GRR error

Hi Friends,
Need your help.
While creating GRR(MIGO),the user is getting error "G/L Account requires an assignment to a CO. object ".
How to solve this?

Dear ,
Create cost element of GL which is already created.
After creating GL as cost element you have to assign it to OKB9.
If you want to make it on cost centre than assign cost centre number or tick profitibility segment.

NI-DAQmx false duplicate channel error

I have an SCXI chassis w/ a SCXI-1600 and a SCXI-1102 w/ SCXI-1303
accessory. I created a series of NI-DAQmx global channels for
thermocouples, calling them Air Temp0 through 17. Using NI-DAQmx
subvi's I read them. See a very simplified VI attachment.
The channels individually all check out, but when I try to read the
entire group, I get an error -200072 and it says that Air Temp15 and 16
reference the same physical channel, but when I check the channels in
MAX, they are indeed different. Likewise, if you read one at a
time and stimulate the various thermocouples, the displayed response is
always consistent with the physical channel. I.E., if you heat the
right thermocouple, the reading goes up, but if you heat the wrong
thermocouple, the reading doesn't go up.
Using the simple error handler, the error message is:
"Error -200072 occurred at DAQmx Read (Analog 1D Wfm NChan 1Samp).vi
Possible reason(s):
Duplicate channels in the list of physical channels are not supported by this device.
Channel Name: Air Temp15
Duplicate Channel: Air Temp16
Device: SC2Mod2_Mini
Task Name: Air Temp15:16"

Thank you for your input. It does seem to have been a corruption of the configuration somehow.
This is one of the things I hate about MAX. The unexplained and
unexplainable corruptions. And then the usual solution:
"Oh, reinstall everything and try again." Grr. This has
been going on for years now.
The station had not crashed or otherwise displayed any
misbehavior. The channels were configured by doing the first one
and then duplicating it using the MAX "Duplicate" feature. I then
made a set of channels by individually programming each one, with a
different name. I then deleted the troublesome channels and then
renamed the new ones to the desired names. Whaddya know, they
work now. Is this a MAX bug, known or otherwise? I have
'way too many other things on my plate to be spending 6 hours chasing
corruptions like this. Virtual Instrumentation is supposed to
save time.

Audigy 4 Pro ERROR pls h

hi, i just got my audigy 4 pro today, from newegg.com and unintalled my audigy 2 completely... im a tech... well.. after that powered down, and installed the audigy 4 pro completely by the instructions, when i turned it on, i installed it just like the instructions, and software,., booommmm !!! sound... awesome, ok restart... restart.. sound boommm works.. ok now i wanted to adjust my audio... beep error... something about the software could not support the current card... ok so i moved my mouse to the top of the screen with that hotbar.. and clicked everything.. beep same message.. so the software that came with the soundblaster is not even working for my card... hmm im using winxp pro on an amd 64 3000+ with 2 g's ddr400mhz , with .2 terrabytes of hdd space, with a nvidia geforce 6800gt.. and a k8n-e deluxe asus motherboard... pls help.. im reinstalling my entire OS to get this thing to work...

u know what.. i think that is what happened... but i redid the pc again, and very slowly reinstalled everything... grr but the sound blaster audigy 4 pro does work now... i did notice something very small that was annoying... sometimes when i empty the recycling ben.. it makes a static noise, midway thru the sound file... but other than that.. the card is awesome, and i don't have any feedback (high pitched noise, like noise) on my speakers.. but now i need new speakers.. so im going to best buy tomarrow to buy those THX speakers for like 200.00 are those better than the ones recommended on the back of the box..

Disk too slow error when using M-Audio Oxygen 49 keyboard

I bought the M-Audio Oxygen 49 keyboard. And when I plug it into my MacBook Pro to do some playing, the project will record for maybe a minute but then I get a 'disk too slow' error and the recording stops. This happens every single time, no matter if there's 30 tracks or 1 track on the recording. I know that it is the keyboard causing the error because I am currently working on a 59 track piece that has effects on almost every track and my setup doesn't even blink. (well it'll pinwheel for a second when I hit record sometimes, but the CPU and disk meters don't ever get near red-line levels).
What on earth is causing this stupid keyboard to cause this problem, and how do I fix it? It's clearly the keyboard. When I unplug it and record a live track on a project that just gave me the 'disk too slow' error, everything works just fine!

