Hello. I created my apple id on a computer but whenever i try to use it on my (new) iphone, it says "review" after which nothing happens. I have not been able to purchase anything from the App store. Is there something i'm doing wrongly?

Have you looked in your email for a confirmation of the new apple id?

I can't purchased anything from the App store, it keeps telling that there is a problem with the previous purchased and when I tried to re-enter the information , this message keep showing " your payment method was declined please use valid method" even though I've used it before . what can I do ? could anyone please help me?
ThanksEither that or you can just buy an iTunes card and put it on the account. I've have itunes account for a long time so maybe this plays a part in it but I don't have a CC tied to my account. I have the option to choose "none" and that's what I have it as. I used to have a card on there years ago but I removed it and never had to have another on it. Any purchases I make come from iTunes credits (iTunes card or credits I got from redeeming rewards).

When you set up your Apple ID, did you enter a credit card? That's usually all you need to do. Even for free apps. Also, the credit card need to be issued in the country of the App Store you use. Now, there is a way to set up an Apple ID without a credit card, but it's (IMHO) a good idea to have one on the account incase you ever do want to purchase a paid for app, or want to make an in-app purchase. I've had a CC tied to my Apple ID for several years now. Not once have I had a charge that wasn't mine or any billing issues whatsoever.

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then restart your iPad.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, then swipe the slider to power off.
Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Then try the App Store. -
After i redeemed my itunes gift card, i can't purchase anything in the app store or itunes store. When i press purchase, the security questions page will pop up and after you answered all questions it will force restart my iphone. Can anyone help me?

Recently I have not been able to purchase songs from my iTunes on my phone, but can purchase apps with no issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
If this is an Alienware system, the most likely culprit is the Bigfoot Networks LSP as per the following document:

Head to the Downloads and Drivers page at Dell for your particular model of Alienware. Look for available updates for your BigFoot networking device. If you update those drivers, does that give you back your Store access? -

I can't purchase anything from the App Store, or iTunes.
I go onto the App Store, and update something. It then comes up with a message telling me that I have to check my billing information. I've entered all my personal credit card details correctly, but then tells my that my payment method is invalid. It doesn't just happen with paid stuff, it happens with FREE stuff too. I've bought lots of games off the App Store before, and there's been no problem with my payment method, until now.
Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if it then works.

I have set up iTunes and iCloud with my computer and my iPhone 4S but have not been able to determine whether contacts on Microsoft Office Outlook can be transferred from the pc computer to the phone. Is transfer possible using iTunes or iCloud or other method to transfer the contacts. If so, what are the steps for making the transfer successful.

This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.
