From yesterday, I have been facing the problems in my iphone and my wife iphone. The same problem, "cannot connect to itunes store". I have strong internet connection. I tried all the possible way I could like setting, general, date and time.....etc.
I have proble of "cannot connect to itunes store. After I have updated the new software ios6, the problem arised in one of my mobile. In the second mobile, I didnot updated the software.Today in the morning, the problem ariesed in that mobile as well. I cannot open the itunes, don't have access to apple store . I tried to solve the problem like going to setting, general, Date and time, automatically off, keeping one year ahead date. I tried all the possible options I could get from the googel. How do I get rid of this problem?
No - I have not tried other routers on my network.
What I meant was I could use my itouch on other users wireless networks without any issues.
I'll update the routers DNS to try using Google's 8.8.8.8 instead of my ISP.
Is the issue DNS performance using local ISP -or are there other possibel isues when using local isp DNS?

I click on the icon "Videos", it says "no Videos, You can download videos from iTunes". I click on iTunes, it gives back this message "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". HOW CAN I CONNECT TO iTUNES THEN?.
I have little bit not same, I have videos in iTunes already, when I click to download the videos they work but at the end coming finish will say can't download, let me try again but I try many times already, still not work........

For those who are getting annoyed, I have found a solution which requires you to create a new apple ID without using credit card information:
1. Go the app store
2. Hit cancel when it asks you to sign in (If it doesn't, continue to step 3)
3. Find a free app and try to download it
4. you to sign in option will appear, it will ask you if you want to use existing ID or create a new apple id. SELECT CREATE NEW APPLE ID
5. Follow the steps and when it gets to the stage it asks you for your card info, Choose 'None'
6. Full in all you name and address etc... And click next.
7. Verify your email and Enjoy downloading FREE apps
8. Say thank you as I do appreciate your love :) -
i am unable to manually add artwork via itunes 12 on windows 7. I've tried all the suggestions to no avail. Has anyone succeeded on the same platform as me?
The new iTunes 12 Get Info dialog lacks right-click context menus (at least for now) but it still accepts most standard keyboard shortcuts and drag & drop actions.
Delete Artwork
On the artwork tab of Get Into, tap the image in question, use Backspace or Ctrl+X. Delete doesn't work.
Or, tap the image at the top left of Get Info, this time use Backspace or Delete, it is Ctrl+X that doesn't work.
Add Artwork
Select artwork, press Ctrl+C to copy, tap the centre of the Artwork tab, press Ctrl+V to paste.
Or, select artwork, press Ctrl+C to copy, tap the small image area at the top left, press Ctrl+V to paste.
Or, you can drag & drop to, or sometimes from, the same locations.
You can also copy artwork from the Get Info dialog to Windows Explorer with the keyboard shortcuts.
If the source image is on a web page right-click and use Copy Image rather than copy. (With Chrome I get a one pixel wraparound so tend to go for a temporary local copy anyway - not sure whose bug this is, but it isn't new.)
If you have multiple images embedded drag the one you want to be the primary artwork to the leftmost position.
Replace/Remove All Artwork
The top left image box can be used to add or delete art from multiple tracks. In either case all existing artwork in all tracks is replaced/removed.
Old Style Get Info Dialog
Select some items, right-click, hold down shift, then click Get Info from the context menu. (Use alt/option on a Mac)
If you still cannot add artwork via any of these methods then I would suspect a permissions problem. See Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows.

Bought an app last night. Tried to buy another an hour later and got the window that says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". Still unable to connect to store today. Tried restarting router. Help please....thanks.

This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Whenever I try to download an app, it always says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store", even though I am connected to wifi three bars. And sometimes it just goes blak and quits the app. Right after I downloaded iOS 6 this started to happen. Please help me.

Start here and see if any of these steps help.
Cannot connect to the iTunes Store
Try this first.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router -

Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly.

I have done all the usual re boots on wifi and iPad, phone and so that is not the problem. I have 3 apps waiting to update bit they are stuck there, I cannot connect to iTunes Store and so you know I am not trying to connect to tunes! I upgraded my Iphone 4 to iOS6 yesterday. After upgrading I get the message "Cannot connect to ITunes store" when trying to access ther App store. Tried everything I can think of but still get same message. Help!!

Have you jailbroken either of these devices? Have you used the computer you are trying to update with to jailbreak a device? Have you tried using another computer to do the update? You may have to make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have the device checked, or send the device off to Apple care.

I have been unable to "update all" apps through my iphone and ipad. all my software is up todate, i have been to see numerous apple genious's and i even traveled to Cupertino to try and solve this issue. i am able to buy single songs, single apps, etc. the only Clue i can give that might have a relation to the issue is before the problem started, I was signing up for icloud and my itunes username totally disappeared from my devices. i was able to "resecure " the same username, but i think that somehow itunes to differentiating the two identical user names i had??? but as i said, i can still buy single apps, music, etc.
i am going crazy. can anybody help.Have you tried a Hard reset on your Device?
