Gui_download control_flush_error CRM Action

Hi ,
WE have created an action to generated document. In  this we are using Gui_download function module. When we trigger the action from SAP Gui it is working fine.But when we trigger the same from Portal this throwing an Exception Control_flush_error.
Please help me in solving this.

Yeah, I did search the forums and found lots of threads which point to a "similar" direction; but I needed to make 100% sure I was assuming right technical-wise :-|
Inhouse Regulations prevent our authority experts to assign the authority object as it would enable users to download ANYTHING from ANY report... And yes, the requirement for the application is, users are able to download from this particular report. So bottom line, as I have your confirmation I assumed right ,  I'll make a customer authority object which hopefully only affects that one particular application.

    Most of the replication of documents from CRM to ECC is done via the messaging BDOCs which are in CRM Middleware.The analysis of these will give you the mapping of fields.
    Some general rules in identifying tables in CRM.
    CRMM  - tables starting prefix M is for Master data
    CRMD - tables starting prefix D is for the Document data or transaction data
    CRMC - tables starting prefix C are for customizing data
    for example,
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H contains transaction data for transaction types (document types)

  • GUI_DOWNLOAD Control_flush_error -- session missing?

    Hi guys,
    here's the deal:
    I developed an application (simple Report) in which a PDF is created, downloaded to the Presentation Server (Client) and executed via inetexplorer. Works all fine testing with SAP_ALL. When run with the rights of a user who's acutally going to use this application. the program fails, because the authority is missing. The respective authority CANNOT be assigned to the user due to in-house regulations.
    To avoid this authority issue, I packed the code including the GUI_DOWNLOAD Function Module into an RFC-FM with the option "DESTINATION". Destinination in my case is the same server I start the request from, access is gained via a system user who has SAP_ALL. So bottom line I'm just outsourcing the code, which would require the end user to have certain rights he isn't supposed to have, to the system user...
    Yet, when tested with the appropriate User (in DIalogue mode of course) I'm getting Sy-Subrc 21 = Control_flush_error. I have a sense of foreboding the session GUI_DOWNLOAD needs, is cut when Calling the RFC FM. If that is correct, I have a problem, because...
    OPEN DATASET --> can be used for application server, can be used in background
    DOWNLOAD/UPLOAD --> can be used for presentation user, needs dialogue mode
    Can anyone confirm this?... Or maybe it's something completely different? Would I have any other chance to download a document from runtime to the presentation server via an RFC FM?

  • Start Condition for CRM Actions

    Hi,
    we have a requirement to create the follow up document (complaint) in CRM for the Return orders created in ECC system and not for the return orders created in CRM system. We have configured an action for the same and the follow up document is getting created for the Return orders from ECC and CRM also. There is parameter called LOGICAL_SYSTEM in header, using this we can identify the document source system. How can we make use of this LOGICAL_SYSTEM parameter in start condition as this not part of the standard container?
    Any helpful answers will be highly appreciated.

  • SAP-CRM:Action of type mai (mail ) is kept.

    We are processing crm_order transaction through portal or EDI message.
    During processing of crm_order action is triggered auotomatically.
    But for some crm_order transaction action is not triggered.
    In the action log it is displaying the message as follows:
    "ACTION OF TYPE MAI IS KEPT"
    Please tell me what is the meaning of the log.
    is there any relationship of this action log to action failure.

    you should check the action profile assigned to transaction type which you are processing.
    in tcode crmc_action_conf you will check its actions and their planning conditions.
    in tcode crmc_Action_def you will check the coding of action (in method Execute), and you will be able to check what is the source of a message

    I'm not sure if I'm missing the point here, and apologise if I ma as I'm still relatively new to SAP.
    Is this topic referring to CRM > Actions In Transaction?
    We currently have an Action configured in SPRO for the ICWC that launches a smartform, sending the contents of the service ticket to one of our partner functions.  Unfortunately, the standard Action recording does not record all the details we want, only the status, description of the action and the date/time. 
    I want to change this so that the sender/recipient is also recorded for the user to see, but I cannot see a way to go about this without copying and recoding the SAP-standard BSP CRM_IC/SrvTAction.htm.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?  I apologise if this is not linked to the thread - if this is the case please let me know and I will post elsewhere.

