G/L account disable in Form Setting

Hi,
My client in using SAP 2007B PL 15. They want the option to manually choose the revenue account at the time of invoice. So i had removed the revenue account. I create the delivery document for Exciseable item. When I try to create the OEI, the system asks to enter the G/L account but when I check the Form settings the active column of G/l account is disabled.
I'AM LOGGED IN AS MANAGER. We do not want to enter the G/L account in the delivery document.
In another company of the same PL, in fact in all other databases,  in form setting the G/L account is active and visible and enables me to choose the necessary account.
What might me the problem

Hi Kalli......
During AR Invoice system allows you to change the Revenue account manually.
But not during OEI level. There is no need to change GL at delivery level because ultimate effect of Delivery is
FG stock Credit and COGS debit.
But you want acct to be hit is Revenue which is affected during AR Invoice.
Its happening in PL19. Actully it happens in PL15 also.......

    As Sridharan has replied, document settings authorization is what controls access to Form Settings when you are on a particular form.
    If you want to restric access to form setting when no forms are OPEN and when the user only has the Main Menu...then you need to use Additional Authorizations..

    Hi Sridhar,
    You cannot disable Withholding Tax from Form Setting in A/P or A/R for specifically service invoice only. If you want to disable you have uncheck from General Settings BP master, Item Master.

  • Account Disabled on Active Directory while provisioning

    While provisioning to Active Directory resource,it should Account Disabled on Active Directory.
    I have added userAccountControl in the attributes.
    I am able to read the userAccountControl value where the last digit in the hexadecimal value of it corresponds to accountDisabled.

    Below is the requirement, i found from other thread in the forum :
    Scenarios:
    1). User already exists in IDM and has the resources assigned to the. Their status is then set to disabled on the database, ActiveSync runs & picks up the change, our form iterates through disabling the resources (or we've also tried setting global.disable which also worked) - result is a success. The user is flagged as disabled in IDM Lighthouse, AD account is disabled and LDAP account has been disabled via a password change (the default behaviour).
    2). User does NOT already exist in IDM. ActiveSync is run, the user is created in IDM and resource accounts assigned and created, user is marked as disabled in IDM Lighthouse but is NOT disabled in AD or LDAP.
    Is there a mechanism to both create AND disable a resource account at the same time? If so can this be done from an ActiveSync form or would it be customised workflow? I've tried the following in my ActiveSync which I found in the forums but this doesn't create the "disabled" accounts on AD or LDAP - it only marks the IDM account as disabled.

    Just be cause the account was disabled (Apple ID) doesn't mean you can't reset the password and have access to your iTunes purchases.
    Use the iforgot link to reset your password > Apple ID: "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears

    You can do it by creating Additional authorization,follow the below path
    Administration>System Initialization> Authorizations-->Additional authorization
    creator.
    Enter authorization id,name,option,Click update.
    Click Add sub-level.
    Enter authorization id,name,option,Click edit button next to form setting,
    Enter form id for Form settings,For ex,63771,Click update,Click update.
    Now click open general authorization>Select required user>User authorization-->
    Set required authorization(Full/Read/No).Click Update.
    Hope above solution will solve the problem.

  • What if the consolidation rules is disable in Application Setting ?

    Could you please tell me what will happen when the consolidation rules are disable in Application Setting? I understand that the default consolidation still works (agregate cacul). But i am wondering if the intercompany account will be eliminate in this case? I would say it don't !! Could you please confirm it ?

    By disabling the Consolidation Rules in the application settings, the Intercompany account will be eliminated.

    Unfortunately I forgot to write that I need to set readOnly at runtime.
    I found a solution:
    This code sets all fields of the form at runtime to readOnly.
    // Disabling all form fields

    Even though my email accounts seem to be set up when i press the email icon it comes up with Icloud, EOL etc like it is not set up.  When you press on icloud and put in details it says the account is already set up.
    Email had been set up and receiving and sending email but seems that no longer working.  Have i bumped something and how do i fix it.

    Put all the music on one computer, make sure it is authorized for all accounts, sync.

    I have the same problem - it is maddening. I rely on this iPad for work so this is not just an annoyance! The above solutions of changing the appleid on the device or on the website do not work.
    The old email address no longer exists - I haven't used it in a year probably and I no longer have the account.  I logged into the appleid website and there is no trace of the old email address so there is nothing that can be deleted or changed there.  On the iPad there is no trace of the old email address so nothing can be deleted there either. I have updated the iPad software and the same problem comes right back.  Every 2 seconds I am asked to log in using the old non-existent email.  The device is currently useless.
    The only recent change to anything was the addition of an Apple TV device, which was set up using the correct login and password.
    Does anyone have any ideas? The iPad has been backed up to the iCloud so presumably it now won't recognize the current iCloud account? So restoring may notbe an option?
