Global Conditions - Powershell Script - Script is not signed (Error: 87D00327; Source: CCM)

I failed to use any Powershell script in Global Conditions with error 87D00327. The script is signed and tested without problem. Setting execution policy doesn't change the result at all.

Regards, Sean

Hi, Sean.
There was a product issue with signed PowerShell detection method scripts that has been fixed in R2 CU2. I just noticed it's not mentioned in the KB article for CU2. I'm not sure what happened here but I'll have somebody look into this.
Anyway, there's a couple of caveats to consider regarding this fix in your scenario. Firstly if you're creating a PowerShell script detection method you must not copy/paste the script text -- you need to "Open" it. Secondly, if you have any previously created
PowerShell script detection methods with signed scripts, you will need to re-add the detection script (again using "Open"). Finally, you must use an administrator console that's been updated to CU2 and a client that's been updated to CU2 for this fix to be
effective.
I hope this helps resolve the issue for you.

    After updating a certificate in PI we are facing MDN not signed errors.
    In Seeburger logs, I can see that the response MDN is signed.
    However, Seeburger, doesn't find the signature and generates a negative MDN.
    Unchecking the signature in the receiver AS2 channel fixes the problem.
    This issue seems very similar to the following thread: Seeburger AS2 Adapter: "MDN not signed"

    Hi Harsh,
    Check the link mentioned in this blog Certificate and Troubleshooting - Guide for Seeburger - AS2 - Adapter by Stefan Hilpp
    As mentioned here on Page 19, check the Signing Key in your Sender Agreement.
    Maybe the signing key mentioned is wrong.

  • PowerShell script : Directory object not found error in Get-ADGroupMember

    I am new in powershell scripting. I am writing a script to add users in different AD Groups. while doing so I do the following:
    Check if the user already exist in the group:
    $mbr_exist = Get-ADGroupMember $grpname | Where-Object {$_.SamAccountName -eq $sam}
    If user does not exist then add the user to the group.
    When I manually run the script its runs flawless, without any errors. But when I schedule the script to run it gives an error as follows:

    The strange thing is the user for which it throws the error is present in the group.I am not sure why this error is occurring when scheduled. Can any one please help? All the suggestions will be appreciated

    Hi mdkelly, Sorry for such a late reply (due to credential issues).
    I am using Windows task scheduler to schedule the task. I am given the administrator access to the server (Windows Server 2012). So I think I set to run the script under system account.
    My apologies for asking this, am I missing something while scheduling the script through task scheduler?  how to check if the scheduled task is running under who's credentials? How to pass my (admin) credentials, so that the script execution won't face
    a problem? Any suggestion on the above questions will be helpful. (I tried to search on net for the questions but didn't get any conclusive answers)
    Thanks in advance.

  • "AstService namespace is not valid" error when querying CCM 4.1 when Axis

    Hi,
    I'm trying to query a CCM with the Axis Java Soap API and I'm receiving a Fault response saying "AstService namespace is not valid"
    I have tried with SAAJ API from Sun (similar to Axis) and it works fine.
    What's wrong ?
    Thanks
    Seb

    Could you trace the soap exchange and post it here? You obviously have a namespace issue.. also, the code how you set up your service endpoint might be of use, too. I have AXL working via AXIS (but I'm using handwritten XML since AXL just doesn't work without hacking WSDLs and I have better things to do than worry about breaking apps when installing a ccm patch) so we could compare the code.

  • Script cast member not found

    Can anyone tell me why the %^$& I get a "script cast
    member not found"
    error?
    I've been working in Director for 17 years and I get this
    from time to time.
    I generally just copy the code from the behavior, paste it
    into a new
    behavior, name the new one the same as the old on, then copy
    the new cast
    member over the old one and it solves it. But it happened
    rarely enough
    that I didn't bother questioning why. I know it's not a
    syntax error
    because the code runs fine after the above process. But it
    does only
    happens when I've made a change to the code in that behavior.
    Now I'm working with a simple movie with one parent script
    and a
    prepareMovie handler that instantiates one child object and
    I'm getting this
    darn error all the time. My above solution isn't working
    anymore. The
    error points to the first line of a particular handler. That
    first line was
    a comment. So I got rid of the comment and the new first line
    of the
    handler is code and the error points to it. If you see where
    I'm headding,
    no matter how many lines of "errored" code I get rid of the
    error alert will
    always point to the first line of that handler.
    I'm sure many have seen this because it's happened in almost
    every version
    of Director I've owned. And by the way, I'm in MX on a PC.

