GRC AC v10 SPM WF - Workflow Item not showing up in WF Inbox

GRC AC v10 - SP12
The outlook email notification for the Workflow Item goes out, but there is nothing in the NWBC Inbox for the WF Item. Subsitution is setup correctly.
Any ideas?

this is probably be a silly question but what substitution did you set up for ZFF_CTL_01? I assume the item is in that user's inbox. Which user is meant to be receiving?
I also noticed this KB article (1589130) which mentions the delegated person needs GRAC_REQ authorisation. Have you checked if security access issue?
There was also mention that the delegated approver does not appear in the MSMP instance runtime (your screen shot suggests same situation unless you have not set up the delegation). SP14 delivers the fix or refer to 1915928 - UAM: Delegated Approver is not visible in the Instance status
Possibly have a look at both of them to see if they resolve your issue.

SRM 7.0 - Unconfirmed PO limit items not showing up when creating Invoice

Hi Guys,
For PO standard items, when creating an invoice and is unconfirmed, these items still show up in the invoice screen and the invoice gets created with the status 'Waiting for preceding document'. For unconfirmed limit items, these items do not show up at all in the creation of the invoice and displays an error. My question is how will I make the unconfirmed limit items scenario work just like the standard items scenario whereby instead of the unconfirmed limit items not showing up and generating an error, they will show up and have the invoice created with the status 'Waiting for preceding document'?

E52 not showing contacts name in inbox

Hi,
iam facing this problem of my e52 not showing contacts names in inbox.
Some of the contacts name are shown, those which was originally in my phone memory.
because i do a lot of trading, i constantly adds new numbers to my contacts from the sms they sent. But the main problem is here is even after i added their contact giving them names, the names doesnt show up in inbox, its still just numbers.
desperately need help for this. how can a business phone have this kind of problem?

This happens to me too when I store the number under two names, or the synchronization creates double entries, for example:
Two names:
1234 Anna
1234 Bea
Double entries
1234 Anna
1234 Anna
When the text message comes in, there's no name. But you can send a message either to Anna or Bea and the message outbox shows the proper name.
The solution is to delete one entry or merge the duplicate contacts.

Workflow Item not created while processing draft PO from SOCO

Dear SAP SRM Experts,
In SRM 7.0, I've a scenario where I create a PO draft in sourcing.
In the 3step of the GAF, I've the option to
1. Edit the PO and order it.
2. Directly process the PO draft to create a PO..
While in case one the WF item is created with status awaiting approval, in the second case (when I directly process the draft) the workflow item is not created but the status is still 'Awaiting Approval' !!.
Use of PC workflow is done and the PO is not auto approved.
Any pointer regarding this would be very helpful.
The call stack is way different between the first step and second.
My understanding is if there is some error in the follow on PO, the work item would not be created. But the SC in soco is similar and while in first case it does create the workitem in second case it doesn't.
When does the decision to create workflow item is decided in second case?

Thanks for your inputs.
The problem has been identified. The error is because the vendors are deleted completly from the system. And those were earlier used in shopping cart as preffered vendor. Thats why the system is throwing the error message.
As we can not process this SC further we want to delete this SC (line item). But again while deleting the SC the system is throwing the error message . "Business partner xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx not found." Thus its not allowing us to delete the SC.
Do you have any ideas how we can delete the SC line items, or SC ? Any FM ?

Need to deactivate task that generates workflow items not needed anymore

Hi,
Some users are currently getting workflow items with the error message: "Header del.date/Qty different than line item;..." for inbound orders. The users don't want to receive this error message anymore on their inboxes.
I found out this error message is generated by the TS90100001. How can I find out if this task only generates this error message or if it is used to something else? And also, if this is the case, how can I deactivate this task?

