FRM-40208 - CAN NOT UPDATE, WHEN RUNNING IN QUERY MODE
Hi all,
I am calling a form in a query mode and when the query is performed in the called form, i am trying to update a field, but i get a error message frm-40208. I have checked my block properties insert_allowed, update_allowed and delete_allowed are set to yes and in the item properties the QUER ONLY is set to NO. can any 1 please help in this matter.

how do you do an enter query? is it code somewhere in the pre-form or pre-block automatically using the enter_query?

Photos not updated when in photo frame mode
I have two iPads and I have enabled photo frame to display photos only from photostream using the same account. The reason I did this is to give one iPad to my elderly parents so they can see my family photos in photo frame mode, just like the regular digital photo frame except photos are dynamiclly updated.
I was expecting the photo frame to pick up newly taken photos. However, the photo frame still display the same photos in the loop unless I unlock the ipad and start photo frame again (by pressing power button twice and then the photo frame button.) Does anyone have a solution for it?Good that you solved your problem. There will probably be other users that need to solve the same problem and your solution might help many others. Parent members not being updated when running AGG
I have a scenario where eventhough the bottom level members change the parent members are not being updated when we run an agg
For example if the bottom level member was 150 and we run the aggregate the numbers are fine. If the bottom level member was changed to #Missing then the parent members are not updated when we run the agg
IN the script below we use CALC DIM(COstCenters,SpaceTYpe)
My concern is the setting SET FRMLBOTTOMUP ON i use, because it looks like it's skipping that block. HOw can work around this issue without affecting the performance too much. For example using SET CREATEONMISSINGBLK ON might help, but will have a performance impact

ENDFIXyes Aggmissg will work with from bottom up. As for performance, believe it or not, having Aggmssg on is quicker that off. That is because when off, it has to look at the children blocks to determine if there are data values present that need to overwrite the parent value where hen it is on, it does not look it just does it.

I can not update my version of itunes. When I install the message "Could not open key UNKNOW \ Instaler \ Products \ E84E5F4E55179FC488DCF773E79CCA45 \ SourceList \ Media. Make sure you have sufficient access to that key or contact the support team." Any tips on how to solve this problem?
If doesn't work try use the instructions below BUT in BOTH folders, first in SourceList and after in the Media.
Start>Run put regedit and press Ok.
1. Go to the key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\9B00314CD581E574FBCE93FE37F2911B\SourceLis t\Media
2. Right click in Media folder, select Permissions from the menu.
3. You will see that is no user, on the "Permissions for..." dialog box which appears next, press the "Add.." button and add in the "All"
4. Back on the first "Permissions for..." dialog box, click on each account in the top-list and make sure each has the "Full Control = Allow" and "Read = Allow" permissions
5. Click the "Advanced" button and the "Advanced Security Settings" dialog box appears
6. On the "Permissions tab" enable the checkmark box named "Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object", then press the "Apply" button
7. On the "Owner" tab, highlight the "Administrators" name in the lower listbox, enable the checkmark box called "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" and press the "Apply Button" -
I have updated from Snow Leopard to Lion with Safari Version 5.0.5. Now I can not update to Safari 5.1. There is no update in the Software Updater, and on the apple-download page, I only found a Safari 5.1 for Snow Leopard. When executing it, there is an error message, that it is for 10.6 only.
It seems that I should have first updated Safari, and then only to Lion, which I didn't. Any idea how I can fix this now without having to rollback to Snow Leopard, update Safari and then go back to Lion?Try this Safari5.1 from the installer package

The download worked better with Firefox not sure why. At the bottom of the page after the captcha>> slow down load is the Free link, it took about 4 minutes to download on my test. -
My Creative Cloud Desktop app closes suddenly when loads palicativos installed. I can not update my apps. Already reinstalled the desktop app CC often using adobe cc cleaner. It does not uninstall the normal way. What do I do? I can not contact anyone here in Brazil. I've tried phone, facebook, email and chat.

Mail on my Mac computer does not update when I update my mail on my iPhone and iPad. Can anyone help me with this? Is there a setting that I need to check?
All that you had to do was to sign into the old account in order to update those apps. What I mean is that you just needed to sign into that account in the store settings like I described and that should have worked. You didnt need to enter the credit card information again - you justed needed to use the old ID and password.
Anyway, I think the good news is that if everything else is OK with the new account, just download iBooks with the new ID - it's a free app so its not like you have to pay for it again. I'm not sure what the other App is that you are talking about - but if it is the Apple Store App - that is free as well.
Try this anyway, when you try to update iBooks, just use the old password if the old ID still pops up.
Did you try signing into the store settings with your new ID and see what happens with the updates then? -

Error 1 or -1 indicates a serious hardware issue.
Take the device to Apple or whomever provides hardware support in your country for evaluation and likely replacement. -
i can not update OS X mavericks, my macbook OS X lion 10.7.5, when i install that show me This copy of the Install OS X Mavericks application, my brother can upgrade with internet that just me can do that
Is your MacBook compatible with Mavericks? Open > About this Mac > More Info, and you will see the MacBook model you have got. Then, check in this site if it's supported > http://www.apple.com/osx/specs
If your Mac is not compatible, OS X 10.7.5 is the most recent version for your Mac. Also, copy the whole message you see when you open the Mavericks installer -

Open App Store > Purchases, and see if iPhoto app is listed. If not, unhide it > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4928 Apart from that, check that iPhoto is in Applications folder. If not, put it in this folder.
If nothing works, remove iPhoto, open App Store > Purchases, and install iPhoto free of charge -

ThanksIf you made an entirely new acount then sign out of your old one on iTunes and any other things and sign back in on your new on, you won't be able to access any of the purchases that you made on your old acount on any other device.
If you just your ID and password, again signing out of your old one and signing back in with the new ID and password could help to fix problems your having.
Also, if that doesn't work (or even if it does) rebooting your iPad / iPod or whatever your doing this on might help too, it just fixed a really annoying problem I had so maybe it could help you. Anyway, good luck. -

Sometimes, the OS X 10.8.3 App Store version gives problems. In your case, download and install 10.8.3 from the Support website > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1640 It should update Mac OS X without any problem

any soultions???Same here. Just becoming a nightmare. Updated iTunes and now can't update apps it itself is showing as available updates. Count me in on the latest "You can not update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software." bug.
Next I have to post about a new problem in iPhoto on a new thread.... it lost the "link" between some but not all photos I have in the library and what it itself posted to FaceBook a few hours ago...
