Everytime I attempt to open Safari 5.1.7 I get a message that it quit unexpectly . If I hit reopen I receive the same message.     There are a couple of options for downloading Lightroom 4:

    The page linked below should also have links for Lightroom 4:

    Be sure to follow instructions regarding signing in or else the downloads will not process properly. If you visit one of the other download pages in that site they have a section called "Note: Very Important Instructions" that gives specific steps for signing in.

Let us put together some information which will be helpful to getting the customized answer for you that will work.
1. Have you purchased Premiere Elements 11 and/or 12 and do you have a purchased serial number for either?
What computer operating systems are involved - old and new?
2. If you purchased an online download of either product from Adobe, you should be able to download these files from
Adobe http://www.adobe.com in the My Orders section there once you Sign In. You can also get help from Adobe via Adobe Chat by clicking on the following link, and, when it opens, clicking on the statement "Still need help? Contact us." to discuss Orders, Refunds, and Exchanges.
Contact Customer Care
If you did not purchase any of the installation files from Adobe, then this should not help.
3. If you have purchased serial number but cannot file installation files or disc anywhere, you can download and install installation files for Premiere Elements 9, 10, 11, and 12 from the following web site. They are tryouts into which you can insert your purchased serial number and then make that your working program.

Ask them. Unless they are a bunch of fibbers, you can easily find out.
Also, note that many things about iTunes work better when there is one account per person. Consider going that way.

What is your current Aperture version? And how did you buy Aperture originally?
If you bought it from the App Store, you should see it in the "Updates" tab of the App Store window; if you bought it differently use "Software Update" from the "Apple" menu.
Software update will only work, if Aperture is installed in the Applications folder, not a subfolder of this folder, and if it has not been renamed. It must simply be called "Aperture".

OS X 10.7 is not a free upgrade; you have to purchase it. Lion may still be available if you call the online Apple Store, though a couple of recent threads have reported it as no longer available. If the Apple Store still has it, they will ask for your Apple ID and credit card number and will then send you a code which you can redeem in the Mac App Store.
Alternatively, you may still be able to find the USB installer at a local Apple Store or an Apple dealer, though available stocks will probably disappear quickly if they have not already. Otherwise you'll have to look for the USB installer on the open market, such as through eBay or a Mac User Group. Those are starting to rise in price.

HT1725 I can't find "Check available downloads"

I can't find "Check available downloads" on iTunes; does this mean I have none? I have missing files I bought that aren't working. Please help...
I go to the store - then where should the link be? I'm not seeing it; so are my files lost? Will I have to buy them all over again? I had a similar problem before and the help staff were able to give me some answers but I deleted the email and now I have no idea what to do. It seems like the format has changed a bit since last time.

I also was having problems finding my Available Downloads - even after reading the tips posted here.
I intuitively was looking for - but not finding - my Downloads in "Store" listed in the Source Panel on the left side of library.
Took me a while to figure out that the "Store" is located in the Tool Bar at top of screen - 5th tab to the right.
Clicking on it will bring up a drop down menu.
Click on "available downloads."
