I have a case like that: Supposing we don't have neither Sales Order nor Outbound Delivery (because not implement SD, for eg).
Then, we stil want goods issue to customer. So can u advise me how to do: which Tcode, which movement type,...

Create a cost center for customer and issue the goods with respect to this cost center in MB1A transaction using movement type 201.
Then all the issues will be tracked based on this cost center.

For the particular customer, i want to have difference of 1 day in between the material availability date & good issue date in the schedule line. I think you can easily enable this in Route scheduling /Delivery scheduling. You have to maintain the load time and pick/pack time as the total of 8hours. If this is done, then after material availability date, one more day will be added and the final day will be considered as GI date.
If you dont want to do this, you only have to enable this by Z by using a user exit where you can add one day to the MBDAT and update that in GI date. -
BAPI to post a Goods issue with relation to Sales Order?

I tried using BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE but it returns the message 'Goods Movement not possible with mvmt type 601'.

Accounting entry:- Change in stock of Fin. Goods A/c Dr.
To Stock of Fin. Goods A/c
2) Customer Invoice through T.code "FB70"
Accounting entry:- Customer A/c Dr.
To Sales of Fin. Goods A/c.
We are temporarily not implementing SD module, i am entering Sales transaction data. Are the above two accounting entries correct in respect to "Goods Issue" and "Customer Invoice" ?

We are using this BAPI, we are able to post billing document without any reference.
Billing is happening in external systems, and we are uploading those billing documents into SAP.
Goto SE37, enter BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE press F8.
Pass the values in BILLINGDATAIN table. salesorg,DC,division, Document type, ORDBILLTYP is 'FX' . sold-to party, material,qty and other informaion.
Maintain pricing information in CONDITIONDATAIN table. enter condition type and condition value.
E.g PR00 100,
Select Newline for second condition type. maintain another condition type and value. Go back
Execute it .
You will get document number in success table. -

We need to restrict authorization for customer master, sale order and billing based on sales office.
Can somebody guide me how to activate this ? Has anyone of you have successfully done that?

User authorization is within Basis expertise, but if you want to get some feel for what authorization objects are take a look at trans SUIM. But basically how it works is for a given transaction the level of check is specified -- in this case Sales Office. Based on values stored in that field the user is allowed or not allowed transaction access.
So you determine whatever the needed matrix is for authorization restriction (i.e. user A can access Sales Office xxx, user B can access Sales Office yyy & so on). Also give Basis the transaction codes to restrict, along w/the technical table/field for each (like from customer master - KNVV-VKBUR, from sales doc level VBAK-VKBUR). Basis sets up the authorization object w/assignments to the users accordingly.
This is standard SAP & your Basis support should be familiar with it. Good luck. -

Goods Issue to Customer not done
Dear All,
We have customize service module. We can select Return, Goods Issue to Customer, Inventory Transfer activity from activity tab on Service call itself.
Problem is..first i have return material from Customer , then i have transfer inventory from branch whs to repair center whs and now i like to issue material to customer after repairing.
When i am doing Goods issue to customer, it is giving error i.e. Inventory falls below minimum level.
Can any body guide me for this.

Check out whether in the item master you have selected " Manage Inventory By Warehouse" and whether you have maintained the stock figure in the Required (Purchase UoM) field,the Minimum and the Maximum field in the items rows. In the Required (Purchase UoM) field the system displays the quantity needed to keep the stock at the minimum level.
The system:
1. Issues alerts when the quantity goes below the minimum (Release Stock Below Minimum Level in Document Settings must be selected)
2. Does not let you enter stock documents when stock reaches maximum quantity

i tried to drive it from table VBRP but the derivation failed as table VBRP need the billing doc. number & i can't get it from COPA
POS does not create any sales order , the in coming inbound doc. create billing directly ( billing type : FP ).

We are in need of MRP run without sale order. I have created Finished product material (T-Shirt) and assigned components to that and then I ran MRP, If I do so, MRP is exploded but result is not satisfied some non components are displayed.
What is my requirement is ,when I run MRP if there is stock availble production order should be created otherwise Material requirement has to created.

Standard MRP will create Dependent requirements (demand elements). MRP will create order PROPOSALs (purchase reqs or planned orders)(supply elements). MRP can be immediately followed by an additional program that will convert planned orders to Production orders. All these things are possible.
However, MRP will not check for the availability of components, and then selectively create production orders. Availability check, which is not part of MRP, is usually performed at a later part of the production order cycle.

SD consolidating multiple sales orders onto a delivery
Dear SD gurus, I have a situation where I am trying to consolidaqte multiple sales orders onto a delivery. I have read the documentation and have created sales orders with the same: ship to party, incoterms ect. I have also selected the 'combine orders' check box in the customer master record. I am generating the deliveries using VL10A - but I am still getting one delivery for each order. Is there anything else I need to do?

Basically, all fields which are copied to the header of the delivery (tableLIKP) via the routines of the copy control lead to a delivery split. Furthermore, some fields are copied to the header by all means and are relevant for the split there.
Split fields that cannot be changed are:
VSTEL Shipping point
KUNNR Goods recipient
ROUTE Route
The following split-relevant fields can be affected via the copy control,however, they should not be filled differently from the defaults since they are necessary for the control of the shipping process:
VKORG Sales organization
