Gregorian Calendar - Week 53 not displayed

Hello all,
My question is really quick : I'm displaying a DateNavigator in a Webdynpro Iview and the week 53 is missing.... how can I display it?
I changed the Location values :
- the default location is en_US
- the location in parameter is FRENCH
I tried to modify the location but nothing append. I'd like to switch between US configuration and FRANCE configuration to see the differences but for now I only have the US configuration (Sunday as the 1st day of week)
I'll give you a part of my code, maybe you will see what's wrong in it :
public static void wdDoModifyView(IPrivateVCalendar wdThis, IPrivateVCalendar.IContextNode wdContext, com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.api.IWDView view, boolean firstTime)
    //@@begin wdDoModifyView
          if (firstTime) {
               IWDDateNavigator myCalendar = (IWDDateNavigator) view.getElement("DateNavigator");
               myCalendar.mappingOfOnWeekSelect().addSourceMapping("year", "year");
               myCalendar.mappingOfOnWeekSelect().addSourceMapping("week", "week");
               myCalendar.mappingOfOnDaySelect().addSourceMapping("day", "day");
               GregorianCalendar myDate = new GregorianCalendar(Locale.GERMANY);
               myDate.setTimeInMillis(System.currentTimeMillis());
               wdThis.updateDatesCalendar(myDate.get(Calendar.YEAR), myDate.get(Calendar.WEEK_OF_YEAR));
    //@@end
Thank you for your help.
Regards

Hi Rajesh,
The occurence of a 53rd week is internationally standardized. The check in BW follows these international conventions which count the week depending on the majority of days:
- if the week has 4 days of the old year it counts as CW53;
- if it has 4 days of the new year it is CW1.
That is to say, the number of ISO weeks belonging to a year number is equal to the number of Thursdays in the correspondingly-numbered calendar year, and is equal to the week number of December 31st; and a year has 53 weeks if, and only if, the following day is in its Week 53.
The 53-week years in the range 2000-2027 are: 2004, 2009, 2015, 2020, 2026.
That pattern repeats every 28 years before 2100.
For 0CALWEEK, it will calculate the week based on the calendar you specified in tcode RSRHIERARCHYVIRT. Please note that RSRHIERARCHYVIRT is a BW global setting, i.e. that means the system will use this calendar for all data targets.
If you have some special business impact to include a 201153, please check the following:
1. write a routine in the transfer rules for 0CALWEEK that modifies into the week 201201.
2. manually correct the data in the PSA and load from PSA into the target cube.
Rgds,
Colum

  • My subscribed calendar does not display in today view in iOS7. Does anyone know how to make it show up?

    I have a subscribed calendar on my iPhone. The today view in notification center shows that I have an event at xxxx and tomorrow view says I have x events but the calendar day view does not display any of the events. I need this so I can easily see which rooms my events are in. Dows anyone know how to make the subscribed calendar show up in calendar day view?

    Interesting. May have uncovered a bug. It seems that limited duration events will display, but all day events wont on mine. (iPhone 5). Does that compare to what you are seeing (unfortunately, I have nothing in a subscribed calendar until the week end, so difficult to check. I do seem to recall seeing an event from one this past week end on the iPad, however).

  • Yosemite calendar does not display holidays

    I've got a new Retina 5K running OX 10 Yosemite v. 10.10.1. I have the boxes checked to display both birthdays and holidays in Calendar. The birthday calendar displays, but the holidays calendar does not.
    When I set the computer up, I first set Calendar up to Sync to Office 365. I abandoned that approach and now Calendar>Preferences>Accounts shows iCloud.
    System Preferences shows region as US and Calendar as Gregorian.
    Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi Kenneth,
    I'm in the UK and have UK Holidays showing in Calendar, in iCloud on my main account.
    To test, I created a New User on the same Mac and like you, ticking "Show Holidays Calendar" revealed nothing.
    It's a bug. Thankfully after a bit of searching I found the solution, thanks to ennio99 solution.
    Solution:
    Quick answer: Change your preferred language to British English, log out and in and try again.
    I must have done this at some point and forgot.
    Long answer:
    First un-tick Show Holidays Calendar and quit Calendar.
    Make sure your region is set to the UK:
    System Preferences>Language & Region>Region=United Kingdom
    Next:
    Preferences>Language & Region>Preferred Language = 'English' - Primary
    Click the + (Plus) button at the bottom of Preferred Languages
    Select British English. It might be hard to spot, but it's there.
    Make sure British English is now - Primary and at the top of the list.
    Restart your Mac or log out and back in.
    Open Calendar, tick the box again, the UK Holiday calendar should appear! At least, it did for me on my test account.
    iCloud:
    If you use iCloud, you can move the UK Holiday Calendar to iCloud by Right Clicking on it and selecting Get Info.
    Change the location to iCloud.
    It will then move up to the iCloud Calendars.
    What is strange though, despite then being part of iCloud, it doesn't appear in Calendar on iCloud.com. It probably still syncs to your other devices though.

