Unless you or your software moved or deleted the files from iTunes on your PC, they're still there. Time to go hunting. I don't know where iTunes stores its files on a default installation of a Windows Vista box, but I'd look in your documents folder for something containing "music" in its title. Before you do *anything* to or with the folder, copy it to a safe location. That way if something you're doing messes it up, you've got clean files with which you can work. Make sure you can see all the files in Windows Exploder by first checking your folders settings. By default Windows often hides important system files.

On your mac/Win PC can you log into the iTunes Store with your Apple ID and password??
Can you download one of the free songs/books/ videos (look under Free on iTunes)?

To move entire projects export them as Aperture Libraries, and then import those Libraries into the other Aperture Library:
Select the Project in the Inspector, then
File -> Export -> Project as Library
In the other Library do:
File -> Import -> Library/ Project
But I am not quite convinced, that the size of your current Aperture Library is responsible for the slowness of Aperture - Aperture is designed to cope with huge libraries.
You may want to post your hardware setup and details of your library, and some of the hardware experts here may help you to find the reason for the slowness.
A huge library should only be a problem, if the projects are too big, and if you have many, many smart albums at the root level of your library.
So keep the projects small, and try to move some of your smart albums to lower levels in your folder structure (then Aperture does not need to scan all of your images to build the smart album).
Other reasons for Aperture's slowness may be, e.g.
An overfull system drive and/or external drive (keep at least 20% of your drives empty)
lack of RAM
a corrupted Aperture Library, that needs repairing
Have you checked those options, before you split your library? It would be a pity to split it, for you would loose the ability to browse all parts at the same time, to use all your images in the Media Browser, etc.

How can I get my new iTunes account to allow me to Sync my iTouch? The only option it gives me is to "transfer purchases" from my iTouch to iTunes, but that is only about 25% of my iTunes library-most of it is CDs I have uploaded. How can I Sync without losing all my music from my iTouch???

I've tried a few of the iPod copy programs-the free ones and the ones you have to pay for, but I can't find one that will work for ALL my content on an iTouch.

I had an iPod nano and then got a classic iPod, which then broke. So I wanted to start using my iPod nano again. I still have the same iTunes account, but when I try to sync this iPod with my iTunes nothing happens.

The music that was on this nano when I stopped using it a few years ago is still on it, and I want to replace it with other songs that I've added to my iTunes since then.

iPods (except for iPod touch) are not linked to any iTunes "account." They are associated with your iTunes library. The account in iTunes is your Apple ID, and that is used to buy and download content from the iTunes Store. It is not required to use an iPod.
The 1st (and 2nd) gen shuffle can only be used with one iTunes library at a time. When you connect it, iTunes should prompt you to start using it with your iTunes library, and warn that the shuffle's existing content will be erased. Have iTunes erase the shuffle, and it will be associated with your iTunes library going forward. You can then add content to your shuffle.
The need for the previous owner's Apple ID and password should only come up if you are trying to transfer existing content from the shuffle to your iTunes library, AND the previous owner had content purchased from the iTunes Store. Just cancel out of that step, if iTunes asks.

Yes, you copy each one's iTunes folder to the /Home/Music/ folder in each of their separate user accounts. You will first need to create a separate user account for each of them using the Users & Groups preferences.

I have a photosmart plus B209a but when I scan into my PC i only have the option of sending it to p

B209a when I scan a document into my computer I only have the option of sending it into my pictures, I cannot send it to documents or to Adobe reader. As this is not something I need very often but once in awhile I need to convert a document into PDF format but now I cannot do that and I do not want to pay for Adobe reader in order to covert into PDF.
I used to be able to scan and send it in Email but now I cannot even do that even if I save it as a file.

I had a nasty problem a week or so ago (nothing to do with your issue). I decided to reset the iPad back to factory level. I then restored it using a backup that I had made before the problem. Turns out that I did not need to do that but,......finally getting to the point , I started with 7.2 GB free and wound up with 8.4 GB free. I did not lose anything and I have no clue what caused me to recover that space. In any event, I am babbling on about this in case it might be of help to you.
Oh, I do know some apps cache stuff, but very few allow you to clear that cache.

I have two large iTunes libraries from when i had two computers.
I would like two keep them seperate and was wondering if there is a way to choose which library i want when launching iTunes?
This can be done in iPhoto for example by holding down the Alt key when launching iphoto and then choosing your desired library, there is also an application called iphoto manager that does this for you. Is there such a thing for itunes?

Thank you for the question. It sounds like you have two separate iTunes Libraries but would like to add the music from one to the other to have one consolidated library.
If you know where the files are for each library, I recommend opening one iTunes Library in iTunes and importing the files from the other library using the following steps:
Open iTunes
From the File menu, choose one of the following choices:
MacAdd to Library
Windows
Add File to Library
Add Folder to Library
Navigate to and select the file or folder that you want to add

Next, you can search for duplicates:
Choose View > Show Duplicate Items to show duplicate items (matches are based on the song name and artist). If you have multiple versions of the same song (for example, live and studio versions, or versions from different albums) you can hold the Alt or Option key (for Mac OS X) or the Shift key (for Windows) and choose View > Show Exact Duplicate Items. This will show only duplicate songs having the same name, artist, and album.

This should help you identify the duplicates all at one time so that you can delete the extra versions of songs.

Ok, first of all don't keep purchasing the application, and if you've purchased it multiple times, contact iTunes billing department immediately. They SHOULD only send one actual confirmation in and the rest of the "pending" charges will drop off (how long that takes is up to your credit card company, not iTunes), but you should be sure.
Second, sometimes when they are uploading a lot of new stuff at certain times it can cause the store to screw up, or any number of other reasons could be a factor why you can't connect to the iTunes store, be it on their end or on your end even. Wait a little bit and try again via "Check for available downloads" or via your "Purchased" option on the iTunes store main page.
IF the app you purchased isn't there and you are sure your credit card was charged, then you will need to contact iTunes to find out why you can't download the app.

If the amount of the purchase is close to $21.07, then you need to take into account taxes may be added.
If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account.
