Getting extra NULL row in presentation layer when we use CASE in RPD

Hi,
We have created some time utility members in RPD like Previous month, Previous quarter.
Steps:
We have created a init block for capturing Previous month, Previous quarter and added variables with some default values assigned.
Now, we have created a logical column under time dimension in BMM as Previous month, Previous quarter. We are deriving them using following way.CASE
WHEN
MONTH_COL_NAME=VALUEOF(REPOSITORY_VAR_NAME)
THEN
MONTH_COL_NAME
END
We want these dimension values to qualify with measures.
The problem we are facing is it is showing one extra blank row in presentation layer when we bring Previous month or Previous quarter. This is because CASE conditions behaviour. How to avoid null in CASE condition in RPD?

You need to handle the records which are not equals to REPOSITORY_VAR_NAME.
I guess those other rest of values .
Try this
CASE
WHEN
MONTH_COL_NAME=VALUEOF(REPOSITORY_VAR_NAME)
THEN
'Y'
ELSE 'N'
END
in criteria use Y as filter value

To move an iPhoto Library to a new machine:
Link the two Macs together: there are several ways to do this: Wireless Network,Firewire Target Disk Mode, Ethernet, or even just copy the Library to an external HD and then on to the new machine...
But however you do choose to link the two machines...
Simply copy the iPhoto Library from the Pictures Folder on the old Machine to the Pictures Folder on the new Machine.
Then hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library'
and select the Library that you moved. That's it.
This moves photos, events, albums, books, keywords, slideshows and everything else.
Your first option didn't work because you imported one Library to another. Every version and thumbnail is imported like a distinct photo, you lose all your Albums, Keywords etc., the link between Original and Previews is destroyed, the non-destructive editing feature is ruined and so on. In summary: it's mess.
Your second option didn't work because you simply referenced her library on the old machine.

How to get the index of the error record when uploaded using standard LSMW

When uploading data using lsmw standard batch input method which creates an error session if any errors,how can we able to find the index of the error record
eg: If 3rd record in input file is incorrect then error session is getting created with the error and index as 1.But I want to know that 3rd record in my input file is incorrect.

Can't get flash video to stop looping even when i use stop(); in last frame

I have only just started using Flash so im sure im doing this wrong but in tutorials i have watched to stop the video looping you put stop(); in the last frame. I have done that but the video still loops... Anyone know where i am going wrong?

If the question is related to Adobe Presenter, I would recommend associating the SWF with the presentation play bar. This will allow the player to control the playback of the SWF and can move on to the next slide when the amount of silence (ideally equal to the duration of the SWF) has passed.

How do I get my email to not show up when I use iMessage?

After updating my software to iOS 7, every time I use iMessage my email shows up on others phones instead of my contact name and my phone number. I tried making sure my phone number was entered into my appleid settings, restarted my phone and signed in out of my appleid but nothing works. My phone number is greeted out and does not show up under "start new conversations with" like it says it should on the apple website. This is a really frustrating problem and am desperate for a solution. Please help!

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with iMessage. It sounds like your phone number is not checked and greyed out in Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. This usually occurs when the phone number is waiting to be activated with iMessage. It should take no longer than 24 hours, and may resolve on its own.

Get all the rows of the table

     In my example I want to get all the rows of the table. The table has 20 rows. The visibleRowCount is set to 7 and firstVisibleRow is set to 3.
     I have created the table as

           firstVisibleRow: 3,
           selectionMode: sap.ui.table.SelectionMode.Single
     I tried to get the rows of the table using the below code

The table only put in the html file the rows that you define in visiblerowcount (rows control). The method getRows, get this controls, and you only have 7. The table control render automacatically the data in thats rows when you scroll on it.
If that you want is to retrieve the data of the rows, you need catch it from the model:
oTable.getModel().getData();

Table View is an BSP element used to display mass data in a layout similar to a table (table view).
Iteratoris an attribute to modify rendering row-by-row, and make it dependent on the clicked row. In this way, you define an action from a particular line. This action is defined in columnDefinitions or overWriteDefinitions.

Check for null values in conditional formatting when no rows returned.

I have a report that is showing facts for different months.
For some months there is no row in the facts table.
But in the report, I have to show a * when there is no data.
If there is a row in the facts table with null value for data, the conditional formatting successfully shows a * when data is null.
But when no row is present in the facts for a particular month , conditional formatting is unable to detect any null, as none exist.
How we can check that no rews returned for a particular month and then show *?

Spaces getting trimmed in presentation layer

Hi,
I am observing that the trailing spaces for the values of a field in the Physical layer are getting trimmed when I am using that field from presentation layer in Prompt/Report. For example, if the value is *'abcd '* in Physical layer, it is becoming *'abcd'* in presentation layer. Is this default behavior of OBIEE and can I change this so that the values will be picked as it is from Physical layer ?
I am using OBIEE 10.1.3.4.1 and the datatype of the field in Physical layer as well as database (Teradata) is char(40).

I think I could not clarify my concern. Apologies for that. We do not have any formatting issue. We are using the field in a Prompt with operator as 'is equal to/is in'. So when the query gets formed, the where clause is coming as -
field _name = 'abcd'
whereas we want it to be
field_name = 'abcd '
Because in the database our value is 'abcd ',as the datatype is char.
We could find a resolution to use 'Contains any' operator instead. But there are hundreds of reports using this field in prompt. Also there is some reason the application do not want to change the datatype in databse to varchar. I needed to know if somehow we can retain the blank spaces in presentation layer.

I'm getting a null when trying to access (custom) DateTime fields from my work item.
I've got a customized work item with 'extra' string and datetime fields.

This code fails:
