Having trouble downloading software for my newer phone.
I have just purchased a second Blackberry Curve 8310. I am trying to get my information from my original one onto the new one. However, when I plug in my newer one, Windows says New Hardware Found, and then will not let me install it. I have tried from the disc and from the BB website. The disc will get to a page that says Click Here to Install, but does NOTHING after that.
Desktop Manager is already on my computer from my previous phone, but nothing about the new phone will work with my computer. I have had it over a week, and cannot use it.
Also, I want to transfer my information from one micro disc onto another disc, and don't know at all how to go about that. But that is another question.....

First, do this, disconnect all BlackBerry devices from the PC , and reboot the PC from off.
Upon reboot, connect the older device to the USB, to a main REAR USB port, not a hub or monitor port or a front PC USB port.
Open Desktop Manager. Click on Switch Device Wizard and complete it's prompts, including when it pauses to ask you to connect the new device to the USB cable.

Having troubles downloading trial for Adobe Premiere CS6-installation program is not configured
When i want to start downloading the trail version for Adobe Premiere CS6 there is a pop-up window saying that the installation program is not rightfully configured. Is this because of the downloading software having a technical issue or is it my computer?
I have a windows 7 aspire M5811 edition, 64-bit and an Intel core i5 CPU with 6,00 GB of RAM.

I am having trouble downloading Facebook for my iPhone 3

I just got an iPhone 3 and went into the App Store and I'm unable to download Facebook from the App Store. I seem to be able to download any others, but this one. I get an error that I need to update the iOS to 4.3 but when I connect to my iTunes it doesn't show an update. Is there anything that can fix this?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!The new version won't work on your phone. It requires at least iOS 4.3 and the 3G cannot be updated beyond iOS 4.2.1. (You'll have to complain to Facebook if you want to see this changed.)

This is my first post. Hope I am entering it correctly.
Open Office requires Java which exposes Macs to Hackers. A recent MacWorld magazine recommends removing Java which is not loaded with Mavericks. Could my Mac Pro been comprised with Java being present?
Other Problems:
When Time Machine is backing up the Icon in the Menu Bar no longer turns to indicate it is backing up.
In System Preferences > Security and Privacy > General, Option and Advance selections are dimmed. Unable to make selections.
Opening Apps very slow.
If I make a search and then select one of the items from the search, when I close the item it goes to the top of the search items and not back from where it was selected to open. So it is no longer in alphabetical order from the search items. I cannot drag it to its original position in the list.
The App CleanMYMac 2 keeps opening a window asking me if I want to open the App.Could my Mac Pro been comprised with Java being present?
Java running inside your Browser, accessible from unknown Web sites is the threat.
Having Java Present is not a significant threat. If you run only trusted Applications, the threat is very small.

Apple realized that spinning Icon punished screen refresh, and changed the design. Now a subtle triangle appears and stays still while the backup is in progress.

Did you click the big Lock to authenticate as Admin?

Many Users consider Apps like clean my mac to be dangerous. These Apps have a habit of throwing away parts of Mac OS X that are needed for proper operation. No one needs to run such stuff -- Mac OS X takes care of cleaning itself. The space freed does not generally improve performance, and throwing away caches usually slows down your Mac (until the caches are re-created and then the so-called problem has not been solved). -

I have a new iTouch. I'm having trouble downloading iTunes. I keep getting the error message: "Apple Application Software was not found. Apple application support is required to run iTunesHelper. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again. Error 2." I have uninstalled and tried installing again and get the same error message. What do i need to do?
LgInstall 7-Zip (free), or a free trial of WinRAR, and use one of them to extract the contents of the iTunesSetup.exe or iTunesSetup64.exe installer file, then try installing AppleApplicationSupport.msi as a standalone component. Even if it won't install you may get a more useful error message as to why not.

I just bought a new iMac and am having troubles downloading creative cloud installer. Its coming up with error 214 - I can't find any solutions for this. Can anyone help me? Im on mac OS 10.9.4

Hi , The Officejet 4630 will not work with 10.5 and lower, it is only compatible with 10.6 and above.
The only suggestion I can make will not likely be ideal, but you could email anything you want to print from the computer to the printer.
Each HP ePrint-enabled printer, such as the 6520, has its own unique email address. After you enable HP ePrint on your HP ePrint-enabled printer, you can print from your mobile or network-connected device by sending an email to your HP printer's email address. With HP ePrint, you can print from anywhere, at any time. If you can send an email, you can use HP ePrint. This blurb, and more information, can be found in the following HP Document, ePrint Product Specifications. As mentioned. This is likely not ideal, it really depends on how much printing you plan to do. If this is practical for you as a work around then mission accomplished, we found a solution, if not.... The only other options would be to consider taking the printer back and getting a different model that is compatible with 10.5, or upgrading the OS if that Mac can allow for an upgrade to 10.6. I know you'd rather not upgrade, but you might consider treating yourself, there are some nice new shiny Macs available. See the steps below for error codes 3000-3999.
Errors 3000-3999 (3004, 3013, 3014, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the update server (gs.apple.com) on ports 80 or 443.
Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software is not interfering with ports 80 or 443, or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow Troubleshooting security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network. -
I am having trouble downloading a whole playlist to my phone. Parts of the playlist will sync but there are still a lot of songs that won't. I have plenty of space to hold this playlist as far as I can see. Any help is appreciated.
I agree. I don't rely on iCloud as a backup, that is what I have my portable hard drive for. Its 500 GB so I can hold my entire iTunes library several times over on it. I have all my movies on my hard drive, but somehow "The Mist" got deleted off of my hard drive, so I figured "Well, the option to redownload an already purchased movie is available through iCloud, I'll just do that!"
And permissions and download availability have nothing to do with it, the movie's still there, it still allows me to redownload it. The only problem is when I click download, I get that message.
And nobody else uses my computer, but I do have multiple accounts authorized on it. Even still though, I am attepmpting to download it through the account I purchased it under. :/ -

Actually your suggestions are the ones that i have tried. i have seen that you have tried to help others with this issue and the only one that i could find that said they found the problem said that it was an ilife update issue and it fixed it and i have no available updates. i know it has to do with something in photo stream because it happens when i create a new library and it is loading the photos but i get the message before i reach the maximum 1000 photos. so i've tried updating, new library(first backing up photos and then deleting them from iPhoto), reinstalling OSX many times, running disc utilities. I called Apple the first day i had this issue and i was the first person to call them for support with the retina display and i actually had it escalated to a senior advisor and we thought we fixed the problem but we did not. i am pretty fluent in dealing with troubleshooting these type of issues and this is the first time i'm reaching out to the community. i figured now that the retina has been out some time now that there would be an obvious answer to this issue. thanks for the quick reply.

If you are using Flash Pro CC 2014, please update Extension Manager CC to 7.2.1. Then please confirm whether Flash is shown in the product panel of Extension Manager CC. If not, please refer to Re: Why can't I see InDesign CC in my Extension Manager CC.
