Google HTTP Server Request Error

I have a problem accessing any Google websites. I can visit Google.com without any issues. However, any other sites, such as Drive, Analytics etc. I cannot visit them. Basically this is what is happening. I type drive.google.com in the browser (I tried in all three major browsers i.e Chrome, Firefox and Safari). The error I get is attached as a image (Error is displayed in Chrome).
However, after that error, when I add HTTPS in front of the URL, it works fine. Now this happens only when I'm at my work. Though it doesn't happen for anyone else at work. The IT department doesn't know what is going on either since my laptop is the only one that is facing the issues. I'm running OX 10.9 Not sure if this is a virus or what. They have tried flushing the DNS and releasing and renewing IP. But nothing works. Any ideas on what it can be?

Turns out that the problem was that the Application Pool
Identity didn't have access to the SQL DBs to do CRUD. I guess you
should never be too sure of things. -=o/

    To whom it may concern,
I have recently applied a few patches for my client's server for IE9 but then one application starts to malfunction right after upgrade return successful. The program affected is CyberTech player which make use of Microsoft Silverlight.
My client currently uses Wind 2008 R2 x64, patches applied are below:
    MS13-009-IE9-Windows6.1-KB2792100-x64
    MS13-010_IE9-Windows6.1-KB2797052-x64-sp1

    MS13-069_IE9-Windows6.1-KB2870699-x64
Please let me now if any further information is needed.
Your prompt response will be much appreciated.

    Hi,
Based on your description, I would like to suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight.
    http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/
I also would like to suggest you update the CyberTech player so that it can be compatible with this update.
Meanwhile, the http web request error was caused by IE itself:
    1. Improperly install or configure updates
    2. Security website authentications issue
    3. IE settings
You may try the following steps to check the issue:
    1. Run IE with no add-ons. Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (with no add-ons).
    2. Try to use compatibility mode (go to tools --> Compatibility View Settings) to check the issue.
For further research, it would be kind of you to capture a screenshot of the error page.
    Hope it helps.

  • Server Request Error EVERY TIME I try to create an Iphoto08 Gallery

I have a lot of space in my .mac account, and I’ve tried even with a just one-photo album, and I can’t put my gallery online.
Every time I try, the IPhoto08 starts connecting and after some seconds shows the same message: Server Request Error (Error en la petición para el Servidor – in Spanish)
    Thanks for your help,

7.0.2 is the update that's supposed to fix that problem. If you're still having problems then check to make sure your web gallery names do not have any quote marks or ' or other unusual characters.
    Do you Twango?
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've written an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.

  • ICal Server Request Error

We have a network of iCal users that were connecting to a 10.5.8 Server with iCal Server and have upgraded to 10.6.4 Server. The clients are still primarily 10.5.8. The DNS was also redone on the network during that change. iCal is authenticating and shows the events as well as list all delegates etc, but when you post a new event from one of the accounts we get the following error:
    Request Error
    There was a problem writing "New Event" in "Account Calendar" in account {name of the account}
    The server responded with
    "HTTP/1.1 409 Conflict"

In the Internet Accounts preference pane, delete the BT Internet calendar account. If you don't use the account, that's all you need to do. If you do use it, recreate the account with the same settings.

    Dear Ashwin.
I face same problem. This oci.dll file is located on forms or reports server's bin folder. What i can do is just rename this file. For example if oci.dll is their then rename to 'copy of oci.dll'.I think this should work.
    Thank you.

My http home directory is c:\OracleHTTP; my old HTTP directory was C:\orahttp that I deleted and reinstall Oracle HTTP Server.
I don't understand why these error is coming? even Apache is referring old http server home.
on DADS.CONF my image directory is set to
    Alias /i/ "c:\OracleHttp\Apache\images\/"
So the situation is when I invoke Apex it displays with all images, but do not move after that; i.e the screen don't move whatever you type.
Can anybody give advise what can we do to make Apex functional?
    Thanks.

The reference to old HTTP home was resolved as there were old settings on Window Registry that I deleted.
I am still getting following errors:-

  • Application server http server (webpage)error

    hi,
i am tryping to access the localhost.localdomain:com:7777/oiddas. but i am getting page not found error. please let me know how to troubleshoot this.
    Thanks,
    Satish.

    Hi,
Wow, that was a quite detailed problem ! :)
Well, I suppose "oiddas" is your application.
I would suggest to log in the console, go to the "Deployments" section in the domain structure, and click on your application.
Then you'll have a "Testing" tab which will show you all the available pages for testing.
Click one of them (the list is reflecting the welcome-file-list in your web.xml) and you should get your application.
    Hope this helps !
[EDIT] Sorry, I guess my piece of advice doesn't apply to your question since it's Oracle Application Server and not Oracle WebLogic Server ....
