FW table disappears in IE

I made a layout in FW. Initially, I placed the Fireworks
table directly into the page, with default table alignment. This
worked in Explorer, as well as Opera, Firefox and Safari.
Then, I centered the table using table alignment. The page
appeared normal IE.
Afterward, I tried using the kaosweaver dynamic images
extension for random image swapping. The page shows up white in IE.
When I remake the page with the extension, but I leave it
left aqlgined, it shows up in IE. What is going on?
By the way, using the body tag to center the page also makes
it disappear.

My timeline table disappears when i scroll down to the bottom

Hi, i have put my images on after effects and everything was going well like normal, until i uploaded my final 12-20 images (im using after effects for my final 3 minute animation for uni), when i tried to scroll down to rezize these images and to make them 2f long the timeline table disappears everytime, also i managed to see that the frames with the problem are not the normal purple colour but are a blackish grey colour... ive tried deleting the frames and re uploading them but the same problem occured. I saved my work closed down my computer and re-opened it and the problem was still there. i also tried pasting the frames into a new composition but again... same problem. Is there a way to solve this problem as this animation is due in tomoz and i need to start adding sounds on audition and premiere but the animation needs to be finished so i can sync the sounds at the correct places

In addition to Todd's curiousity, I'm curious about something else: is this a SEQUENCE of images, such as stop-frame animation?
If the original file names have been retained, they're probably in the order in which they were taken, and you can import the lot of them as an image sequence. To get the on-2 look you seek, you can use the resulting clip's interpret footage settings. Select the target frame rate you want, and multiply that number by two. You're all set.

Tables disappearing when Engineering Entity Hierarchies Logical to Relational
We are using 4.0.3. We have a model with imported from Designer with a number of Entity Hierarchies.
The model has a three of entity hierarchies (ORD, PLAN and STEP) each with a number of subtypes. Single tables are built for each of the entity hierarchies and are called (ORD, PLAN and STEP).
If I make a change within an entity hierarchy in the subtype (ORD_METRIC) and forward engineer the only ORD entity hierarchy as single table, the table ORD gets update but the tables STEP and PLAN disappears from the Relational table list. They only remain if I select all three entity hierarchies when engineering to relational.
Have I a missed selecting an option?

in current implementation for entity hierarchies (only) - "engineering to" flag is used also as implementation flag for entity, i.e. if entity is not set to be engineered there will be no implementation as table for that entity in relational model. Attributes of such entity will be implemented in another entity engineered to relational model. If no one entity from hierarchy is engineered (no implementation) then existing corresponding table(s) will be removed.
We'll change it in the future to be less confusing.

User tables disappeared from our Planning SQL table

All of the user tables in the SQL database associated with our Planning application mysteriously disappeared.
We created a classic Planning application and converted it to an EPMA application. We deployed the application in our test environment and then used Lifecycle Management to migrate it to production. Everything was functioning well until we started getting errors saying "Creating rebind thread to RMI
Query Failed: SQL_GET_SYSTEMCFG: null
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Invalid object name 'HSP_SYSTEMCFG'."
We checked the tables in our production Planning relational database and all of the HSP* tables were gone. The HSP_SYSTEMCFG table disappeared sometime before 11/14/12 and the remaining tables disappeared between 11/14 and 11/16. The tables went missing in both our test and production environments, but I'm not sure of the timing for the test database. Our SQL DBA couldn't find any unusual activity in the SQL logs. We are trying to determine the cause and have not had any luck so far. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
We have restored the tables from a database backup but are concerned that the problem could occur again.

Are you serious? This is EXACTLY the same isue that ypou had ORACLE USER_TABLES Table names in CAPITALS.

Entire table disappeared in Numbers checkbook - HELP!

I set up a simple checkbook for my 75-year-old (more or less computer illiterate) wife to use in managing an internal account. She's spent hours transferring handwritten ledger entries into it. All seemed to be working well. Shortly ago, she attempted to add a new row to the checkbook table (Enter with cursor in last cell). For some unknown reason the resulting "default" balance (as no entry had yet been made in the new row) instead of being identical to that of the previous row was double that amount. When she attempted to remove the newly-created row (she may have pressed Cmd-Delete) the entire table disappeared from the screen (without warning or any "Are you sure?"). Next wrong move — she closed the document and almost certainly told it save changes. Not surprisingly, when I open the document I get the same thing: The only thing showing is the title of the document and the "Account Categories" table (with no values showing; if I click the red arrow I get an "invalid reference" message.
So far so bad. Worse yet, it seems that CC Cloner failed to back up the document last night — so the only existing backup is of the first few lines of entry.
HOWEVER: The document DOES have quite a lot of data in it (or so it would seem). If it is force-opened (All Files) in either Excel or Text Wrangler it comes up with many screens of gibberish.
I hope someone knows some magic trick for getting that table back — otherwise, one of us is going to have to re-enter about 75 lines of transactions.

