Has anyone had any difficulties opening up jpegs on an ipad, which have been edited with PSE12?
Any photos I have taken, which I have edited and reduced in size in the new Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 will not open on the ipad. After editing I always save my pictures to folders on my desktop computer.
I experienced the problem when I recently sent sent four pictures less than 200Kb each attached to an email. The email opened up, the photos did not. I have tried sending a variety of pictures now, and all those edited in PSE12 did not open up on the ipad.

Kind of you to reply. My 'titles' conform, as they always have done. I've used a few versions of PSE over the years. Pics edited in an older version opened up no probs on ipad.

If it's getting hot you need to replace it, As a suggestion I would take it later this morning to your local Verizon Corporate and have them look at it and see if they can DOA it, since the screen is bad and it is getting hot it's considered a Manufacturing issue and since the phone carries a 1 year warranty Hopefully they can give you another Brand new one I'm not going to Guarantee they will they may order you a Certified Good as new one but hopefully the Rep or Manager of the store will understands it's out of your control the phones screen went dead and the phone gets hot,

Has anyone had problems opening their iTunes?!

I have been having issues with my iTunes for about two weeks now with iOS 7, in which the app closes when it is opened. So I tried to fix by updating iOS 7.0.2 but did not work still not opening, just crashes or whatever and I still can't get in. Any advice?!

All the photos from my computer were transferred to my iphone. I don't know what I did to make that happen and I can't even delete them from my phone. I had to reset and restore my phone to original settings and lost all my iphone photos and contacts and messeges. I opened the attachment on a malicious email in error on my IPad and have been informed by the genuine company that it will download malware software. Is this possible on my IPad or is there a way of running a security scan to see if it has been infected?

There is no anti-malware for iOS, at least none that actually does anything useful. The odds of getting any malware infection via an email attachment on an iOS device is quite low - practically non-existent. Unless you are seeing any issues, there isn't much to do, other than deleting the email and being more cautious in the future.

Has anyone had to change their current voice plan when activating the iphone? I want to get the iphone, but the restrictions are killing me. I can't apply my 24% business discount, no MMS capabilities, no video and the ATT rep told me that I would have to change my current voice plan. The voice plan is the biggest issue. I can live with the others.
I current have a family share plan with 850 anytime minutes (unlimited nights and weekends and M2M) for $59.99/month. This plan is way better than anything ATT is currently offering. Has anyone had to deal with this?

I was told when I bought the phone from the Rep at the AT&T store that I would get a 15% discount off my bill for work.. knowing she sold me an iPhone. Emails have went back and forth since October where she said I had to wait a couple of montsh for it process. After calling AT&T customer service and asking them why that my discount column on the bill shows 0.00 and going to the store I bought it and talking to another rep, they both said it doesn't apply to iPhone accounts. After sending another email to the original rep, she goes back on her word and confirms it's not happening. Thank God its a cool phone, otherwise I'd hang up AT&T over that $15/mo I've been missing out on.

Camera on iPhone4 doesn't work, when you use either the icon on the screen all you get the the shutter. I am unable take pictures. Has anyone had the same problem and are there any solutions?

The camera on my iPhone 4 isn't working and hasn't for quite sometime. I have updated the phone to IOS 6 and it hasn't made any difference.
When you use the icon that appears at the bottom of the screen or the camera icon on the main screen all you see is the camera shutter.I have tried to restore the camera and that hasn't made any difference. Has anyone had trouble with their bluetooth headset? I have a Motorola H700 that pairs with the iphone but takes about 10 seconds after i hit send for the connection between the phone and the headset to be established. I also get allot of static when the headset is more than 3 feet away from the phone. (this headset worked perfectly @ about 40' with a Motorola Razr I had)

Has anyone had listing in Notes disappear?

Has anyone had listing in Notes disappear recently? I have an iPad 2 running 7.0.4. I had a really important note in there and went back to add to it and it's gone. Is there a time limit on them or a way to get it back or see what happened to it?
I recently had a mini stroke and rely heavily on my iPad. I use Notes for important things to remember, Calendar to schedule my doctor appointments, and Facebook to keep in touch with friends.
Please advise.

I've had Notes disappear - and didn't realize what caused it until I read this post:
check under settings> mail contact calenders and see if notes are turned on in your email.. if so they are being pulled into your email by your email account extremely common problem with yahoo. if the notes are on then they are in an inbox folder in your email titled notes.. turn notes off in the email and it will not happen anymore
And another user suggests this:
Quit the notes app completely and reboot the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
See if that brings them back. If it doesn't. Backup the phone and restore the iPad from the phone backup. But that will restore all of the contents of the phone backup onto the iPad.
Of course, the best way to preserve your Notes is to back them on the Cloud. It's free.