Edit: I have the MBP plugged via firewire into an Echo Audiofire and then into a WD hard dtive (at 7200 RPM). The keyboard is USB into the MBP.

i spoke with Apple pro application support staff who confirmed that the Tascam 1884 patch for 10.4.10 is the cause of the problem. The apple boot drive can reliably record 1 channel of audio under normal circumstances. Apple staff described the situation as "unfortunate" and recommended to wait for Tascam to release 10.4.10 compatible drivers.
For anyone interested in the technical background, the Tascam 10.4.10 patch DOWNGRADES the audioFW component (messing with kernel headers etc.). This compromises the OS's ability to correctly communicate with FW devices.
I had tried recording to a firewire 800 drive, but all FW IO is affected by the 10.4.10 Tascam patch: Logic simply didn't record anything to disk when I tried this, and the machine became unresponseive. I do not recommend anyone attempt recording to a FW drive with the Tascam drivers installed.
I have recorded circa 400 hours of single channel 96K 24bit audio to my internal Macbook Pro boot drive using the same software/configuration under 10.4.9 without a single glitch. I do recognise that when requiring heavy disk IO it is not advisable to record to the boot drive. However, 1 channel of audio can be reliably recorded if the system is well maintained.

I haven't been able to use Time Machine for a week now because I keep getting the "Unable to complete...".
What I've noticed is that, in my case, Time Machine stalls at 15.73G - out of 33.77G. It stops for a while, then "finishing backup" appears in the Time Machine pane in System Preferences and then the "unable to complete..." comes up.
I've erased the external USB HD Time Machines backs up to - Iomega 250G - but to no avail.
What is most frustrating is that Time Machine was one of the reasons why I updated to Leopard.
Could it be that names of files might be at the root of the problem? I mean, some of my files have names in Portuguese. However, this was not an issue before last week.
Any ideas would be most welcome!

Grr.. now i'm getting constant TM failures too. I found the backupd errors in "All Message" in Console, and they are certainly files that I don't want to delete! (Obviously the first 2 are my iTunes library and my Entourage email!) What now?

There are several errors in your code:
String[] fileList = new String[100];
fileList = fileDir.list();
Here you point the fileList reference to a String[] object, and then immediately point the reference to another object. This is a useless creation of an object... the #1 cause of slow Java code.
Write just this instead:
String[] fileList = fileDir.list();
for(int i=0; fileList.length>0; i++){
The condition fileList.length > 0 will forever be true or false. the condition should be i < fileList.length.
I think those suggestions should get you started...

TC Initial Backup OK - Now unable to complete - error while copying

Time Capsule
I want this to work well. It's like magic, when it works. I did the initial backup successfully - ethernet cable - and I can enter Time Machine and go back to March 6. But it will not back up now with the "Time Machine Error: Unable to complete backup. An error occurred while copying files to the backup volume."
Any ideas? Happen to anyone else?

Hi Shariba - I am having the same problem. When you say you reformatted everything, do you mean the Time Capsule or something more?? This is SO frustrating, I have two laptops backing up to TC and we will both have to go through the long process of doing the first backup via ethernet AGAIN???!! grr.

Error when installing CS4

When installing photoshop CS4 for the first time i get an error, I start the setup then i select to install Photoshop with adobe bridge and when i click install the process begins and when it's almost about to finish i get the following error:

I am getting these error messages:
SEVERE: SAAJ0537: Invalid Content-Type. Could be an error message instead of a SOAP message
SEVERE: SAAJ0535: Unable to internalize message
Yes, I've looked up the dozen or so posts about these messages, and none of them have so far resolved the problem. I am in the process of trying to monitor the TCP packets, but I'm new at this. But my bigger question is, what idiots would release software without documenting the error messages that can be returned?? Why is the only available information on them randomly in developer forums? Is this professional?

Flash MX, Publish as Quicktime error.