  • Iphone 6 calendar issue - not displaying "invitees"

    I have iphone 6, "invitees" does not display as an option to invite people to an event on my calendar. I selected "edit" from an event on my calendar, have "start, end repeat, end repeat, travel time, alert, second alert", but no "invitees" .. how do I get it to display?

    You need the correct type of calendar account to use invitations.
    From the iPhone User Guide:

  • All events in one calendar are not displayed

    I have two gcalendars. On my iphone I have caldev set to sync both calendars to ical on the iphone. On one of the calendars, *some but not all* of the events do not display. I tried doing a search and they don't display. I verified that I was looking at the correct year for the date that they should display.
    The missing events display normally if I go to Gcal on my desktop computer, and with the iphone using the web version of gcal.
    Why would events show up on Gcal web but not all of those events via Gcal caldav?

    Yes. I tried changing the setting to Sync All Events (instead of the time limited sync) and let it refresh. No change. No display
    I also tried rescheduling the event by one hour on the same day (no other changes), then save. No change. No display.
    I ended up deleting the events and re-entering them, with identical information (including the recurring end date, remarks, etc., you name it), and then the events appeared like the rest of them in the same calendar.
    I'd still like to know if there is a solution to the original problem. I'm still concerned that other events, maybe in the other calendar as well, are no appearing and it's impossible to rely on a sample or to verify every event.
    Thanks for your assistance.

  • Team Calendar does not display Team Appointments

    Hi,
    I am having trouble with the Team Calendar in our Collaboration Rooms. The calendar is connecting to exchange, however it does not display the Team Appointments. It only shows the appointments for the individual users. I had hoped that the Appointments Tab would show the overall Team appointments, however it only shows appointments in that Tab if you are the user who created the appointment, other users do not see the appointment on the Appointments Tab but have to navigate to the "My Appointments" tab.
    Can anyone shed any light on this? Maybe I am not understanding the functionality of this Calendar correctly?
    Thanks in advance,
    Simon

    Hi,
    Can anybody please shine a light on this subject?
    We are planning to configure a connection to MS Exchange to have a team calendar / room calendar where everybody can create (room) appointments for the whole team. I like to know what the functionality of the Room Calendar exactly provides.
    Thanks in advance!

  • Calendar does not display details

    My google mail and calendar synch well but I cannot see the details of my calendar. It displays busy when I have an event.  What can I change to see the details?
    Thanks!

    Power the device off then back on, then dial *228 send and option 2 on the device.
    Then verify the calendar settings by going to Settings, Accounts and Sync, then choose Gmail and make sure the option to Sync Calendar is checked.
    Touch New Event to open the Event details screen. You can also touch & hold a spot in Day, Week, or Month view to open a menu where you can touch New Event, to open the Event details screen with that day and time pre-entered. Touch "Today" icon to move attention to the current day.

  • Calendar List not displaying all dates after iOS 5.0.1 OTA update

    Following the recent iOS 5.0.1 OTA update, in list mode my calendar now only displays days on which I have entries.  Previously it showed a list of all days.  Can this be changed by a setting somewhere or is this a bug in the iOS?

    All was good, My battery and SIRI were working fine, then my bad luck that i updated my phone to iOS 5.0.1 (which is promissing better battery life and Siri funcionality). After updating all went crazy, SIRI is not working any more (it says cant do any thing right now and try later, and i am now trying from 2 days), Battery is not lasting longer then 12 hrs as it was better before. I am seriously thinking to go back to my iPhone 4 and distroy iPhone 4S

  • With iO8.02 Calendar will not display in day mode

    After updating my iPhone 6 to iOS 8.02 the calendar will not cycle to day mode.  Anyone have a fix?

    I'm really annoyed by this too. I can no longer get this view to activate:
    Apple, I hope this view hasn't been eliminated. It's pretty fundamental to the Calendar app and would be a necessary reason to switch to a different one.

  • Birthday calendar - will not display a particular birthday

    Both the iPhone Calendar and the MacBook's iCal create a "Birthday" calendar, based on entries in Contacts and/or Address Book (In iCal Preferences, "show birthday calendar" must be selected).
    I have an entry in my contact list with a birthdate of September 4, 1932.
    I cannot get that birthday to appear on my iPhone's Birthday Calendar. It does appear on the iCal Birthday calendar and - believe it or not, it even appears on the MobileMe Birthday Calendar. It just will not appear on the iPhone's Birthday Calendar.
    That is the only entry I can't see on my iPhone's Birthday Calendar. I have also tried to create fictitious contacts with that birthdate and they do not appear either.
    I am requesting any other user (or users) to create a Address Book entry with the same birthdate and report whether it will display on the iPhone's Birthday Calendar after a sync.
    I am using the latest Mac, iTunes and iPhone software.
    Thanks in advance to any users who respond.