    Dean, I might do that. No, this has been going on long enough
    that I sure
    it's not any definable user error.
    But, I did, after all of these years, discover something last
    night. In one
    case, I did get a legitimate script error that I fixed. When
    I ran the
    project again, I received the same script error, even though
    it was a simple
    fix and I was sure I corrected it. I recompiled several times
    and ran it
    again and received the error again. Then it dawned on me that
    since parent
    scripts remain in memory until disposed of, Director must
    have been, for
    some reason, referring to the old parent script. I had
    already set the
    object's global variable to 0 in my stopMovie handler and
    even though that
    handler might not always run when errors occur, I ran it from
    the message
    window to insure that the object's global was 0. But that
    still didn't
    solve the problem. Then I used clearGlobals in the message
    window and
    voila, the issue went away. Dare I say that this is a
    shortcoming of
    Lingo's design to allow variables to persist/linger after an
    error?
    But what still baffles me is that most of the time when I get
    that
    particular error,, even though I seemed to have found a
    workaround, it is
    not an actual issue with any code.
    When it happens again, I'll send you the code. Obviously, if
    I'm correct
    about the scripts lingering in memory, then you won't receive
    the error when
    you run the movie.
    I just find it interesting that there haven't been a bunch of
    "Yeah, I get
    that darn thing too" here.

    None of my music or videos would show up on my iPhone 4, so I am trying to restore it but now no applications will install back on the phone. It gives the error "Application not installed because it is not signed" for 69 out of the 72 apps I am trying to re-install after a restore from iTunes. Any suggestions please.

    I acquired my Verizon iPhone less than two weeks ago and had the same problems reported here - many, many "...Application not installed because it is not signed" errors. On following the Apple Troubleshooting advice, iTunes deleted everything I had downloaded on the iPhone.
    After reading this thread, I turned off my network card and then turned off Zone Alarm. This time, everything sync'd on the first try.
    Yes, it ***** to have to do that, but you don't have to REMOVE your ZoneAlarm; just disable it temporarily to get the sync done. It is a pain, yes, to not be able to use the computer to connect to the Internet for that 15 minutes or so, but if you do it right you won't be at risk and you'll be able to back up your phone/load music and etc.
    Until ZoneAlarm fixes itself, this is our best option.

  • Enabling Global Script Protection is not working while adding "&"

    Hi All,
    To prevent crosssite scripting attacks I ticked the the check box "Enable Global Script Protection" in CF admin. But it is not working , I mean not able to prevent the scripting attacks.
    Steps I followed
    1] I executed the below URL.
         https://xyz.abc.com/index.cfm?cardholder_number=&<script>alert(1)</script>
    2] In the fornt end I got a javascript alert message as injected in the URL.
    But this alert message should not come as I have enabled script protection in CF admin. Right????
    Now I removed "&" (https://xyz.abc.com/index.cfm?cardholder_number=<script>alert(1)</script>) from the above URL  then I was not getting the javascript alert message. Does this mean that script protection will not work if we are adding "&" to the URL????.
    I searched the neo-security.xml and its looks like below.
    <var name='CrossSiteScriptPatterns'><struct type='coldfusion.server.ConfigMap'><var name='&lt;\s*(object|embed|script|applet|meta)'><string>&lt;InvalidTag</string></var></st ruct></var>
    Can any one help me out to fix this.

