fully of nothing but broken icons/thumbnails. I tried back up restore from the back up file created on the sd card rom file manager but to no avail the problem remained the same.
Some thoughts we're juggling and i decided to do the thre finger reset which took the phone completely back to as it was out've the box and start from scratch restablishing the phone. After all all my main stuff, my music, was on the sd card so removed the card and done the 3 finger reset.
The phone was restablished, running fine etc sd card inserted and off i went with a totally clean, error free phone...oh and immediately done a file manager back up to over write the old one. Yes i'd lost some pictures but hey the fleets of useless unmanagable borken icons had gone so felt i'd removed the corruption/erros off the phone.
Sadly not. Now when i then took pictures all is ok on taking the piccy and viewing immediately but when i returned to the gallery 5 mins later i found all the newly taken pics are also broken icons/thumbnails. File manager back up restore was carried out and the broken icons etc vanished but after that when i took pictures they quickly turned into broken icons in the gallery area. Once again sd card was removed and 3 finger reset done.
Now when i take pictures they are not even showing as captured in the gallery however are showing in the file manager.
Anyone else having such problems since V20 update ?? Anyone have any suggestions or managed to resolve this one ??
In addition to this i've noticed that some of my podcasts cannot no longer seen by music player however can be seen through file manager. I'll explain the podcast problem in another posting when i get chance.

I've got a similar problem.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "broken links", but since installing the v20 firmware, i have frozen or blank entries in some parts of my multimedia menu.
The 'last captured' entry in the 'photos' tab says "no images or video" and displays no image. This does not change when I take photos. The 'captured' entry also displays no image but accurately states and updates the number of photos in the gallery.
In a stranger twist, the 'now playing' entry in the 'music' tab now permanently displays the name and image of the last song I was playing before the firmware upgrade.
Contrary to these problems, the 'last viewed' entry in the 'video' tab accurately updates itself when I watch videos.
This is the first instance i've discovered of someone with a similar problem and so far no solution. I'm sure we're not alone. I imagine it's just some little fault in the firmware (God knows it wouldn't be the first in the N96's history) but what are the odds of Nokia distributing a fix?
Come on Nokia? How 'bout it? Anyone else got the same problem or even a fix?

Picasa photo gallery problems...

I created a web gallery with Picasa to add to the website I'm creating. The problem is that when I go to the url where the gallery lies it will not appear, the only thing that appears is a icon saying that the latest macromedia flash player must be installed. That's not too strange, the strange part is that I have the latest flash player loaded and it still won't appear. Why is it calling for macromedia and not adobe? Can someone look at the source code and/or let me know why I can't view this but others can on their computers. Any help would be greatly apprecaited!

Contacts 'favourites' don't sort - Photo gallery problem

All you seem to be able to do is add a new favourite - it just adds it to the bottom of the list. Why not alphabetically?? After all, the idea of favourites is to get to the person you need quickly. It's almost useless as I have to scroll up and down the list - even worse when i am in the car on hands-free. Fix please!
Also, in the photo albums, if you drag a directory in which has sub-directories, they don't show up in the list - its all one big directory!

As for favorites, if you hit edit, you can reorder them manually. The assumption is you would want to order them the way you want them (most important at top etc, as opposed to alphabetical).
As for photos. You can sync to a folder. If that folder has subfolders (1 folder deep) it will make a library for each subfolder in that folder.

Photo gallery freezing; unable to view photos

I have been having problems with my Gallaxy's photo gallery since before the upgrade. When I go into my gallery to view my photos I can't click on one to bring it up and if it lets me scroll through the gallery, it will freeze up. I have done everything that has been suggested from unmounting the SD card to clearing the cache and forcing stop the gallery. I have turned the phone off and removed the battery as well as the SD and SIM card. I do not want to do a factory data reset, because obviously the photo gallery problem is a known issue. I will lose all of things stored in my phone for a temporary solution, I think not. The SD card is not defective as I have checked it out on other phones as well as my computer. If there weren't so many useless apps loaded on the phone, perhaps the gallery would not be an issue. Are there any other solutions to this problem?????

Yikes! You have done a lot of troubleshooting on your device! We appreciate you taking the time to check into the issue on your own. Before doing a factory reset, I would recommend trying Safe Mode: http://vz.to/1iNs3y3 Safe mode runs the phone without any apps running, which helps to determine if there is an app causing the issue. Also, can you confirm which specific Galaxy model you have? Please let us know if this helps!

Problem loading images in adobe bridge html photo gallery

Can someone please, please help me!? I can not figure out why the images will not load in my adobe bridge html photo gallery cs5. I am not getting any error messages in Firefox and just the x in internet explorer.

I created the gallery as a html file for compatibality reasons due to accesbility issues with flash, and followed the general insturctions. The gallery folder is called wetlandsgallery and it is loading everything style-wise except the images themselves.
I then made the gallery within an iframe so it would be more similar to the other pages on the site and contain the menu bar - but no change on the lack of images!
Having looked around online I think it might be something to do with the bin folder?? Does this have some secutity somewhere thats protecting the images? I am also unsure if I filled in the FTP info correctly when creating the site as I was getting the message "could not connect to FTP server" so I had to copy over the file from my hard drive to the server provider files. All the tutortials say to load your gallery and no mention of what to do when it won't connect to FTP server.
If you could also tell me how to edit the image sizes that would be a great help too, as any size changes I make to either the bin/large or bin/thumnail images makes no difference in what appears in the preview?
Help would be very greatfully appreciated as I am pulling my hair out trying to figure it out with no sucess and a possible bald patch!

Using your source code without these things I could see some of your images.
2. Looking to your website with my IE8 into image 7 (e.g.) I saw this:
what means there is a reference to a html file, not to an image. ???
3. Here it becomes interesting (completely contrary to my point 2.), looking for your path:

I can see this image in my IE8 (some people in front of a "wetland". But still I've to assume (as Murray already did too), that there is something wrong with your upload and the pathes.
4. Allow me to make one brief point, we talked about here on several occasions: please don't use spaces in image, folders or filenames. I'll quote Murray: In general, URL encoding spaces does not lead to problems. ... Whatever the details are, though, using spaces in filenames or paths is a bad practice which WILL lead to problems.
5. What concerns the image sizes, maybe later (I didn't understand your question correctly I fear). There is still my language barrier, I'm sorry.