  • Service Desk: Support team determination - Action Logs error

    Hello experts,
    I have customized the service desk functionality in Solman 7.0 EHP1 according to SAP help and the various (very helpful blogs from sdn). When I create a message from satelite system the "Support Team" field is already filled with the correct  business partner, but when I look into the ACTIONS tab I see the following error message (red light) "Find support team responsible, when message is created". In the processing log I have the following entries:
    "Processing CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 Is Started"
    "Action could not be successfully executed".
    Additional no Email is sent to the BP SUpport team even I have customized it accourding to the blog from Tammy Powlas "Service Desk Support Team E-mail Notification".
    When I open the created message in change mode and save the message (without any changes), then the email is sent correctly.
    Can anyone give me a hint, what I did wrong.

    Hi Thomas,
    When the PDF is generated during the creation of the message, some information is not yet available to the smartform program, so most of the fields are not filled. In order to have the complete PDF, you have to send the e-mail after the document is completely created, which means using the processing time "Processing when saved" (and then you have to open the message and save), or via Job using the Processing time "Processing using selection report", and scheduling the job as mentioned by Cristiano. In this case no e-mail will be created immediately as you wish (I did not use "sent immediately" , but "created immediately", because it also depends on your SCOT job which will send the e-mail). In my case I did not need to send in the e-mail details such as System ID, SAP Component and System details to the Support team, only the message number, priority and description.
    If you decide to schedule the job, create a variant as explained by Cristiano. Enter the Application CRMD_ORDER, Action profile, Action definition if you want to specify which action or actions you want to execute (if you only want to schedule the job for your email to support team action, put this action definition here), Promotion status "0", keep empty field Processing type (do not put INT for e-mail), and select Processing Time "Processing using selection report". Keep dates in blank. Set  "Processing without dialog" on. It's very important that you configure your action to be executed via report, as I said in the beginning, otherwise the job will not work and you will have the "0 actions have been selected" message. Also schedule your job periodically with a very short interval if you have many messages created each hour. It also depends on your SCOT configuration. The CRM action job will only send the e-mails to the queue.
    The business partner assigned to the user that holds the position below the org unit should be entered in the message processor field, but this should not cause any error in the action that determines the Support Team business partner, as this field is correctly determined. Did you configure any other action or BADI to fulfill the message processor automatically? The standard SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER action as far as I know will not do it.  I have Solution Manager 7.0 with SP25 and I don't have any error message in the FIND_PARTNER action, it is all green.
    If you did not create yet any action or BADI implementation for the message processor, and if you have only one business partner (person) assigned to your support team, as you described (one Org Unit, with one position and one member), you can do the following:
    - Go to the Access Sequences definition and copy access sequence 0009 (organizational data: employee for an org. unit). In the Individual Accesses change the Source from Department to Support Team.
    - Go to the partner determination procedure and for the SLFN0004 select the access sequence just created.
    This access sequence uses Rule AC10000258 to determine the business partner Employee of an Org Unit.
    Try to create a new message and check if it works. This rule does not work if you have many members below one support team.

  • R/3 to CRM: Automatic replication of Prospect  customer

    We are downloading Business Partner data from R/3 to CRM , Manual download of BP'S (Initial Load->start) is working fine . we are creating prospect customer in R/3  through CRM Action Box call the moment we create the prospect customer in R/3 it should automatically replicate in CRM with out initiating manual down load .

    Hi madhu,
    Have you done the Intial load for the object "CUSTOMER_MAIN". Once the download of this object is done, Delta load for business partners to flow from R/3 to CRM and vice-versa will be activated automatically.
    Please check the transaction R3AC4, where you should identify the Object calss entry as BUPA and RFC destination as your R/3 system. If not please make that entry, then delta will happen automatically
    As vikas suggested, please make sure the PIDE settings, where you should assign R/3 prospect account group to CRM classification "C" and Number grouping.
    And also check the BDOCS in Transaction SMW01.

