GR/IR clearing question

Hi everyone,
can we just use MR11 manually clear out GR/IR without any financial or PO impact? Please advise.

If you want to clear matched items out of the GR/IR account, transaction f.13. This has no financial impact. Only items that net to zero will clear (GR=IR).
The advantage of doing this is that the number of items in the account will become much more manageable. Auditors will appreciate this. You will also easily identify old items that need to be addressed.
Normally, MR11 will cause a financial impact if there are quantity differences.

Hi Experts,
I have two questions below.
1. What's difference between F.13 and F-03?
Due to when I use F.13 to automatic clearing GL account, we found out that the system generates docuemnt has content.
(use Fb03, check the document number and found out the Dr and Cr account)
But when I use F-03 to manual clearing GL account, but we found out the system generate document has not any content.
(Use FB03 to check the document number, but I cannot found out the Dr and Cr account)
2.I intend to use F.13 to automatice clearing one GL account. My question is that whether the system could use FIFO to automatice clear document under matching condition.

I follow up your suggestion to set rule of automatic clearin on OB74.
Criteria 1 : ZUONR (Assignment field)
Criteria 2 : GSBER (Business Area)
Criteria : VBUND (Trading Partner)
I had to set up the above criteria.
how to add up (0.00) for setting?

More clear question for slideshow help - Kin?

You have been very helpful in getting me this far - I know
this last detail would be a very easy thing for you to do.
I tried to get it to work for the dssmTitle by adding another
dssmTitle.addObserver

The mouseover function is fine the way it is. It's how it
behaves during the slideshow that is a little wierd - it just sits
on the first story. It would be great if it switched to each story
like the small nav at the bottom highlights to each corresponding
nav to its story during the slideshow.

dschapters and stop the slide show on mouesover, and then re-enable
the slideshow on mouseout right?

On a side note, if you are trying to bring your question to

Can you please help me understand the difference between transactions F-04 and F-30
They seem to be the same type of transactions so I wonder if there is a difference in functionality between these 2 transactions?

Hi,
What sunil mentioned here is correct. Though, the transactions codes are different they will call the same transaction internally. The difference is the default values in the transactions like Document type and when you go inside for selectioon of items it will be 'S' - GL item for transaction F-04 and the same will be 'D' -Customer for transaction F-30. When you change these default values you can use it for any clearing, i.e. GL / Customer / Vendor.

Clear Quiz slide On Enter

Hi there, im having trouble with my latest project in Captivate 5 (win7).
Sometimes after hitting Back button - project takes me back to previous question slide and i cant change my answer, use Clear button or click Submit again..so im stucked.
Is there some way to set "On Enter" parameter to clear question that way i can chose new answer and hit submit again?

That's the way Captivate 5 works. If you answer a quiz question and then leave the question slide, your answer is locked in and you cannot change it. There is no Advanced Action available to reset the question, however, the Retake Quiz button you can set for the Quiz Results slide will reset all quiz slides in the course so that the user can redo the quiz.
If you are able to upgrade to Captivate 6, there is a new feature that allows you to delay submission of all quiz questions until you are happy with your answers and then submit all of them in one go. That would probably be your best bet.

Sharing a single calendar in iCal

Is it possible to share just one calendar with another computer that has the same mobileme account?
Example: My wife has 5 calendars, I have 7. We want one common calendar for our meetings and I don't want her 5 calendars and she doesn't want my 7. (we trust each other!)

Very clear question, but it doesn't look like there's a good answer for you. The MobileMe entries are "all or nothing" - each machine synced to that one account would receive ALL of the subscribed calendars.
Note that you could always choose to disable (i.e. not view) the calendars which you don't want to see, within iCal, just be unchecking them in the list. So, your display would enable your calendars, including the shared entry; and her display would enable only her calendars, including the shared entry. The others would still exist on each machine, but they wouldn't clutter your iCal display, if you didn't want them to.
Outside of that, the only want to have multiple editors for a shared calendar would be to use a 3rd party product such as Spanning Sync - see http://www.spanningsync.com/. I hope that helps…

System failed when try connecting to internet

yesterday i install arch and everything work fine but
when i tried to make bluetooth connection via network manager(bluetooth)(gnome shell) by click on 'Access the internet using your phone(DUN)' checkbox after Few moments DUN service gone timed out. then i reinstall modemmanager and at last i can create connection via bluetooth(DUN Service) . but when i clicked on connection in connection menu; after few moment system crash and a black screen with a lot Incomprehensible text show and i have to reset computer manually.
anybody can help to me ????

Help! I finally decided to update my ipad from itunes/laptop & now its stuck in recovery mode!

Hi guys. I just saw this same question from someone else but after i logged into support I cant find the post anywhere. I hate asking again, sorry for asking again, but I need HELP and cant keep searching the posts.
Ive never updated ipad 2 before and not really good with computers. When trying to download certain apps, it would stop installing & tell me i needed to update to the latest update. Finally updated the ipad & i think syncd it but when it was done the only thing that showed up on screen is the RESTORE picture. I just realized that if i restore i will loose all my Memos & Notes. I DONT WANT TO LOOSE THEM ! I have info on ipad memo that I really need & that i didnt write down anywhere else. Is there a way to save my notes/memos/data before I restore the ipad? Ive gone 5 days without it and really need to use it. Am i just out of luck :{ ?
There was an answer by someone about restoring an ipad giving directions and after the restore it will ask u questions that u have to answer YES to. She had school notes and the other guy had 600 pics. The girl stated she did all the steps but she didnt see anyplace to say Yes and she lost everything. Im afraid to risk it and will take it to a store or something if theres away they can do it.

Sql report generation

Hi all,
I am currently using Application Express 3.1.2.00.02 I have developed an online questionnaire with a multiselect list for one of the questions. The problem i am having is that i need each choice to be totaled up separately on the report generated. At the moment they are totaled but if the respondent has chosen 2 or more selections which are slightly different the report will generate a new row.
Do i have to use substring command if so how do i incorporate it to the code below.
Below is the sql code i am using currently.

Our family originally shared an iTunes account... how can we separate it?

When iTunes first came out, I was the first one to get an iPod, so the iTunes account was under my email address, but my dad's name, credit card information, etc. The entire rest of my family used the account as well, on different computers. Right now, I would like to use my own iTunes account, and have them set up their own, so that everything is less confusing and mixed up. For example, my sister sometimes downloads songs and they randomly appear in my iTunes library, other people use my iTunes giftcards, and when I want to buy a song it charges to my father's credit card instead of mine. Even more confusing is that my mom's computer was deauthorized when my sister got her new laptop for college, even though she still has songs in her library.
We each have our own respective music in our own libraries, but it's still the same account. First, is it possible to consolidate everything, just so we know which songs we have purchased in totality? Second, is it possible to have the songs that my other family members have purchased go into their new accounts? I think you might be able to do it by burning CDs, but this would take forever...
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and if my query wasn't completely clear questions as well. I would really like to figure this out before I go to college too!