UWL, Ad-hoc items not showing up

I recently configured our EP dev system to expose an R/3 workflow inbox through the Universal Worklist. This functionality appears to work as spec'd. However, locally created ad-hoc workflow items are not appearing in the UWL. While I did not test ad-hoc items before adding the R/3 system to the UWL, I have seen ad-hoc items appear in the UWL (on another EP server).
When I configured the UWL, I used a system group definition, which at this point contains a single R/3 system. It's expected that we'll have more R/3 systems added to this group in the future.
One other item: this instance of EP was constructed using the simple installer, which installs EP+KM with the expectation of communicating with R/3 system - I'm wondering if this installer set some option which as a side effect prevents us from seeing the ad-hoc workflow items.
Anyone have any suggestions?

In the UWL Systems Configuration, just add another "AdHocWorkflowConnector" entry and specify the same configuration group you have used for the R/3 System.

Partial Quantity and Line item not showing in MIGO

HI All,
My User create STO and after save it is automatically created OBD and PGI through BARCODE now problem is at the time MIGO it is take partially quantity.when i going to do manually rest quantity it is not showing all line items.
Issue 1. It is showing only one line item instead of two line item Qty.
2. When i am going to select purchaseorder at migo instead of OBD its showing two line item.
Please suggest what to do.

Calendar items not showing ONLY in list view on iPhone

Weird: My Calendar items are not showing in the list view only, on iPhone.
They show when I search, they show in month, they show in Day views--just NOT in list view.
Ideas?

I just had the same problem (calendar information--for eight different calendars--OK on laptop and on Mobile me; on the iPhone only 3 of my calendars were displaying in "List" view, but all eight were appearing in "Day" view); first time I've encountered this problem (and immediately after installing the 11-February-2010 iPhone software update, so I'm suspicious that this might have been the cause).
Solution described in posting immediately above seems to have worked. I.e.,:
1. shut OFF MobileMe syncing for calendars on the iPhone (from Settings menu);
2. wait for calendar entries to be removed;
3. shut off iPhone, and wait 2 minutes;
4. restart iPhone;
5. turn ON MobileMe syncing for calendars on the iPhone (again, from Settings menu).
All eight calendars now appear in List view (and still appear in Day view).

Downloaded items not showing up in Purchased List

I have found that often items that appear to have been downloaded do NOT show up in the purchased list. I will stop using this release. it *****. Plus one cannot view downloads, and one cannot easily sleect a song and see genius suggestions as before.Things are not looking good for Apple these days.

I have problem about GL account that assign account management to be line item so when post entry and reverse entry by use this GL account ,when I see report on t.code FBL3N-GL line item ,they did not show indicator of reverse entry so it difficult to check so I would like this report to reverse indicator or there are some report that can show it . thank you very much.

Hi,
Please check the document type which is used for posting the document. For the document type, the check "Negative posting Allowed" might have been ticked. as a result new line item is not posted. The original line item itself is reversed. May be this is the reason why you are not getting the reversal document.

Check the Layout of FBL3N Report
1. Change Layout Ctrl+F8)
2. Add the Reversal Indicator field
3. Save the Lay out settings
Check the Reversal Indicator. If any Key is there It means Reversal document.

It's possible to subscribe to the podcast, and all items are being shown in the library as well, but not in iTunes Store View within iTunes App.

You're speaking of 21 instances of 'image' tags while there are only 20 items available in this feed - maybe the 21st might be the <itunes:image... />-tag (for the podcast art) which is not in need of a closing tag?
We know that iTunes doesn't like our image tag on item level. However, we do need this tags for other usage of this video-article-feed (f.ex. normal RSS feed subscribing) which is why we cannot remove it. But: do you know of any «trick» of specifically blocking that element for iTunes store since its troubling the latter so much?

Line Item not showing in MB02

In ML81N, there are 7 line items showing against 1 Purchase Order. and when we saw in MB02, then only 1 line item shows.
How it's possible that in ML81N showing 7 line items but not showing in MB02.

it might be that all services you see in ml81n are considered in one item in the PO.
did you check that?
