We did cloning , every thing went smooth, No issues before, When ever we are trying to access forms getting error
11.5.0.2 and 10.2.0.4

FRM-92101 error while opening forms & OC4J

Hi all,
I have a customer having problem after certain number of users connecting to the application.
These are the following setup in the environment:
1. OAS 10.1.2.1
2. Windows 2003 Standard Edition SP1 32 Bit
3. Memory 2GB
They are running the application using the Oracle Form, connecting through the application using Internet Explorer.
Number of users might connect to the application are around 42 users in application server #1 and 10 users in application server #2.
Recently they reported that they experiencing the FRM-92101 in random fashion in all clients computer.
I did a check on the windows task manager and I can see that frmweb.exe process will consume around 17MB - 68MB.
This is random, not all process consuming up to 68MB, some of it will be in the avarage of 30MB to 50MB.
I checked the registry for the desktop heap setting which is in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> System -> Current Control Set -> Control -> Session Manager -> SubSystems. There is a key named Windows and inside here there is a variable called SharedSection. Currently the value is set to 2048, 3072, 2048
From what I know this setting should be enough for around 40 users.
I noticed when 42 users were connecting to app server #1, the physical memory available is only around 140MB.
This FRM-92101 error is not only happening to app server #1 but also #2 which only handles 10 users maximum.
From the information above, I have some questions:
1. What other areas that I need to check for this?
2. What other configuration I can increase so this error is not happening anymore?
3. If I check on opmnctl status, I can only see 1 OC4J home and OC4J_BI_FORMS. Does increasing the number of OC4J can suppress this error?
Please give me the enlightment.

Frm-10142 error while running form

hi,
I have installed Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 and Oracle Developer Suite 10g (9.0.4) on my windows 7 32bit system.but i couldnot connect from forms to database.so i uninstalled developer suite and installed oracle dvs(10.1.2.0.2) on my system.now i can connect from forms to database but when i run forms i am getting frm-10142 error .ie the http listner is not running on my machine at port 8889.please start the listner or check your run time preferences.
Please help to solve this .

FRM - 40735 Error

Hi,
In Oracle EBS 11i ->HRMS module , when opening any form showing error message like FRM -40735 and ora 6508.
And the error is only in this module. In other modules the forms are working. it has no error.
What is the reason for this? Can any solution for this?

**Reproduce steps
1. Run MRP with MRP-M1-PRD plan (plan capacity option checked)
(N) Material Requisition Planning > MPR > Launch
2. Query MRP-M1-PRD plan on MRP Workbench form (MRPSCPWB.fmx 11.5.124)
and Resources button click
(N) Material Requisition Planning > MRP > Workbench > Resources(B)
3. Find Resource (with find option Dept/Line =METAL_FAB )
4. Select first line and click Horizontal Plan button
5. Select Line and Avalibility Button Click
6. Update Resource with following option
Dept/Line = METAL_FAB
Resource = Drill
Update Mode = Add Capacity
From Date = 08-NOV-2002
To Date = 29-NOV-2002
Daily Capacity = 100
7. Click Apply Button and confirm update
8. Return to Horizontal Capacity Plan form and click Current Radio Button

Hi!
I have a strange problem.
I have a working application developed with Forms 5.0.6.8.0. The app uses a stored proc to lock tables for inserts/updates. It works with Oracle8 on NT4S and Oracle 7.3 on DEC Alpha. We have a database (Oracle 7.2 NT4WS) for testing purposes dumped from the Oracle7.3 database.
When the app tries to call the proc. I get the FRM-40735 error message stating there is no given stored procedure with that name (ORA-04067).
I have created a script which calls this stored procedure.Running this script from SQL Plus with the same username/password everything works fine.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I find the solution.
When I am developing forms and compiling them I connect to a database (Oracle 8.0 on NT Server 4.0).
During our discussion I connected to the database having problem with (Oracle 7.2 on NT 4.0 Workstation). I did a Compile All (Shift+Ctrl+K) and Compile the form into File (CTRL+T).
And it works.
I do not understand what was happening during compiling connected to different databases.
Could you explain it to me?

