Game center break down ... help needed!

I just cannot get my game center to work, therefore my games won't save.
eg, The Sims freeplay tells me I'm not signed in to game center so I open up GC app. I see the "Me" screen, with me on it!
I tap on games and nothing will load. I tap on "friends" and nothing will load. And once I tap on friends I cannot get off the blank
screen without shutting the app down.
I've been in settings > game center > my profile name ... all looks ok here until I try and close the profile box down by tapping
"cancel" or "done" ~ it won't go! Again I have to shut down the settings app completely.
I'm finding this infuriating now. I've tried setting the date back & re-booting the ipad ~ still the same
This all started happening AFTER the last update .... fed up.
Any help would be much appreciated

The fact that tapping on buttons in game center and not getting a positive response seems to imply a problem with app, not the device... by rebooting, do you mean turn it off and then turn it on, or reset everything?
As a last resort, I would advise that you backup your IPad to a computer, save all you stuff, and reset the iPad, bringing it back to factory settings.
Put all you stuff back on and then see if it works... if it doens't, It could be the update

To help prevent the last backup from being overwritten and thus erasing the Messages from the last backup turn off autosyncing so that you have to overtly start a sync. To turn off go iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says "Prevent iPods...".

Portal Down Help Needed Urgently (NT)

I was developing a Chart and suddenly the Portal has crashed
the log file of JServ has something like this-->
AJP Protocol Error: java.io.IOException: Stream closed prematurely
*and the log file for Apache has
Parent: WSADuplicateSocket failed for socket 296.
No such file or directory: master_main: create child process failed. Exiting.
I tried starting the server manually it said the httpd.pid file was missing
so i created one and tried the server started
but when i stopped it and then started the service from Service Control Panel it wont start.

Im on the 3gs and need to get the game center app how can i do this its not in the app store

Game Center is installed in the 3GS firmware. You may need to just Update to the current 3GS firmware in iTunes for it to be automatically installed.

How do you re-install Game Center?

I have a Macbook Pro running OS X Mavericks and a few months ago, I deleted alot of my pre-installed apps and I deleted Game Centre because It served no purpose to me, but recently I downloaded a game wich requires Game Center so now i need it back.
Does anyone know how I can get it back or if there is somwhere I can download it?

if you’re not already making regular backups, I’d highly recommend purchasing an external disk to use as a Time Machine backup destination; that way, in case of unforeseen eventualities, you won’t permanently lose your personal files.
Once you’ve made your first complete TIme Machine backup, you can do this to reïnstall Mavericks: boot your MacBook Pro into Recovery mode by holding down a Command key and the R key as it starts up. Once the OS X Utilities menu appears, select Reïnstall Mac OS X. Follow the instructions from there, selecting your internal disk when it asks you where OS X should be reïnstalled to. (This method of reïnstallation should not delete any of your personal files; but in case of problems, you’ll have your backup available to you, so any file that somehow did get deleted will be recoverable.) After the reïnstallation has finished, log in as you normally would, and run Software Update to make sure that you have the latest version of your preïnstalled Mavericks apps.

How can I change the account logged into game center?

I've been using my friend's account on my ipad to download apps. I just recently made my own apple Id and it works fine with downloading apps. However, when I go to game center it shows her account logged in. I log her out and try to log in with my own apple I'd, but when I touch the sign in button with my id and password entered it comes at me with a popup with her apple Id asking for a password. There's no feat I can change the I'd in this window, my only options are cancel and sign in or whatever and it happens every time I try to log in no matter what I put in the id and password boxes in the game center window. Help?

Open the Game Center app.
Choose "Me" at bottom.
Scroll down
Tap "Account: [youremail]@[youremailprovider.com]
Tap "Sign out."
Then sign in with whatever Apple ID you like.