    Hi Doug,
    I have a calendar labeled "US Holidays Apple." It does accurately show the holidays on my iPhone and iCal. I am not sure about MM, since I have pretty much given up on that for awhile (too frustrating). I am not sure where i obtained the holiday calendar, but it seems more reliable, on the iPhone, than the Google linked holiday calendar I was using.
    The specific birthdate cited is the only one that I can't get to sync. All the other birthdays and anniversaries appear to sync just fine (MM, iCal and iPhone). I suspect that it may be a bug, as suggested by another forum member (dates beyond certain [apple secret] date won't sync.
    As an aside, regarding the thread you gave birth to, "...you are not alone), I have pretty much accepted that the iPhone is a POS phone (but a wonderful device). I suspect that is because they went with the low bidder for the radio component and WE got what they paid for. The only other alternative is that Apple designed or implemented the antennae poorly.
    I live 1.72 miles from a 3G site and my dbm is typically -97 to -113 on 3G (week 41 build).
    I am hoping the next iPhone will have a decent radio. I certainly will await reports from users prior to upgrading to the next version, since that is the only disappointing element of the device.
    Your response was the first hint I had that 2.2 was on the near horizon. Glad to know that, though I do wish Apple would be more open about the changes offered in their updates.
    Great to hear from you.

  • Outlook 2010/Exchange 2007 Calendar Will Not Display

    Hi Folks,
    I've been working on an issue for the past 3 weeks and would love some assistance.
    Here's the problem:
    A user indicated that she was using Outlook normally, flipping between the Mail and Calendar tab. When she went back to the Calendar tab, the navigation pane switched to the Calendar tab, but the main pane and ribbon were still showing Mail content.
    The only way for her to display her Calendar properly is to right-click on Calendar and select "Open in New Window" - but even then if she goes to the Mail tab, she cannot go back to her Calendar again.
    Please note we are running on Exchange version 8.3.327.1
    Here are the fixes I've attempted:
    New OST file
    New Mail profile
    Ran outlook.exe with the following switches:  /safe /cleanrules /cleanview /resetfolders /resetnavpane
    Please note: resetnavpane breaks the OST file and requires me to create a new OST file for the user
    Open Mailbox on a different computer - that same issue occurs
    Open Mailbox in webmail - the calendar is displayed properly
    Odds n Ends: Hitting CTRL + 6, Hitting F5.
    I've run out of ideas and would appreciate any ideas to resolve this problem
    Thanks!
    Derek

    Hi Derek,
    It should not be an Exchange issue. Based on my research, there is no feature in Exchange server can configure the Outlook reading pane or navigation pane performance. Since there is only one user encounter this issue and OWA can work well, please check
    the following points to narrow down the issue:
    1. Please configure your Outlook account in your colleague’s domain-joined computer with your colleague’s domain account to check whether the issue is caused by your Roaming Profile.
    2. Configure Outlook account outside the domain by using Outlook Anywhere to check whether the issue is caused by any policy in your domain.
    Thanks,

  • Calendar Entries not Displaying Properly in Desktop Outlook 2007

    We have 3 employees who have the Palm Treo 750 phone.  It appears that since the time change we have started having problems with calendar entries displaying properly on our computer desktop Outlook calendars.  So far we have observed the following:
    *Calendar entries disappearing from desktop Outlook but still remain on phone.  For example, I came in this morning and SOME of my calendar entries for the remainder of this week are gone but they are ALL still showing on my phone.
    *If disappearing calendar entries are added back via the desktop Outlook, it accepts but then it displays that appointment TWICE on the phone.
    *When accepting meeting requests from the phone, they display on the phone but not on the desktop Outlook calendar.
    There are other employees who use their phone to sync with our server for their e-mail, contacts and calendar.  All of those are still working fine.  None of them however, are using Windows Mobile 6 Professional.  One employee is using Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and she can't tell that she is having any problems.

  • Calendar will not display events in month view?

    A few days ago my calendar stopped displaying events in the Month view (where I originally entered them). I can see them in the List view, although I cannot edit them. They are also not visible in the Day view.
    Moreover at the top of the screen where there would normally be a  "+" button to add events and a "calendar" button to view different calendars there is nothing. Only a heading that says "All Calendars" - however I can't find anywhere in settings to view different calendars if I want. Any ideas?

    Well....
    If you find all the .ics files in ~/Library/Calendars/Events
    And then copy them out of ~/Library
    You can import them back into Calendar .... One .... At ..... A ..... Time ......
    Why, Oh Why, did I ever think I wanted to try iCloud?