Apple OS X does have that now, as of Lion. Mountain Lion further enhanced and tuned the autosave/versions features.
If your computer is too old to run Lion, there may be third party apps to do it, if they haven't all been updated.

Scroll bar of Detail table disappears after clicking on other Detail table.

I am using JDeveloper 11.1.1.0.2 and JHeadstart 11g TP1.
I have 1 master table with 3 detail tables.
Master table: Layout style = Table-form --> inline, Stack Groups on same page = Detail Groups Only (Tabbed)
Detail tables: Layout style = Table-form --> inline, Same Page = Yes, Below Parent Group
If I click on my first Detail table (which has a lot of columns) I see a horizontal scrollbar. Then I click on the other tabs. But when I go back to the first tab the horizontal scrollbar has disappeared so I cannot see the last columns.
How can I solve this problem?

Can you upgrade to the latest TP2 version that can be downloaded from cso.oracle.com and see whether the problem is still there?

*Light Table & Disappearing Images*

I created a light table, moved images in, cropped them, arranged them and printed. Everything worked as advertised except one of the images was rather stubborn about the correct crop size, had to reset a few times.
Came back the next day and all the images have the yellow triangle. A search for the images results in them not being found. They have disappeared from my drive.
I have been using Aperture since V1.1 and am continually managing referenced files.

You use the 'Aperture menu > Aperture Feedback' item to load the page.
You then select the type of feedback (in this case a 'Bug Report') from one of the drop-downs and type in your issue (I usually link to a thread when possible).
There are a number of technical drop-down lists for machine, OS, version, etc. and then submit.
Although I don't work for Apple, I know that typically; the reports are viewed by the software team and prioritized by quantity of received reports for the same and they usually try to reproduce the issue.
If they can reproduce the issue easily and consistently, it should go on the list for fixes in the next update (if possible).
Note - I agree that this may be isolated to just us, but I do not run anything modified (pretty much vanilla settings with all software) so I reported it to at least get it looked at.

Variant Configuration - Planning tables disappearing from planning profiles

Hi everyone,
I'm having a strange problem with some planning profiles I've set up in MDPH for several of our configurable products. I'm getting reports from our production planners that certain planning tables within these profiles are suddenly disappearing from the profiles, along with all the values they've input for those characteristics. This is apparently happening without anyone making any changes to the profiles.
By way of background, I've recently created several new variant models (including planning profiles) for a new series of products, several of which share characteristics with the variants that are experiencing the problem I described. Is it possible that this might somehow be impacting the planning profiles of the old variants?
Any help is greatly appreciated. We're running 4.6c, FYI.

Thank you very much for your reply. I've read both notes you referenced and they seemed very promising in that the symptoms described match what we are seeing. Unfortunately, however, they don't seem to reflect the root cause of the problem I'm seeing. Our users are logging in in English, and we have English names for the characteristics in question. Also, we are on a later patch version (55) than the one that fixed this issue (51). So I don't think this one will help us to fix the issue.
If you have any other ideas, please let me know. Thank you again for your help on this!

Why bother using it?
Pages '09 works! A difficult concept for most I know.

Table disappears as entered data reaches bottom of the page

Hi All,
Mac newbie so be nice to me lol.
Imported a doc from Office 2007 (boo hiss)
Has a table with 3 columns, as I enter data into each column in Office as I reach the bottom of the page a new page is created and the table just carries on into the next page as I enter more data.
When I do the same in Pages 08 once the table has grown to the bottom of the page the whole thing jumps down one page and the bottom of the table just disappears!!
If any of you want to see the doc in ?? I can email the file for you to try it.
Any ideas would be welcomed, I am really struggling with it

I don't think I need to see the doc. Rows/cells in Pages tables can't cross the page boundary. If the row is bigger than a page, it will just disappear. Try creating a new row for additional information.