Some one please help me, I wanna cry so much!
I have Flash MX and Quicktime 7. All I want to do is publish my movie as quicktime. But when I do I get the error message, "The installed version of QuickTime does not have a handler for this type of Macromedia Flash movie". So... after a little digging I found out its a issue with flash 6, and changed the flash version to 5! But It still wont work! What on earth am i doing wrong?

Hi,
The asset/asset class is not configured for negative values. If you want to allow negative values then change the configuration for asset class/asset by selecting check box "Negative values allowed".

Files deleted using RSC Explorer - now getting "invalid path" error msgs

Yesterday I deleted about 10 images from RSC because (1) they were no longer used in the help project and (2) RH had not deleted them from source control itself. Note: I did not just hide these files - I deleted them.
Today when I try to "get" the whole project, I get error messages for each of those files. Caption: RoboSource Error. Message: "Error - path '[path & filename]' is invalid."
Since these files are in various subdirectories of the project, and RSC refuses to continue getting the rest of the files after it encounters this type of problem, this means I now have to "get" the project directory by directory. Grr.
Ok, so RSC did not like me deleting the files from RSC Explorer. So how do I fix this problem? I tried adding the files back into RSC, but I get a different error message: "Error - node '[path & filename]' already exists." (Um, which is it -- is the path invalid, as claimed by the first error message, or does it already exist, as claimed by the second one?)
I don't know what else to try.
The other (less urgent) question is, if I can't delete old images from RSC Explorer, and RH doesn't see to it that unused images are deleted from source control, then how do I get unused images out of source control?
Any help would be appreciated -- especially quick help! :-)

We had already applied the 802 patch.
I don't remember now how I solved this problem (it was back in April I posted it), but it was probably by editing the root.fpj file.

How GRR is Possible after Tick on Delivery Completed in PO

Hi,
We have a PO with 10 Qty. and do GRR of 4 Qty. in respect of PO.
After that we want to short close that PO.
For it, we change the PO and click on Delivery Complete check box. After that see in ME2N and found, there is no Qty pending for delivery..(means in Still to be Delivered, Qty is 0).
Now PO has been short closed and no one can do GRR for pending 6 qty.
But when we trying to do so, means creating GRR, it is allowing for it. After that we have create GRR for 3 Qty and system generated another GRR number. System not shown any issue with doing GRR...
How it's Possible, when we have already Ticked on Delivery Completed....

Summary
Symptom
You have set the 'delivery completed' indicator in the purchase order item. However, the system still proposes a quantity during the goods receipt using Transactions MB01 or MIGO and you can post the goods receipt.

Reason and Prerequisites
The fact that the system proposes the quantity that was ordered but has not yet been delivered is the standard system response.
Setting the 'delivery completed' indicator has the following effects:
The purchase order item is considered as completed and can be deleted even if not the entire quantity was delivered.
A further delivery is not expected. This affects material requirements planning (materials planning) and purchase order commitment.
However, another delivery up to the purchase order quantity (including overdelivery tolerance) is still possible.
During the next goods receipt, the system does not select the item as a proposal in the selection list in Transaction MB01. In Transaction MIGO, the system does not propose the 'OK' indicator even if it would normally be proposed due to the user settings.
Solution
No program correction is available since the symptom described above is standard system behavior.
To stop the system from proposing a quantity in Transactions MB01 or MIGO and to prevent a GR posting, you can proceed as follows:
Reduce the purchase order quantity to the previous GR quantity.
Block the purchase order item.
(ME22N: Block pushbutton; ME22 Menu -> Edit -> Block)
Fill the date field for the 'Latest Possible Goods Receipt' (LEWED) in the purchase order item. If you do this and you enter a GR document after this date, the system issues message M7163, which you must set as an error message in Customizing.

Cancellation of GRR

Hi,
Can we reverse the GRR in current financial year or not??
My problem is that our material doc. number is created in Last financial year (2008). Now we want to reverse it. Is it possible to reverse that document no. in this financial year (2009).
Note: - When i m cancelling this, error showing Transaction code MBST (=> use transaction ML81 / ML85) not defined.
How???

Click on Purchase order button....Enter either PO or Service entry sheet no...Click on ENTER buton..
Click on F5 Button so that it will come in change mode....Click on CTRL+ F2 Button....It will revoke the acceptance..
Now try MBST...
