GCU showing up under "Rewards Overview" but not working on items in cart
I'm trying to buy Zelda: Wind Waker for Wii U. It costs $40.99 and should show up as $32ish in my cart, but no luck so far. I went into my account and under Rewards Overview, it says I have GCU Benefits through Dec. 23, 2016 (I activated my GCU on 12/23/14 and haven't tried to use it till today). Any idea why I can't get the GCU discount to work online?

Well that's really strange. I just went through the checkout process for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker on Wii U and it gave me the Gamers Club Unlocked benefits.
As stated previously by bobberuchi, you may need to log out of your account and log back in. Also, you may want to clear your browsing history or try a different Internet browser.
If you're still unable to receive the discount, please post here and we'll look into your My Best Buy log in.

Mavericks will not download from the app store. It shows up under "other purchases" but the action button is grey and will not allow me to install, uninstall or redownload. I meet the system requirements but nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated!
There is nothing wrong with my iTunes, is more of the App store that I am concerned about. And I've tried the "Authorise this computer" yes it does download when using iTunes, but no luck with App Store. And, yes I am logged onto iTunes when doing purchases.
I find this really fustrating because the App store works fine on my ipod but once it comes to my macbook, it does not download. A few seconds later after I click on an app to download, the pop up message notifies me that the purchase cannot be downloaded.

Why is home sharing showing up on one computer but not the other?
My homesharing is showing up on one computer but not the other! They are both under the same account and both iTunes are up to date. Unfortunatally, of course its showing up on the computer that I dont need it on. Please help me! Thanks!
It could be a firewall issue. Try disabling the firewall and see if that helps.

My ipod shows up on my desktop, but not in itunes 7.
Let me start out by saying I've never had any itunes + ipod probems before. Everything has run smoothly up until now.
Last week I upgraded my OS to 10.4.7 because I had been running on 10.2.8 since 2001 and itunes wouldn't let me download albums containing music videos. So I decided it was time for the upgrade. I also upgraded to itunes 7 and had been previously using itunes 6. This is when the problems started. Now whenever I plug my ipod into my computer with my firewire cord, my ipod shows up on my desktop, but not in itunes and I am completely clueless on what to do. No error messages pop up or anything. My ipod charges and that's about it. I tried doing the 5 R's, but none of that helps. I have a feeling it's itunes's problem and not my ipod's. I was thinking that maybe if I uninstall itunes 7 and re-install 6, everyting would work again; but I don't know how to uninstall itunes and I don't want to risk losing my library. I'd just like for itunes 7 to recognise my ipod and update it. Can anyone help me?My iPod is a click wheel...I think that's fifth generation?
I've always used my firewire cable to update my iPod. I've tried using USB in the past but for some reason it always says that my iPod has low battery and won't let me update it, so I just use firewire. Can I not use firewire with itunes 7?
I'll try using the USB again. It's laying around here somewhere. Just gotta find it. -

I'm having problems setting up iTunes on a new PC I've recently purchased. On my old PC - (Vista), myself (David) and my wife (Chris) had different Windows Users accounts, both with separate iTunes accounts which we could access with no problems.
On my new Pc (Windows 7) I have downloaded iTunes and can access my iTunes account with my ID and password when the PC is logged in as 'David' as the User, as can my wife BUT when the PC the PC is logged in as my wife as the User 'Chris' neither of us can access our iTunes account with our relative ID and passwords. We get the message.. "The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.".
I have seen this sentence on Google and on various forums including this one but cannot find a solution which fits my problem which is our iTunes accounts can be accessed when the PC is logged in under one User but not a second User.
Has anyone have ideas to attempt to resolve this issue?

i got a new lenovo desktop windows 8.1,installed itunes and synced my iphone 4 no problems. then i imported a cd of songs which showed up in recently added but not in main library ,therefore it did not sync to the iphone. how can i get new songs to appear in the main library and sync properly

johnCheck the songs are really not in the Music section of the library by clicking the magnifying glass in the search box and unticking Search Entire Library if it is ticked, then typing in the name of the album. If the tracks still don't show try closing iTunes and deleting a hidden file called sentinel from inside your iTunes folder. This should make iTunes run an integrity check on the database when you start it again. Make sure the tracks are checked before you try syncing again.

my 30gb 5th gen ipod shows up in my computer but not in itunes. ive seen the stuff about this but im positive the problem is with the ipod and not my computer.
i run several other ipod through my computer with no trouble and i had my freind try to run it on his with no luck.

I purchased a text tone from Itunes. It shows up in my library, but not as a text tone. Is there a way for me to set it as a text tone for all texts? Or I am stuck with factory settings?
So it is conseidered a customized text tones even if it was purchased through iTunes? Confusing. Since I bought it through itunes as a text tone I assumed it would work. OOOPS

When i open up itunes on my computer, it says that i have 2 videos but when i sync it and check my ipod touch, it says i have no videos so it only shows up on my computer but not on my iPod touch and its a 4th Generation.

Hi guys...I have just got a new computer and want to get my library back up and running on it. However I seem to be missing some of my iTunes music purchases. Any ideas on how to get them back? They show up on my ipad but not my actual itunes account.

in iTunes 11.1 (I26) , I cannot find how to delete podcast listings showing undownloaded podcasts. Delete does not work. Option Delete does not work. Dragging to the trash does not work. Under Edit, Delete is greyed out. Mac OS 10.6.8.
Tom at the Genius Bar told me that Option Delete would work. It does not.
I had to upgrade to iTunes 11.1.(I26) because it is required with OS7 on my iPod Touch (5th Gen). I have tried shutting down iTunes, then shutting down the entire system. This is the first in many visits that the Genius Bar gave me a solution that did not work.
This is a big awkward computer locked to my desk. I would rather not unlock it and then carry it through a shopping center to the Genius Bar if i can avoid oit.

I did not read the rather long post. If you wish to reinstall OS X 10.4, use your software install DVD. Backup is essential. To minimize your risk, I would use an archive and install:

Incidentally, I do not agree that the printer problem is best solved by reinstalling OS X. I have had HP printers for sometime and, on one occasion, had difficulty after an upgrade. HP technical support walked me through uninstalling all traces of the HP driver and then reinstalling.

How do you know what the data usage was for and why? It shows you date and usage but not the reason.
How can you see what data usage was for on the bill? It only shows the date and usage but not the reason for the usage.
You can not see this info on VZW's site. There are apps for smartphones that will break down the info though, but by site or what was downloaded
