press the red "Firefox" button, then "Print" then "Print Preview"
Print Preview is all or nothing no such things a previewing a selection.
Was there a Print Preview button before.
The keyboard shortcut for Print Preview was reassigned to "Private Browsing".
I'm on a PC and don't do much printing anyway, but there is no requirement to first preview before printing, and don't think a Mac would require print preview first either.

I have downloaded and run 3 supposedly good "fixers", but nothing has corrected my error issue. how can I uninstall 5.0 if I can't open the "add or remove" option? edit

10.5.8 is the highest OSX it can run.
TenFourFox is the most up to date browser for our PPCs, they even have G4 & G5 optimized versions...

I'd avoid vesrion 24 though, as it no longer supports plug-ins like Flash.

Como faço para sincronizar mais de uma conta de email no Firefox Sync para Android?

Olá. Tenho instalado o firefox 34.0.1 para android no celular. Tive que desinstalar por causa de um travamento e ao reinstalar perdi duas contas que eu sincronizava. Agora somente um email está sincronizado e sou obrigado a entrar nos emails por navegação comum mas perco muito tempo pois tenho que digitar conta e senha para cada uma delas. Esqueci completamente como se adicionam outras contas para serem sincronizadas. Alguém me dá um help?

Um amigo que usa o FF para android me deu a dica de que as contas a serem acompanhadas via sync devem ser adicionadas na tela do email; Quando você recebe a notificação de mensagem, você clica sobre a notificação que abre a mensagem de email. Nessa tela, no canto superior direito tem o ícone de menu e nesse menu tem a opção de adicionar novas contas de email para sincronizar. Só clicar em adicionar. Se for uma conta existente é só preencher os campos endereço e senha e dar um ok. Você também pode criar contas novas. No meu caso a adição foi imediata pois logo em seguida recebi notificações de emails da novas contas. É isso ai; Valeu pela ajuda.

How do I get Firefox to show the proper font and layout of a site when it keeps loading an older version of that site? (I have cleared cache and cookies already)

We are having a new website developed and my designer has made changes to it. Despite clearing the cache and cookies, the fonts are not showing up as the actual fonts. Also, the form fields at the bottom are extending beyond the border on the right side of the box on my screen, but this does not happen for other people using Firefox - it is only on my computer.
I AM ON A MAC.
I received a suggestion to reload the page and bypass the cache with:

BUT - this did not work.

All videos I play through Firefox are skipping but the same videos work fine in Safari. I am using the latest versions and patches. Help?

Other details? Umm, I'm using a Mac. Never had problems before version 4.0. It happens on Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, GomTV, among other video sites. I loaded the same videos in Safari and they play fine.

I have had nothing but problems since I installed the latest version of Firefox version 18. It hangs up my computer no matter what I am doing. Even if I am not using the browser. I uninstalled it three times and the problems just seemed to be getting worse. I finally uninstalled it and did not reinstall it again. I am not going to use it again until the problems are fixed. I also don't know what funmoods is or whatever it is that replaced my google home page. I don't like software deciding what services I should use. I have been a firefox user for over 15 years. I have never had problems like this before. I have switched to Safari. It works without interfering with the other tasks I am doing on my computer. I don't know what version 18 did but the previous version of firefox I was using was perfectly fine. I had no problems whatsoever with it. It appears as if this version was not sufficiently tested. Also my daughter is having the same problems with her computer and they all started with the new version. So it isn't just me. At least give us the option of going back to the previous version and asking us if we want to upgrade when a new one comes out. However, I have never had these problems in the past with any version of firefox I installed. I like the features of firefox but cannot afford to keep rebooting my computer. It seems that firefox gets hung up and then hangs the computer up and I can't do anything else even if I am not using it. It seems to stay on in the background and hang everything up. It most definitely is the browser that is causing most of the problems. I have used Firefox so long, I can't even remember. Maybe since its beginning. But today is a sad day. I gave up on it. I can't accomplish anything and end up spending hours troubleshooting. I see I am not alone. I am so sick of it "not responding." It's simply not worth it to spend so much time trying to make the thing work, so I can actually do something. Installed, removed, reinstalled numerous times, and I can't fix your software on my Win 7 Pro machine. No problems with IE or Chrome. So. as much as I hate Google Update, Chrome has won the test. Sad, sad day for me to lose Firefox, but it just does not work on the Win 7 machine. I don't have the same issues with the XP machine and have exactly all the same add-ons. Keep it up developers and you will have no Win 7 users at all.

I have tried 8 to 10 times to uninstall and reinstall Firefox 4. I have since checked my firewall settings and firefox is allowed. It simply just will not open for me.