  • Creating attachment in CRM 1Order ... How to refresh?

    Hi,
    I am using CL_CRM_DOCUMENTS in a CRM action to attach a generated PDF document. This works fine!
    But... when I'm in the transaction and execute this action, the attachment is made but the overview on the 'Documents' tab is not updated. If I go out of the transaction and in again, it's fine ofcourse..
    Do you have any idea how I refresh this 'documents' tab?

    Well.. the problem really seems to the in the refresh. Once the action is executed and the document is attached, it is fisically stored correctly. But when I switch to the "documents" tab, the display doesn't show it.
    When I then switch to the documents tab on item level and then then switch back, the control get's updated and the attachment is there!
    So I need some way to force a refresh of this control.

  • WebUI Print Preview (Action Definition - Print) for Adobe Interactive Forms

    As mentioned in subject, how to define an CRM Action Definition (with or without Action Condition) to Print an Adobe Interactive Forms. We know how to define a setting for Print Preview function in CRM WebUI via Action Definition - Smartforms Print. Now we want to print preview from CRM WebUI document on Form designed in Adobe Interactive Forms (tx SFP).
    We have tested using Action Definition - External Communication, we can set the AIF form here. We tested in GUI (tx crmd_order) and it works. But when testing preview on CRM WebUi it shows "Error in Smartforms".
    Somehow it still detect as Smartforms instead of Adobe Interactive Forms.
    We prefer if this preview can be done via Action, because it is straight forward function for printing.
    Should we use Action - Method Call instead ? How is the approach to do it in Action - Method Call ?
    Any one try this before? Appreciate your sharing here.

    if I got you right, what you want is: Call your AIF when someone clicks on the "print preview" button in CRM WebClient. This should all work using a print action like with normal SmartForms.
    I faced this problem some months ago on CRM 6. The problem here was quite simple: The SmartForm interface and the one of AIF are not compatible. Thus the service used for calling the print action from WebClient failed.
    For handling this problem I enhanced the print service to call AIF correctly.
    In customizing I used print actions that call a method.
    As mentioned this lays back some months already. Maybe SAP came up with a better solution by now. I saw AIF to have multilple interface types. One is an interface compatible with SmartForms. Probably you can use this one and the print service will work without any enhancements or modifications.

    As there are some links and document are available to create the quality notification in SAP ECC from the CRM complaint, using action profile for this some setting also needed in SAP ECC QM, but as in ECC we already have the service notification (IW51) which is working fine, is there any option to create the service notification in SAP ECC instead of quality notification.

      In the notification type, insted of quality notification just maintain the service/PM notification type system will create the notification in SAP ECC.
    We also wanted some other details to be pass from CRM to ECC for that we have created a function module in SAP ECC which updates the notiifcation and then that function module need to be called in SAP CRM after the Create Notification FM in SAP CRM Action.

  • CHaRM-Action "Create Transport Request" is cancelled

    when i click on the action "Create Transport Request" and save the change document the following error is displayed
    "Action Create Transport Request in system SM2 200 of type Source Systems has been cancelled"
    where SM2 200 is our Dev Client in the same Solution manager.
    i did add the SAP ROLE "SAP_S_RFCACL" to the user in both the client and gave full authorization
    but it did not help.

  • Same BO is getting invoked for Pur. Order, Schedule Agreement and Contract

    My Scenario is like this:
    For Purchase order, Scheduling Agreement and for Contract the Release Statergy are same. For these three scenarios i have created 3 different workflow templates.
    My Purchase order workflow is working fine.
    My problem is :
    When i create a Schedule agreement or a contract, my PO business object is getting invoked and it goes to error.
    I have a doubt:
    For all the three scenario's they are using same number range, will this may be one of reason for the above problem???
    Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

    More than 1 WF trigger, could be that there would be a triggering condition that triggers more than 1 WF. Since further the conditions are not satisfied, this could lead the WF in error state.