I haven't seen the ora-03116 problem.
What version of Portal are you running? Are the databases at the same version? Does your table have longs or anything strange in it?
Can you query the table via the synonyms and link in sqlplus as the application schema? This is a good test because it eliminates Portal.
You should try setting up synonyms etc for the emp table. If you still get the problem then Oracle may be able to replicate it. If not, then there's sth funny about your table maybe.
I agree with Vishnu about creating everything in sqlplus. I create all my links and synonyms in sqlplus. They are all public. I have 2 synonyms: one takes you over the link the other takes you to the right schema. It's flexible and it works.
data database: D grants to P (local schema) on table T
public syn T = D.T (sys) (get the right schema)
portal dbase : public db link to data database connecting as P
public syn T = T@dblink (sys) (over the link)
P is a schema created in both databases.
Test is: P in portal dbase can "select * from T" and gets the right data.
I never, ever refer to a schema when defining a form. ie. never P.T or D.T or whatever. I always refer simply to a synonym. For the above my form would be defined simply on the table T.

Error while generating form 16 in portal - Screen output without connection

Dear Gurus,
We are facing error while generating form 16 through portal and getting the below error in portal.
Screen output without connection to user. error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE
When we checked for dumps in R/3 the following dump is coming:
DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND with error message :
Message class : FPRUNX
Message number: 102: No job started.
Then we tried to execute the form 16 through R/3 itself using tcode PC00_M40_F16 after putting in the relevant values in the selection screen and then press on PRINT FORM button, but surprisingly the system logs out without giving any error or dump.
We tried doing it repeatedly and once in these attempts we got an error saying Initialization of font server module failed.
We are not getting clue as to why this is happening. <<Text removed>>

This might be the problem of Adobe Acrobat Reader. what is the version of Adobe you are using ?? If it 9.0, then uninstall it and reinstall 8.0 and then check .
Could you please check your installed SAPGUI component? If component 'Engineering Client Viewer' is installed, please uninstall
it. And try to call same transaction again.

I have created my own view named GP_NUIF_V and have also successfully established a Database connection,using FWK_TBX_TUTORIAL.I have developed a personal page in Oracle9i JDeveloper ,which is to fetch particular details from my view and show it .. but whenever I run my form I am continuously getting this type of error..pls,help me out ,as my project delivery is nearing..for this I am not been able to head on to registering the form..I have checked from Pl/Sql developer that my query is just running fine as I wanted it to be..I have also changed the FNDNAM in the .dbc file to my view name but it is giving me the same error..please,look at my error and suggest all other ways in how I can solve my problem ,as early as possible..

Internal error while running forms in oracle application server 10 G

I am getting following error while running form in browser for oracle application server 10 G
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log."
where to find the error log and how to rectify it.

and at what time does the error occur? Upon starting the form? When you browse data? When you execute a query?
Also: do you use Bean Areas in your form? How do you initialise them?
Have you compiled the form against the same version of database and PL/SQL libraries as the ones you use in the runtime environment? Have you compiled the form in Form Builder? If so, try opening the form, hit Ctrl-Shift-K twice (!), then Ctrl-S, and only then Ctrl-T.
Do you start the form from another form? If so, has this calling form been compiled against the same environment?

Error While Generating Form-16 (HR_INF16_2012_B in language EN does not exist)

My client is using SAP ECC6 EHP4 and We recently updated the HR Service Pack to SAPK-60464INSAPHRCIN in order to apply the SAP Note 1829618 - PY-IN: Union Budget Changes for Year 2013.
After upgrading Service Pack we are getting the below error while generating Form-16.
Layout set HR_INF16_2012_B in language EN does not exist

This a Blunder from SAP. And this issue we are getting in almost all the client.
For this we have to download respective Form from Golder client 000 and upload again in our working client.
Better please raise an OSS message with SAP to provide you the steps.

I've managed to settle that bit by following to the advice from other post. Unfortinately, i'm sill getting the same error when i want to view my expense report via ESS (Portal).