How do I tell Apple to fix their software like apps that play sound even though the sound is turned off and not being able to disable features you hate like game center

Apple is suppose to be the pinnacle of usability and, yet, I want to throw my new IPhone 4s as far as I can and watch is smash into a million pieces on concrete. Seriously, I've already got three things that irritate the **** out of me. First, there are Apple apps that insist on playing sound even though the sound is turned off. If I flick a switch to turn the sound off, I want the sound off!!!! Second, if I do not want a totally unnecessary feature like Game Center, I should be able to disable it. I completed most of the Angry Bird levels with 2 or 3 stars and now I have to start over from square one. Maybe, this happened when I upgraded to the 4s but it sure seemed to happen when I joined Game Center. Tomorrow, I am going to reset my 4s to factory defaults to try to get rid of my Game Center account. I don't want Game Center! I do need Game Center! I hate Game Center! Finally, I had an alarm go off to wake me up and there was a Snooze button but no button to turn the alarm off. I flicked the slider to access the main screen expecting to see something to turn the alarm off but there was nothing. The alarm just kept alarming. I had to warm boot my IPhone to shut the alarm off! Really, Apple!!!!

The sound is turned off. Only, some Apple apps like YouTube and Siri make sound when the sound is turned off. It is very embarrassing when this happens at work. My question was how do I tell Apple to fix this?

The alarm went off. There was a green thing that looked like a button but pressing it did nothing. There was a red button that said snooze. I did not want to snooze. I wanted to turn the alarm off. I slid the bar to unlock the phone and there were no running apps with a button to press. The alarm just keep running. I have not had this problem since it first occurred. The alarm now shuts off when I just unlock the phone. It may have happened because I had another alarm app running. The two may have interfered with each other. I would like to tell Apple about it.
It also annoys me that the button that closes apps leaves the phone app running. If I press on a number at 6:00 AM to get information about who called me, the phone automatically dials the person back and my natural reaction is to press on the button to close the phone app but the phone keeps dialing this person at 6:00 AM. It is a bad design. I would like to tell Apple about it.
Finally, I looked all over Apple's site to try to find someplace I could send them a polite message to let them know that I was not happy with these "features" but could not find anything. It is extremely frustrating to have issues with a product and not being able to tell the manufacturer about it. So, you grow up!.
When trying to fix the Game Center issue, I saw a link someone posted to report issues with the IPad to Apple. The answer I am looking for is where is the link to report issues with the IPhone.

Game Center Friends are Missing

This morning Game Center says I have no friends. However, under the ME tab it still lists the correct number of friends, games and achievements (but shows no games in the six squares to the left and right).
I've restarted the iPad and signed in/out of Game Center. Nothing helps. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what impact they have as I don't use Game Centre, but there are two settings in Settings > General > Restrictions for Multiplayer Games and Adding Friends.

Problem syncing games to game center and iCloud.

Hi all. I downlaoded clumbsy ninja, an app shown off at the keynote 2012. but just reeased a mounth ago. It was syncing with all my devices fine but then it staarted freezing on my ipad air. So i delted it and re downlaoded the app. Now it the iPad won't sync the game progress with game center, i'm back to level one.
And now the progress has just stopped syncing on my ipod touch. i'm on level six. but on my ipad mini, im level 7. I tried on my mums ipod touch. And it just started me at level one. even know im logged into my game center.
Please help its frustrating me.

Game Center disabled all my old game apps.

Updated my phone and now there's a game center app. Whenever I try to open my old game apps I get a progress bar that says "Connecting to Game Center" perpetually. Game Center has effectively made all my previous game apps defunct. How to solve? How do I disable Game Center?

Only you will know what your email address is, nobody else will. If you can't remember it then do you have any of the account's downloads in your computer's iTunes library : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name ?
If not then see if you can find it via http://appleid.apple.com : Apple ID: How to find your Apple ID.
When you've remembered or found your email address then you can get its password reset via http://iforgot.apple.com

Game center deleting issue

Hey all,
I've been attempting to delete one of the games from the Game Center games list.
The normal method of removing a game is by deleting the game from the iPhone itself > deleting game leaderboards.
However! In doing this method, the game is deleted but details are still left on the Game Center.
Resetting iPhone, have opened that app to sign in to delete, reinstalled and deleted, but to no avail.
Previous discussion posts here have been very unfruitful.
Does anybody know what to do?
Is there somebody I can contact how knows the solution?
Does the game remove itself from the games list after a while of inactivity?

I would like to know that as well.
I also have tried to re-install and then deleting it, the game data always remains in game center.
Please help us !
