i didnt get get gift card in purchase of ipad mini

Did the store that you bought it from say that you should have received a gift card with it ? If they did, and you haven't received it, then you should contact the store - we are fellow users here on these forums.

    Sorry, I must have missed your last response, but can you calrify what feature do you want to use in FormsCentral? There are email receipts and email notifications. If you want the user to receive a copy of the date he entered in the form, then the user needs to enter an email address in the form and submit the form, but if you want the user to receive all responses he and others submit to a form, then it's email notification. It sounds like email receipts in your case. For email receipts to work, you need to have an email field in your form and set up Email Receipts in the options tab, by selecting the email field in the "To:" field.

    Is the store that you bought it from closely so that you could try asking them to activate the cloud properly ?   • Gift card money given to somebody else.

    I recently tried to redeem a gift card my father got me for Christmas last year. When I entered the code, I was given an error. I then contacted support, who e-mail me a cut and paste response to try again. I did not have a chance that day. When I did a couple days later, it said the code was already redeemed. After a about ten emails, and two people responding, I was told the money had been redeemed to another account. They also said the money was still sitting there. This is a month later...
    I finally called today and they reconfirmed somebody else somehow got the money. Still have the card, was never out of my possession. The only time the number was out was when I e-mailed it as part of the support process.
    Pretty unhappy with the loss of my dads $50. Sort of even more so with the Kafka-esque customer service.

    Not on your own. Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to put it back onto the cards; they'll only do this for cards that have a completely unspent balance.

    I've sent a gift card to myself (to present it offline) and tried a couple of times to resend it from the iOS and still haven't received the Gift Card. I've even changed the email addresses and checked the SPAM/other folders and couldn't locate it yet.
    Is there some problem that can be fixed?

    My daughter is trying to set up an apple account to cash in her itunes gift card. the help site says

    In the Quick Links window in the right-hand column of iTunes Store, click Redeem.
    In the resulting screen, enter the 16-digit code printed on the back of the card (it starts with an "X"), then click Redeem.
    In the resulting screen, create your new iTunes Store account. You will have the option to enter credit card information; if you do not wish to do so, click the None button on the Payment screen ( end of 1st row of payment types) .
    Once you've successfully redeemed your gift card, the credit amount will appear next to your account name in the upper-right corner of iTunes Store. Each time you purchase items, iTunes will deduct funds from the credit until it's depleted.

    My gift card is not legible - When I peel the cover of the numbers it erased 2 letters or numbers and I cannot read to reedem my code.
    How can we solve this - It was a $50 gift card -

    You can attempt to guess the missing characters. There are only 1296 possible combinations...

    If you're still unable to redeem your code after verifying the characters in the code, you'll need to contact iTunes Store Support for help. You'll need to provide the activation code and serial number from the back of your iTunes Gift Card.

  • $ 100 Gift Card - Not Received - Frustrating !

    I upgraded one of my phone - using the TRADEIN Promotion....BASIC to SMARTPHONE.
    I had to call three times and finally speak to supervisor.....to get the textcode.
    After submitting the textcode I received a brown envelope - I did everything mentioned and personally delivered the basic phone to the Post Office.
    Called verizon to verify receipt - they kept telling me they dont have the phone.
    Finally they said that they would give me the $100 gift card in the mail -  this happened on Nov 15th 2011 
    Nov 28th 2011 - No gift card received - Called back again  - was told to wait three weeks - till Dec 7th 2011.   
    Called back again on Dec 7th - was told - the delay could be because of Thanksgiving Weekend -  wait 5 more days
    Today Dec 13th 2011 - No sign of Gift Card.
    I have been a Verizon customer for more than 10 years....
    Verizon should keep its promise  - the way they want their patrons to fulfill the contract.
    This experience is dissappointing and upsetting....

    4 weeks ago I sent a skype gift card to my friend. I got the confirmation email within 2 days but my friend never got it, I made sure his email is correct. He checked spam after 2 days, 1 week and now but still nothing. 
    How do I procede? How can I contact Skype employees about this?

    This is not something with which Skype can help directly. The gift card will have been purchased from one of our third party vendors. If you advise which one I will arrange for you to be contacted by them.

    no worries, I found the certification number in my own account. Still really strange that the email was not immedicately sent to the designated recipient. I might just have to purchase iTunes cards through retail stores.

    i Sent a iTunes voucher to a friend of mine for his birthday, as of yet he has not received it (over 1 week ago). I looked at some forums and found that there is a way to resend the gift card, why would i need to do this? Logic would indicate that the gift card be sent and received immediately after purchase.

    Your friend has checked the spam folder on his account as well as his inbox ? There may have been a problem with Apple's or his email providers servers when you sent it and it may not have arrived, or your friend may have accidentally deleted it - you could try resending it and double-check that you are sending to the correct email address.
