Having a problem in app store
Hii guys whrn i tried to download apps from app store they are not downloading and showing the app as waiting and the updates are also not downloading plzzz help mee

Did you check to see if your credit card has expired or has been frozen? My dad bought some hardware from Canada and it froze his card because it was an out of the country purchase. He called the bank and they turned it back on.

I have problems with Apps Store whenever I rotate the device it will just auto exit from the apps store and back to home screen.Try a rest: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

i have a weird problem on app store. when i open it the bottom row first come featured then categories then update then top 25 then search ' the problem its wrong order ot should be 1- featured 2- categories 3- top 25 4- search 5- update !
Do other users in your country have this issue? Are you using another country's App Store?
If no...
Try a Restore with your backup.
If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. -

I have never experienced that or read about it either but before you resort to restoring - and that may be what you have to end up doing - try the basics first.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Sometimes just restarting the iPad can really help. The resolution may end up being more complicated, but try the simple things and then move on. -

App store is working properly until I try to watch the details of an app.
When I click on an app the page with the headline "Info" appears. But the field for info is empty.
How can this be solved? :-sI have this problem too, I am using I5 and info page is empty. hope Apple fix the problem.

Having some problems with apps froms the app store
Hello. Since I got my iTouch I've been having some problems with some apps. Some work perfectly fine, but some others are just crashing after a few seconds. I've tried everything I found, but it seems like my problem is different from the one related by lots of others iPod users. Having problem in app store cos id is wrong

I've recently registered my sister's account in app store but the problem is the e-mail id is wrong so I can't get the verification code. Please advise me that what can I do further?Thanks for your reply but I solved the problem myself. I wrote the wrong id and then edited into correct one after that I got the verification e-mail and I can use it now.

ID not working in App store only. Anyone having this issue?
purchased apps and music are forever associated with the itunes account/ID that was used when the purchase was made. If you change ID on a device, then you'll get the prompts because the apps are from a different ID.
Either put up with this, or (using the ID that you want to use in the future) buy the items again.
As for the account (itunes or icloud) that a device is currently using, go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account then enter a different account if that's what you want.
For itunes, go to Settings>itunes & apps Stores, tap the account name on the next page, then choose log off (or whatever the option is called). Like icloud, you can then log into a different itunes store account. -
Is anyone else having problems with App Store not processing updates?
For last 36 hours, App Store is not processing updates. Rebooted, and hard rebooted. Tried tapping on apps to force a download, from the Purchased list and the home screen. Ipad also will not access new 8.1 version today. Any suggestions?
The iTunes and Mac App Store / iCloud problem spontaneously resolved for me as of 21:54 Pacific Standard Time on 9/30/2012.
Someone at Apple was aware of and fixed the problem. Finally.
