G4 Box On Demand Error Code YVM105
I have the new G4 Box.
I am getting the error code YVM105 for the On Demand Players except BBC and ITV.
However on my original BT YouView Box which is now in the bedroom all On Demand Players are working 100%.
Do I have a faulty G4 Box or is there a resolution to sort this problem?

You could try restarting your Youview box ...Press the standby button on top of the G4 for about 8 seconds or more.
Incidently was the YVM105 the first error/problem you had with those players or did you find they simply humg whilst loading on a previous occasion

On- demand never works. Keep getting this error code even after re-booting.

We keep getting this error code when we try to watch TV programs or movies. It has been going on for a few days. I called yesterday and did what the support tech told me but with no success. We unplugged and restarted, he refreshed but On Demand isn't working with any of our boxes. How do we get this problem fixed? We've never had this problem before.

On demand error - box does not have enough credit
For the duration of the day I cannot watch free on demand programs. For example, when I attempt to play an NBC show it states that that my box does not have enough credit and to call customer service. I am calling the The number given and entering the code 8362 as given in the error message. The line rings and then disconnects. I tried calling the customer svc nbr specified in the customer svc screen from the menu option. It rings and then just disconnects. Very disappointed that a company like Verizon does not have the methods or technology to accept inbound calls to their customer service centers. I am posting here in hopes of obtaining some support from verizon since I cannot obtain support by calling.

Cannot move any files into trash to delete them. I get a Trash warning box saying "The Finder cannot complete the operation because some data in 'file name' could not be read or written.(Error code - 36)".Macbook has so much data it is almost not working.
I have tried reseting to factory settings by removing battery and holding down the power switch for more than 5 sec but this does nothing.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I think with so much unwanted data on the desktop and other places the whole os will crash very soon.
Thanks, RickThe hard drive may be dying anyway, or the directory damaged because it is so full. You should never let the hard drive get over 85% full.
A -36 error is a read/write error.
All you did with the power is reset the SMC. Does nothing to reset everything to factory settings.
Do you have your original 10.4 installer discs for the MacBook?

I had an 8GB 1st gen iPod in it's original box in storage and just took it out to hook it up. Charged it overnight, plugged it into new Mac Book Pro and it was recognized as being an iPod in recovery but other identifying information was all indicated as "n/a" (so, unknown OS, etc). Error code 1604 came up so I downloaded iTunes on the Mac Book and it is currently showing version 10. But now when I try to restore the iPod, error code 1611 comes up and the troubleshooting doesn't tell me what else to try. The USB connector that came with the iPod was also never used before - brand new also from the box so that should be fine. I also tried a different USB port on the Mac Book. Any ideas?

I'm trying to update my Photoshop CS5, but continue to receive the same problem every time. The application manager update dialogue box simply states "some updates failed to install." There's no specific error code, but a link to contact support for further assistance. It doesn't take me to customer support, but does take me to a screen which states. "Error "This serial number is not for a qualifying product." I've checked my account and the product serial number is associated with my account., so I don't see any problem. I have not been able to find a resolution to this problem, so I hope that someone can point me in the right direction. Thank you!

I get error code cmob 0x002 when I try to scroll through movie titles to find the one i want to watch on my on demand channel. This has been happening for 2 days now.
It's usually a billing or account coding issue. Call the X1 help line...

I work on Excel files through my Office Mac program. On two occasions, a large Excel file, (about 1.5 MB) will not save and is not recoverable. It gives me an error code -43.
I work on many such files without problem, but this has now happened on two occasions with important files.If it only happens with very large spread sheets, and only happens randomly, then one possibility is a buffer overflow, i.e., some piece of data is so large as to clobber the data that follows it. If that is the case then the problem would only manifest itself if (a) you happen to access that data, (b) write beyond its allocation, and (c) what's just beyond that gets clobbered is something involved with the file's pathname. Then when the pathname is needed it can't be found resulting in the -43.
In other words, more "quality" programming from Microsoft...not.

I have OS X Lion. I tried to burn photos to a cd. When it is in the finishing phase it says that the drive preformed an error and it cannot retry or correct.(no error code is given that I can see) I tried to slow the burn speed and do not know what else to do. Help please.

I updated the plugins in Safe Mode when that was working, unistalled/reinstalled twice, ran the virus software requested (and my own), and it will not start up at all now. The error codes I have received are:
