GUI connection error MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CONNECTION HANDLES REACHED

Dear Experts
while logging on to GUI7.10 I am getting following error
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CONNECTION HANDLES REACHED'
'MAXIMUM NUMBER OF HANDLES REACHED'. 'NO MORE MEMORY IS AVAILABLE'.
'DO YOU WANT TO SEE DETAILED ERROR DESCRIPTION?'
When i click on yes to the question above, i get the following:
'COMPONENT = DPTM'
'RELEASE = 7.10'
'VERSION = 10'
'RETURN CODE= -16'
'Counter = 3
This error is not allowing me work.
Does anyone have a solution?

ORA-Error: Maximum number of Processes exceeds

Hi,
Today we got one Oracle error: Maximum number of Processes exceeds while connects to our Oracle Database.
We have application running on our DB, which have 50 threads running and making connection to Oracle Schema.
In our init.ora file the Processes Parameter is set to 50.
But we also have another init<Schema Name>.ora file which has Processes Parameter as 50.
When I search on this error, I got that it is due to no. of user processes on Oracle instance.
What are these user processes exactly?
If we set the Processes Parameter as 150, and we have RAC environment with 3 Cluster, does it means we have 150*3 processes can run at a time.
The other doubt I have is that: Is this parameter is instance based, SID based or cluster based?
Please provide some input on this.

If you don't issue
alter system set processes=150 scope=both sid='<your instance 1>'
all instances will be allowed to fork 150 processes.

"Maximum number of internal sessions reached".
 This error is not coming each & every time.This screen is used to store the values in Z-table.
 This error is coming after entering 6-9 entries.
 What may be the problem.

I agree on the reason of the problem, too. SAP limits the number of internal sessions. By calling the transaction with "CALL TRANSACTION ..." statement, you keep the current transaction's program data and open a new internal session. To handle things technically, SAP forces an internal session number limit.
The solution is to use "LEAVE TO TRANSACTION ..." which ends the current transaction session, rolls out the relevant program and then opens the new session.

Error "Maximum number of items in FI reached"

Hi All,
We are getting error "Maximum number of items in FI reached", if there are more than 999 items. We have found an SAP note "Note 36353 - AC interface: Summarizing FI documents".
This note seems to do more with customizing & doesnt need any code changes.
Our system is of release 4.6C, My concern is that, in the note it has been mentioned in the correction instruction 1258 that for release 4.6C the Valid Support Package is 46C-ALL SUPP. PACKAGES.
If this support package is not available in the system does this SAP note work. I mean is this the prerequisite.
Kindly suggest if this is the correct note as well.

A/c Error 'Maximum number of item in FI reached' during invoice posting

Invoice is created with multiple Delevery So no.of entriies has increased and accounting document has not been created due to error 'Maximum number of item in FI reached'.
Accounting document not generated. How it be solved.

maximum number of accounting line items is 999.
if the total number of line items exceeds that value .. it would cause the error ....
speak to FI guy and abap guy ..may be it could be increased but as far as i know its not changeable.
you just need to reduce the items and processes in parts..

Welcome to the Apple community.
It sounds as though you are pressing the "create Apple ID" button when trying to log into your account. You shouldn't use this button, it sounds as though you have used it a few times and have now used up all of your free accounts on that device.

Essbase error maximum number of columns [1] exceeded [15]

I am getting Essbase error: maximum number of columns [1]exceeded [15]This message started appearing after HBR 3.5.1 installWhen I retireve from the same excel spreadsheet on a machinewhich does not have HBR installed it works. I do need to use HBRso, how do I resolve this?

Retrieving more than 500,000 rows in excel are you sure you are using the correct tool, sounds like you are just trying to data dump out of essbase, have a look at other export options.

For the problem : PPDS heuristic is working fine, while running the SNP heuristic I am getting this problem.

There is a section in the IMG where you can change this behaviour.
in SPRO - SAP SCM - IMG
-> Advanced Planning and Optimisation
-> Supply Chain Planning
    -> Supply Network Planning (SNP)
       -> Basic Settings
          -> Maintain Global SNP Settings
You will see the field "Heu.: Orders per Bkt" which should have the value of 40 in there, e.g. the limit to the number of orders SNP can raise in any planning bucket.
If you raise this number (to say 100) then hopefully your message will no longer be issued by the system.
Alternatively, you can check the cause of why the system is rasing so many orders. For example, check the lot size that the Product has for that location (lot-for-lot will create an order for every demand for example).

im checking my dealine requirement for every 3 minutes by using loop condition original requirement is to check for every 3 days

Hi Prasad,
As suggested by our friends, there is no termination condition in the loop , and it has become an infinite loop.
To elaborate this error description, find extarcts from help :
Maximum number of nodes that can be processed at runtime before the workflow runtime system assumes an endless loop and cancels the current workflow.
The presetting for this value is 10000.

While opening a file in Adobe reader 10 in Windows 7,I am getting the error as
"The maximum number of files are already open.No Other files can be opened or printed until some are closed."

Could you please let me know how many files have you opened simultaneously.
This count will include files that are being displayed as well as opened (without being shown in the viewer).
Using Reader, you cannot make any setting for the same, but close some of the files before crossing that limit.
It also depends on your OS and memory size as you would need enough memory to open many files at a time.

i got one requirement that when ever user enters so many materials with different quantities and version id's and when he executes,it has to post the idocs using FM .but if the number of records increases,iam getting error that 'maximum number of internal sessions exceeded' how can i avoid this for successfful posting.To avoid this i called the FM in background .If i call the FM in background it is not at all posting even one idoc also.Can anybody please help on this .

MRER Error - Maximum number of items in FI reached

Hello Everyone,
We have just upgraded our system to ECC 6.0 and we run the automotive extension set. After the upgrade, when running MRER (RMMR1MRR) for a few vendors, we receive the following error message:
Maximum number of items in FI reached
I'm just curious to know if anyone else is running ERS in a like fashion, and if you've received this type of error.

FI documents have a 3-digit item counter that limits the number of
items permitted per document.

BDC error :Maximum number of sessions reached

I have created a BDC program which outputs the available Orders / delivberies for a particular plant with checakboxes to select each lines or multiple selection. On selecting one opr more line from output and clicking a GENERATE button on the output screen the bdc calls in VF01 transaction and subsequently the billing documenst are automatically generated and sent to the printer directly.
The problem: The problem happend when more than 6 documents are selected or if the selected no. of items are more than the screens opened in any enviornment where we are running , it gives an error message that "maximum number of sessiosn reached" . This creates aproblem is knowing which documenst or how many invoices have already printed and which ones did not.
I was wondering if there is nay other way of stopping this problem of miximum number sessions recahed. I mean if there is anyway we can eliminate each processesed session so that it does not have to create so many screens even if more documents are selected.
