Having problem with purchase in apps

Few days ago, i bought an application and it work correctly, but when i try to purchase in app i got this message
Your purchase could not be completed
for assistance contact itunes support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/
So i fowllow it, i have talked with them and the supporter said i can't tell you more about this problem because of security reason, please review your Apple ID and try again.
After that, i have reviewed my ID, my payment info...
Everything work correctly and i dont know why it still not let me purchase in app.
Anybody know about this problem please help me.
Finally, another question, if it doesnt work , how can i remove billing information?

    Make sure your payment information on your iTunes account matches with your bank's. If it's correct and you still cannot purchase, you'll need to contact support and have them check your account.

  • Is anyone having problems with the Health App and Withings?

    After upgrading to ios 8.1 I am still having a problem getting my Withings Health Mate data to correctly update my Healt Dashboard. The information that does show up on the different Dashboard widgets is way off. For example, I today walked 2400 steps according to Withings, but the Health Dashboard shows 10,700 steps (720,000 in smaller print on another line). It further shows my daily average at 313,000 steps! Ridiculous.
    Walking/Running distance for the days shows 22.5 miles with a daily average of 108 miles.....I'm not Barry Allen/The Flash.

    My problems with the Healt App are all over the map. The information on Withings Health Mate is totally accurate, and updates immediately.  I have their scale (since 2011) and wireless blood pressure monitor. Also, I find the heart rate senson on the iPhone 6 to work well, every time.
    This issue for me is with Apple's Health app. I get ridiculous readings on the Dashboards. For example, it shows my daily average in steps as 170,688, and miles walked at 80. Hardly! Additionally, the Dashbord widgets will disappear/reappear for no reason. I have tried switching the priority of data sources for the steps dashboard between Withings and my iPhone 6 (because it is indicated that the top source governs the dashboard info), to no avail.
    Lastly, I don't know how to interpret the infomration on the individual dashboards. On the same line as the word "Steps" there is a number, i.e. 14,272 steps, and just under it the word "Today." However, when I switch from "Day," "Week,," "Month," and "Year," those number don't change. Below the word Today is a number (which changes all the time), and at the bottom of the widget, just above the month (October now) is the number 1,149,749. Nice.
    I would like to get the Apple Watch next year, but if the Health App cannot be fixed I may not.

    You've updated your iTunes account to have your new email address on it - you might need to log out of your account by tapping on it at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in with the updated version of your account so as to 'refresh' the account on it.

  • I'm having problems with the Notes App

    Hi Everyone.
    Just upgraded from the original iPhone to the 3G.
    Everything transfered over fine and I've got all my settings set up like I want them. However, I'm having trouble with the Notes App and I used it all the time on my original iPhone.
    When I type in notes the words don't wrap. As I type notes just writes one really long sentence. It will eventually wrap but not after typing a lot of words.
    If I hit done after typing then the iPhone will save the new additional text I added but it will not let me edit the not again. I have to leave the app, open it back up again, select my note and then I can edit it again. Also, if I do have the ability to edit and add/delete text the previously entered text "floats" a little bit. I can grab it and slide it as a group all over the screen.
    This is a note that I transfered from my original iPhone and it's a touch long. I use it to jot down creative ideas and brain storming. So I'm kind of constantly adding to it.

    I have just upgraded from an iPod touch to iPhone and the notes app won't work at all. It imported note from my iPod (which used to work fine) but will not let me add or delete notes and the contents of the notes are also screwed up. If it was a computer app I would bin it and reload but how do you that with an iPhone.
    I can't face calling the Apple help line. Anyone any suggestions?

    Do you do any kind of sync'ing between your iPhone and iTunes on your computer? There seem to be a number of major bugs in Apple's code (either in in the Podcasts app, or in iTunes, or in Apples server-side code, or some combination of the three).  Many people are having this issue.  In fact, it's hard to believe that anyone isn't, if they're sync'ing their iPhone with iTunes.

    If I don't sync my phone with iTunes, this particular problem doesn't show up (although there are still other sync'ing bugs that do show up).

    Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it!   It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

    simply try doing a back up and restore
    when going thru the activation screen, select SET UP AS NEW and then test your device. if it is not shutting down then it could be 1 or more apps tht have been downloaded wch could be affecting the device
    you will then need to follow the process of eleimnation, meaning add 2 apps and then monitor your phone, if nothing happes then add another couple of them and then check