Table disappears in design mode

i have a table that is disappearing in design mode. i am
copying and pasting content (text) into the cells manually,
specifically dealer information NAME, CITY, PHONE. well i am almost
done with adding the content but now the bottom of the table is
disappearing when i click in a cell to paste the content. the
strange thing is that only the portion that is on screen actually
disappears. if i scroll up, i can see the table and its contents.
it seems that the screen refreshes and i can scroll back down and
the table has reappeared. but once again, as soon as it click in
the cell, it's gone.
i thought this might be because the table is so long (3
columns wide by 300 + long). am i right?
i have a gig of RAM and only two programs running, so memory
shouldn't be the problem.
Please Help!!!

Mac? Use the Zoom Percent field to set the zoom to 101% and
see if that

When I mail merge a message that incudes a table with an excel spreadsheet, the table disappears and the data appears in list form

I've tried both creating the table using Thunderbird, as well as creating the table in Word first and the problem is the same. I've reinstalled and updated both the mail merge add on and Thunderbird.

If you do not need all the excel specific items you can just write it to a spreadsheet using the write to spreadsheet file vi's.
If you want to go the excel route you will have to use active x. you can see a lot of examples on the excel board under the breakpoint forum. please post a sample of how you want your data to look and I can maybe help explain what options you have. and also oyu do not necesarily need the report generation toolkit.

Table Disappears in Dreamweaver CS3

I am trying to update some pages that I did not create and
that were not created in Dreamweaver. When I open the page in DW,
the table with the text does not show up. Everything works fine
when viewing in IE.

Tables Disappeared???

I have a problem... I have 10g installed and have created a database of music with BLOB (mp3 files). The table has 1204 rows in it, making it a pretty large table. I got the bright idea to create another table using the unique column and the blob column. After the new table would have been created, I was going to drop only the blob column in my original table and use the unique column to reference each other. I could only insert into the new table about 300 rows at a time, or it would lock up and not complete the insert. During the last set of inserts, 800 - 1204, something happened. The database shutdown. Now I am unable to login to the Oracle Database Control webpage, where I manage and do everything from. I cannot login via SQL, except as user sys as sysdba. When I do so, I am unable to see the TABLES, via select count(*) or desc. Returns table or view does not exist.
I still have the control and data files used to create these databases via SQL Loader, but dumping everything and just recreating it all is not a solution. Grant this is not a production environment, it's just for me practice on, I would still like to fix this without doing a re-install of the software. Can someone please help me. I'm a beginner when it comes to diagnosing and fixing a database.

Partition Table Disappearance

Hi,
I have had a completely stable system for the past two weeks (at last).
I did however have 1 stick of memory on RMA.
I placed this back in the system after it returned yesterday and run some checks.
Passed 2 passes of Memtest+ - had previous failures.
Passed 20 mins of prime95 (a first for me, with 2 sticks, usually didn't last 5 seconds)
So checked Sandra to admire my memory bandwidth - very nice.
Then clicked tune up wizard as I was going for a drink - big mistake.
Came back to a BSOD and the memory dump didn't happen. The BSOD was a cryptic "can't read from swap device".
Reboot - no boot partition, disk was present in bios and correct boot order.
Several utilities later find the Partition table doesn't exist
I get this back with some other utility and have a fully working PC again.
Windows just worked, data on other partition looks fine.
Chkdsk including a surface scan found nothing.
Bad Disk crontroller? I am already on my third board after two dying on me.
Thoughts?

With further investegation I have confirmed the problem occurs when looking at the ATA information in SANDRA.
The IDE controller is fine but if I go into the SATA controller that contains my drive I get information after a pause, windows hangs and then I get a BSOD.
If I have event viewer open I get errors but these arn't there after I repair the partition table.
I get something along the lines of "An error was detected on device \Device\hardisk1\D during a paging operation"
And other type of event 51 pointing at same device.
I don't get alot of time to look at these
My conclusion is either
Hard disk - which tested OK with Western Digital's own testing program run with full testing.
Or ATA controller / Driver.
I have tried ports 1 and 3 - aren't these different chipsets? I'll try the other 2 later tonight.
I have tried all drivers I can find nvidia 5.03, 5.10 and 6.x for nforce 4.
Or is SANDRA the cause of this?