    Abdul L Koyappayil wrote:
    But still one doubt remains why alert message is coming only when there is "&" in the URL??
    This happens with "&" because it is a special Javascript symbol whose purpose is to delimit - that is, separate - the key-value value pairs in the URL's query-string. For example, in the URL www.myDomain.com/index.cfm?a=1&b=2, the "&" delimits the query-string into the 2 key-value pairs
    a=1
    b=2
    Let us then consider the case where the URL is www.myDomain.com/index.cfm?cardholder_number=&<script>alert(1)</script>. The & will delimit the query-string into
    cardholder_number=
    <script>alert(1)</script>
    The presence of '&' implies there are 2 variables. However, there is only one '=' sign, which means there is just one key-value pair. In addition, cardholder_number is a legal name for a URL variable, whereas <script>alert(1)</script> is not. The browser therefore sends the following query-string to your application
    cardholder_number=EMPTY_STRING&<script>alert(1)</script>
    However, Coldfusion's scriptprotect feature will intervene and neutralize this to
    cardholder_number=EMPTY_STRING&<invalidtag>alert(1)</script>
    which is harmless. These will enter into Coldfusion as the URL variables
    cardholder_number=EMPTY_STRING
    EMPTY_STRING=EMPTY_STRING
    The special nature of '&' as delimiter is what prompts the browser to run the script. In fact, by default, browsers will run any Javascript that you place in the query-string. Run this, for example
    http://www.myDomain.com/index.cfm?<script>alert(1)</script>
    But what reason will I say if they are asking me why javascript alert is coming then.
    As you have just seen, the <script> tag cannot come in. The alert occurs at the browser - that is, at the client - but Coldfusion runs at the server. Communication between client and server is by means of the URL variables that the client sends to the server. For the attack to be effective, it has to be sent in the form
    sneakyVar=<script>alert(1)</script>
    That is not the case here.

  • Powershell- FTP Script to copy files only after a certain time

    Hey guys,
    We are currently running an FTP script that decrypts pgp and copies/moves several files to different archived and production locations. These files come in constantly throughout the day and we need to ensure a certain 8 files get moved to 4 different locations
    but NOT before a certain time.
    Ex: File1 and File2 are received EARLY along with 50 other files and decrypted at 9pm EST on 9/4. File1 and file2 need to WAIT to be moved until after 12:05am EST on 9/5 or it is slapped with an incorrect $date/time and not processed correctly but
    every other file needs to be moved (which is currently all configured).
    Right now, both file1 and file2 are being moved as the script runs  (every 10 minutes) so when the files come in early from the vendor- they get the incorrect date/time stamp.
    I'm fairly new to powershell so I'm not quite sure how to set this up to only move the file if it is between a certain time- say 12am-1am and no other time.

    I was able to resolve this myself by doing the following:
    $hourdate = get-time –uformat “%H”
    #Copy-Item as long as time is in the 12:00am or 1am hour
    if(($hourDate -eq "0")-or ($hourdate -eq "1"))
    copy-item objects
    Thanks guys

  • Another powershell workflow script will run in powershell ISE but no powershell command prompt.

    Hi,
    Im having some issue with a few powershell workflow scripts that will work in powershell ISE but they will appear to not run in a Admin powershell command prompt session.
    The script is simple.
    Workflow NewUser
        Param (
                [Parameter(Mandatory=$True)]
                [string] $givenname,
                [Parameter(Mandatory=$True)]
                [string] $surname,
                [Parameter(Mandatory=$True)]
                [string] $template
        "Param1 = $givenname"
        "Param2 = $surname"
        "Param3 = $template"
    The saved file name is NewUser.ps1.
    When I run .\NewUser.ps1 -givenname test -surname test -template test
    Nothing happens.   In Powershell ISE, it outputs
    Param1 = test
    Param2 = test
    Template = test
    I can run .\NewUser.ps1 skdjfsdkfjsdkfjsdkfj in powershell command
    and nothing happens.
    I notice this behavior with a number of scripts that I get working with ISE and they dont work in powershell command prompt.
    We are using Powershell 4.0
    Thanks Lance

    When I run
    Set-psdebug -step
    then newuser.ps1 -givename test -surname test -template test
    it gets to the line workflow newuser and quits
    am I missing some dependency?
