After downloading the program and installing it on the second computer, I keep getting this error message: "Apple Mobile Device Failed to Start." This happens when when my IPhone 5c is connected via Wi-Fi and I have clicked on "Trust This Computer." (I have tried to install several times-- It gets hung up when it reaches"Starting Services.")

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
and paste into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

Im a Logic Pro X new user and Im having trouble once I download the additional content. I dont know how to use it. Is used as a plug in or what? Anyone who can help me I will be very greatful

Although I can download the additional content im not able to use it as i dont know if this should appear as a new plug in or an audio unit.

The additional content relates to the stuff that is already included with Logic. So, for example, when you download extra kits for Drummer, they go into the folder that has the So-Cal kit and the other kit that downloads when you do the intial install of Logic.
Same with Bass instruments, Guitar instruments, Orchestral stuff. If you had a look at what came with Logic in the initial install, and then looked in those same places afterwards, there's a whole bunch more stuff in there.

There is nothing to download for iTunes Match. It is a service that is built into iTunes that you subscribe to, then enable. So... you enabled the service and let the initial scan, match and upload process complete. Is that correct?
How are you determining that songs are missing? And where are they missing from? Your iTunes library? Please be specific.
As to backups, you say you "can't find them." How are you backing up your personal data?
If it is determined that the song files are actually gone from the computer HDD/SSD and you do not have backups then, yes, you'll need to rip (not "download") the CDs again.

Personally I would boot into recovery & reinstall the OS.
If it is new I assume you have nothing to lose (not migrated data to it). The default install option will only try to replace files in place anyway. Backup if you do have an valuable data.
oovoo & Dropbox both download as .dmg files (disk images). It suggests it could be similar to another issue I saw with 10.9 where the installed Disk Utility app appeared to be corrupt. Perhaps your Disk Utility 'diskmounter' helper is damaged.
The user had sucess with a reinstall.

One step listed in the link to "helpful" info, was (when Iooked 30 seconds ago), to search for and download the newest version of iTunes. I'm running iTunes on Win 7 machine and was prompted to update today, 10.22.2014, and did so without a problem. Having said that, however, it looks as though the latest iTunes (12.0.1.26) is finally doing what the last version refused to do, which is to actually fully populate all my playlists on my 6, but there is a hitch: 12.0.1.26 will NOT allow you to show the sidebar unless you click on "playlists," that is, you cannot keep it open all the time.
And, when plugging the 6 into the computer, the phone icon shows up but clicking on it does nada. What does work, for some strange reason, is clicking on the tiny icon (just under the "Store" menu link at top screen) which looks much like a tiny barrel, someone's idea of external drives, I suppose. The phone then comes up, with the list of stuff on the phone just under it where the sidebar used to be. Sync is now restricted to the lower right of the screen.
Apparently, you will also need to update your iPhone's software as well; some friends with the 4 and 4s, however, had troubles with them after upgrading. The message from Silicon Valley (I can see Apple from my backyard, ha ha) is apparently, "keep upgrading," folks, get rid of those old phones.

Also we are having Mac book pro's (Late 2009 & 2010) after upgrading them to 10.8.5. Unable to launch the mac, getting only white screen with apple icon.
Let me know is there any specific Hardware (Graphic Cards) we need to use for the same.

Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.

After downloading the latest upgrade of Adobe, I can no longer open files that are PDF's. Why do I keep getting error 0.104?

Since October 23rd, after downloading the recent upgrade for Adobe Reader, I continually keep getting error code 0.104 whenever I try to open a file that is in PDF format. No matter if I'm using Internet Explorer or Chrome. Huge waste of time! I have restored the Adobe to previous upgrade of September 2014, which was working fine. I have restarted the computer several times since I restored to prior version with no luck at all.

Having trouble upgrading "The Complete U2" to iTunes Plus

I purchased "The Complete U2" in early 2005. When iTunes went DRM-Free/256kbps "The Complete U2" was not immediately available. Apparently, on 05/23/09, for many who had purchased "The Complete U2" like I did, the collection became available for upgrade to iTunes Plus. I received notification in my iTunes Plus cue on or around 05/27/09. When I tried to upgrade on 05/29/09, I received a message stating that the item is no longer available in the iTunes store. Mind you, the icon for "The Complete U2" and the "Buy Album" (for $45.00) is still in my iTunes "Upgrade to iTunes Plus" storefront.
I've been in email support contact with two different reps from Apple, and unfortunately despite communicating with a "Tier 2 iTunes" support rep, I've gotten no solid answers as to why this is the case, or whether it will at some point be available for upgrade/download. The most I've been told is that it's "the band's (U2's) decision" to sell or not sell their product and that they can choose to change sellability at any time. My own further understanding is that Universal (U2's prior record label at the time "The Complete U2" was released) pulled the plug on the initial retail sale of the product in about 07', so new users cannot purchase "The Complete U2" for the first time, any longer. What is puzzling, is that Universal would go to the lengths of providing a 256kbps DRM-free, iTunes Plus edition of "The Complete U2" only to yank it a couple of days after it became upgradable to a lucky few.
I have read online that several users who received notification on 05/23/09 of the availability of the Upgrade to iTunes Plus for "The Complete U2" were in fact successful at upgrading and downloading the content, both here in the U.S., and at users in U.K. and another European country (The Netherlands) have also mentioned being able to upgrade.
I've not read of anyone else in my predicament: Namely, my iTunes Plus upgradable content list contains the option to upgrade "The Complete U2", but when I tried to upgrade I'm receiving a message indicating that it is "no longer available for purchase."

I also could not upgrade my complete u2 library. I tried each day for the past couple of days. Last night (6/19/09) I tried again with the same results. Then I noticed that in the upgrade screen, next to the buy all button, it listed all my purchase that I could upgrade. The total cost included the $45 for the complete U2. I figured, what's the worst that could happen if I try it?
Well, to make a short story long, IT WORKED! I was able to download the U2 complete upgrade. I just had to also upgrade 8 songs from other artists.
So, if you have other songs that can be upgraded, and your Buy All option includes the $45 U2 cost. Then give it a shot. Get it while you can until they "fix the glitch"

You know that you have to connect the iPad to your PC with the cable that came with it - and then iTunes should start automatically and it will guide you through the set up process?
If you have already tried to connect the iPad - and you have launched iTunes - and you still have no luck - reboot your PC and then begin the process again.
