Has anyone ever had their Iphone 3GS jsut shut off repeatedly?
My Iphone 3GS has begun shutting off for no apparent reason. I can be surffing the internet and have sufficient battery and it will just shut off. Has anyone else experiences this?
I'm sure there are people who have had this problem. I haven't however. But I don't see how finding that other people have had the problem will help you fix yours.
A Restore with iTunes may fix it. If it doesn't do the Restore again and do not reload your backup. If that fixes it the backup is corrupt.

Has anyone ever had an iPhone freeze on them?
My iphone 5 froze on me twice since installing the 7.1 update. It happens in the lock screen. the pull-up that shows Airplane, WiFi, Bluetooth, Do Not Disturb, Lock Rotation will only give me about a quarter inch up and no further. All other functions stop such as pulling down that bit of the pull-up, swiping sideways to put password in, etc. My old crappy Samsung products used to freeze all the time.
Turning it off then on again does correct the immediate problem BUT.....

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

I was using Address book and when I started it the picture of the book became an picture of a program that looks likes it is downloading the program for the first time. Can anyone help me git the normal on back or tell me where to find the help to do that.
iMac Intel Mac OS X (10.4.3)With Address Book closed, drag its icon off the Dock. It will go 'poof' and disappear. In Finder, click on Applications, locate Address Book and click on it once and drag it to the Dock. That should replace it.

Has anyone ever had a problem with their iphone 4 not syncing and/or writing a backup file? Itunes locks up when i attempt a sync as well as when I transfer my purchases from my phone to Itunes. I'm running Itunes 10.4.1 on iOS 4.3.5. All of this is running on an 8 year old hp pavillian laptop running XP Pro that is fully updated. Could my phone have a bug or a hardware problem. Are there any known problems with iOS 4.3.5? Pretty frustrating problem so I'm hoping that someone has heard of this and can offer some suggestions on a solution. Thanks a bunch.
Did you used to have service and now suddenly you don't?
This happened to me a few years back, and several other iPhone users in my neighborhood, and after a while on the phone with AT&T they figured out that a technician had recently adjusted the receiver/sender on the tower and it was slightly off. They sent them back up and I actually had a better signal after than I did before it went out.
I would call AT&T and explain the issue you are having and see if they can fix it.
If you never had service there then like wjosten said it's probably just a bad zone.

Has anyone ever had an email from Apple on IPad asking them to update their account details? The email seems genuine enough as it asks you to sign in with your Apple ID and password and takes you through to the Apple site but am a bit worried as they ask you in the section Update Your Apple account for bank and credit card details and for the security number on the back of the card. Also in the section where it asks for my mobile number it will only take 10 numbers and when ai try to put in the final (11th number) it won't let me. Sorry am new to all this and a bit confused! Any help is gratefully appreciated.....Thanks.

Has anyone noticed that their iPhone 5 has a yellow tinged display and the colours look too intense? Just does not look right.
Correction - I HAVE reported the fault to Apple and to my network provider who have informed me that they have received numerous complaints from their customers and are sending out replacements to them and to me. As I hadn't stated what steps I had taken in my original post you shouldn't be so fast to assume what I have or have not done.

has anyone ever had this problem and know how to fix it ?? I upload songs on to my ipod and they appear on my ipod in itunes but after i disconnect (the correct way) the songs do not appear on my ipod. If i plug the ipod back into my computer it still shows them as being on my ipod through itunes but not when i disconnect please please please help!! thankyou! (Also the songs i'm trying to upload are cd's that i have brought)

Has anyone else had an iPhone 5 that's only been dropped once accidentally and smashed the screen? Mine has done that and as I don't have mobile insurance it'll cost a fortune to replace it through Apple!! I don't think the phone is fit for purpose as any other phone i've had has been dropped and been fine and surely they expect a mobile to be accidentally dropped at least once!!

If you dropped it on concrete- that is the hardest material and chance of damage goes up tremedously. Actually you are fortunate not to have mobile insurance because then you have to trust your insurance provider to provide you with a quality replacement or repair.
Apple is always spot-on you know what you're getting. They can always attempt to replace JUST the display on an iPhone 5 for $149 + tax is what I've heard them quote others. But they said it's $229 to replace your phone with another whole new iPhone 5. Get the AppleCare+ because two of these incidents will only cost you $49 + tax in the future! -
I have a Macbook Pro, and I cannot get onto my my job's wi-fi network. Has anyone ever had a problem getting on a wi-fi network at your place of employment? I have a username and password for the network, but when I try to go through the Connection Assistant and put in my password, it says its the wrong password.
