As soon as the devices connected to your network the printer should appear as AirPrint.
You may ensure it is connected by clicking the wireless icon on the printer screen to locate its IP, then type the IP into Safari and check if you can access the printer homepage from your iPad.
If the printer conncted but still not being detected as AirPrint, ensure you have the latest firmware for your printer:

If the printer still not being dedected I would rather suspect the network as AirPrint uses Apple Bonjour and therefore require your network to support multicasting to operate..
You may test it by temporary setting direct connection using Wireless Direct, if the printer being detected without using the router please clarify your router brand and model to better understand your router capabiities.

Make sure you are signed into the iCloud ID you are using on the iPod when you attempt to locate it, and that it has a good wifi connection. If these are correct and you are and it still says it's offline, turn Find My iPod off on it, then after a minute or so turn it back on. Then see if you can locate it.

How do you get back to the main screen? My little movie screen is not in the top right corner as it usually is... ever since it unexpectedly shut down. I can not edit it anymore and the screen is in the middle and the clips and sound are separated underneath. PLEASE HELP THIS PROJECT IS DUE TOMORROW AND I WAS ALMOST DONE
my limited experience tells me that different magazines work differently.
try double clicking the home button and then swiping the magazine image up off the top of the screen -

i have encountered a problem whereby i have this internal table tied to an alv screen. i have already define my PF status for my back button but it doesnt seem to be working fine for me. as i click on the back button only the alv is gone, after another click on the back button then it will direct me back to the main screen. may i know what is the problem? or any codes that i might have missed out? thxi put my codes here:

I mean, when I load my itune library as usual and the syncing starts, I get the problem as described as follows;
When I try to sync, I see the songs being copied then I get a message, say after about 45minutes, that, itunes cannot read the ipod contents because the ipod data drive is corrupt. I have tried different things to no avail. It is very fraustrating, and if I may say so, very disturbing.
I hope somebody can help me, for I can see now that, many people have got similar problems and they haven't been able to solve. I understand this is a common ipod problem and many people have had to abandone their ipods after such problems. It is very hurting because ipods are very expensive to buy, and so to write it off like that is very dis-heartening. -

Restoring your iPod makes it return to factory settings, making it work like a completely new iPod, thus deleting all media, including music, photos, videos, movies etc., and any files you may have stored on it whilst using it as an external hard drive in disk mode. It will only delete files stored on the iPod, so if you have 'Song A' on your iPod and in your iTunes library, when you restore the iPod it will be deleted from the iPod but will remain in your iTunes library.
Music ripped from CDs should also remain in the iTunes library, but just in case, right click the songs you ripped (press shift to select more than one song) and click on 'Show in Windows Explorer'. Then, copy the music files from the folder in Windows Explorer to a folder in another directory, (eg. Music), to make a backup. Though this is not necessary, I recommend it as iTunes can be unpredictable at times. Purchased music can always be downloaded again, but it shouldn't delete itself.
If your whole music collection is on your iPod again you could try pressing the 'Sync all music' button in iTunes in the iPod directory, which should automatically sync all playlists and songs like it used to, but it might not work. In the end a restore should help but bare in mind that you might have problems syncing music in large quantities again, so be prepared to methodically add more songs like explained in the other post. Hope this helps.

I have an ipod classic (4/5 yrs old) ,which I syced with itunes on an XP laptop, since destroyed. I have a W8 laptop with a newly downloaded itunes, but, it will not show any trace of my ipod when connected, nor does the laptop. The cable and usb port are both tested and fine. Any ideas.

I am new to the IPAD - I was wondering when I am in my e-mail and I am finished with looking at a e-mail, now do I get it to go back to a blank screen so I don't end up with a bunch of open windows. Also, can you open up folder where bulk - junk mail will go automatically?
You can't have bunch of open windows on the iPad, you can only work on one window at a a time. Tap the home button to go back to the home screen or double tap the home button - no all of your recent apps will be at the bottom of the screen in the recents tray. Tap on the app that you want to go back to. You can also use Multitasking gestures - go to Settings>General>Multitasking Gestures>On. When you are in the setting You can read how it works.
You cannot open a bulk folder for junk mail to go to automatically. Junk mailboxes can only be set up in IMAP email accounts. If you had an IMAP account, you would already have a junk mailbox in the mail app since it would have probably synced to the iPad when you set the email account up on the device.
If you go to your email account in the Mail app and look at the window where your inbox, trash folder and sent folder are - if there is an Edit button at the top of the window - tap that and then tap Add Mailbox at the bottom.
If the Edit button is not there - you cannot create folders on the iPad. Your email account is not IMAP. Only IMAP email accounts can create folders on the iPad. Any folders that you would already have in an IMAP account would sync to the device as well. -
How do I get back to my email after I have looked at a message and then clicked on the link in the email and was taken to the web to do something. I want to be able to get back to my email, but so far I have to go back to the home screen and then into email again.
ThanksThe only alternative to what you ask and what sberman tells you is to double tap the home button when you are done with the web and select the mail app from the multi-tasking bar. That will bring you right back to the mail message.

The screen is telling you to connect the iPod to a computer with iTunes via the USB cable. iTunes should open and give you instructions. If not, open iTunes and retore the iPod via iTunes.
