    Does it install properly for you?

    Thank you for clarify I'm supposed to read the ENTIRE article. I thought I was just supposed to read the title and magically everything will fix itself. I appreciate you taking the time to help me however I do not appreciate the caps and the way you have addressed the situation. If you are not going to kindly help people/make suggestions just don't try! And for the record my conclusions are not illogical, the iOS7 thing is on the website in small font (which I got by reading the ENTIRE thing) and you should really find a new hobby because your socialization skills need some help!     What does it say except contacting the support?
    Is it something to do with Licensing and Activation of Acrobat DC?
    Also please update us from where are you trying to download Acrobat DC?

    I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

    If you're still getting the error message (especially when you plug in the Touch), I'd check for a device filter confusion on the PC. (They can affect the connection of USB devices to a PC, as well as burning and importing CDs.) For that one, see:

  • Keep getting fatal error message when i try to load itunes

    everytime i try and load the itunes program onto my computer i keep getting the message:
    could not gain access to HKEYLOCALMACHINE\Software\Classes\.cdda\OpenWithProgides key, please make sure you have access to this key and then try again.. now try as i might i cant even find this key on my harddrive and have no idea how to create it or if i am even looking in the right spot. please help me i would really like to put some music on my new motorola rocker or it will just become a waste of money..

  • I can't upgrade to Yosemite, keep getting an error message when I try to download from the app store.  Have check reqs and have them all.

    When trying to download from the app store I keep getting an error message saying "this version of OSX 10.10 cannot be installed on this computer"; however, when checking the requirements I have them all.

    I have had iTunes on my computer for years.  With the latest software update, iTunes will no longer work on my computer.  I cannot get it to open.  I have uninstalled and tried to re-install.  I keep getting the error message that Apple Mobile Device is not working.  iTunes will not even open.  I have tried to re-install several times. 
    My computer still uses Vista OS, I know it's a dinosaur, but we really only use the PC to surf the internet, print a few documents here and there and to sync with iTunes.
    I am restarting each time I've unistalled and then tried to re-install again.
    Any advice?

    I've disabled my firewall...I've done everything I've read about in the forums...Please help !!

    I am trying to download apps but I keep getting an error message with the options to retry or cancel. If I hit retry it asks for my password again, and then I get the error again. If I do retry it asks for my password again, and then asks if I forgot my password. I reset my password and it still won't work. Help!

    To download/install an app directly to the iPod you need available storage equal to about three times the file download size. Syncing the app to the iPod requires a lot less. Thus you either have to free up more storage or sync the app from your computer.
