Having trouble with Itunes recognizing my Ipad and Iphone.

Hvaing trouble with Itunes recognizing my Ipad & Iphone. When it finally does the siftware will crash when syncing the devise...usually when syncing the Apps. I have removed and reloaded software ,mutiple times.
Any suggestions for correcting this?

Doublechecking. Have you also tried a complete uninstall of both iTunes and all the other related software components and then a reinstall? If not, try the instructions from the following document:

I figured it out. A week ago I had downloaded a screensaver from a website I trusted and that's when my problems started. I uninstalled it but that didn't help. So, I reinstalled it then used an uninstall softtware app that cleanns more than the control panel does. Then I used a computer cleaner to be sure everything was wiped clean. And it worked. I downloded iTunes for the 7th time in 2 days and finally it worked! And I lost nothing from my account.
Maybe this info will help others.

I'm having trouble with iTunes synching and accessing the iTunes store. When synching, the process tops at the back up stage, freezes and I can't close the iTunes window, need to ctrl alt del. When trying to access the store, the progress bar stops halfway. I've googled heaps and tried most of the standard answers - unistall, reinstall, etc, now looking for some help please.
This has only started a few weeks back, after working smoothly for the 2 years of owning the iPhone 3gs.
Any suggestions will be appreciated, it's getting realy frustrating.

Check and make sure the repeat indicator isn't set to repeat the same song. It will have a little number 1 inside a circle on it if it is. Just keep hitting it until it goes white. It will cycle through repeat all, repeat 1, and repeat none.

What do you mean by iTunes registering the mp4?
Which iTunes, on iPad, iTunes is a Store and it won't take your .mp4.
On pc, check if it supports the mp4 (there are a number of different mp4 format) you have converted.
Can you import it to computer iTunes?

Yes, it happens to me all the time. I deleted an app because it froze the. Tried to redownloading it but it wouldn't let me ivd tried all of my cards and nothing works. Having trouble with itunes update. Error with itunes64.msi. Windows 8.1 64 bit. I tried uninstalling, but I am stuck now trying to reinstall.
It says itcan't find the itunes64.msi destination folder.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Updates of Apps from iTunes 11 for iPad and iPhone 5

Since updating to version 11 of iTunes both my iPad and iPhone 5 cannot get updates for apps. My iPad is showing that there are 3 updates available but when I try to connect I get the error message "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". Other links such as top charts, genius and purchased are all available. Synching the iPad has had no effect. Has anyone any ideas? Many thanks for any help.

If you are attempting to update directly on the iOS device, there have been a number of issues reported around this. Appears to be a server issue and is effecting some, but not all user. Some things to try:
Wait it out a little bit while Apple addresses the server issues
Try downloading any available free app. Once the download is complete, try the updates again.
Try connecting from another WiFi network
Sign out of your apple ID (Setting app, iTunes & App store) and sign back in
Try a rest: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.
You might want to start with the reset. May not help, but won't hurt.
