If I were you I would first make sure CS6 was deactivated or signed-out. Then download Adobe's cleaner and remove cc, CS6 and any other creative application installed including Creative Cloud desktop application. Then install CS6 and use your CS6 serial number during the install to activate CS6 standard or extended which ever the serial number is for. CS6 Version 13.0 should the be activated. That level of CS6 is extremely bug ridden so be sure to the use CS6 menu Help>Updates to get CS6 updates. Windows should update to version 13.0.1.3 Mac to version 13.0.6. Not Subscription CS6 version 13.1.2...

You should ask your relative to physically take the iPhone to the store rather than shipping it because as diesel vdub has said:
"No Apple store will accept an iPhone shipped to them"
All you have to do is safely pack and ship your iPhone from the Philppines to your California-based relative.

Last update clearly informed me that Dashlane did not work with the update. I read the information this morning before downloading and did not see that once again, Dashlane will not work. I must have access to my passwords. Do I have any recourse other than re-installing the last version of Firefox? Or, using Safari in the interim so I can use iCloud to reveal passwords?

I bought a new Droid Razr Maxx six months ago and now it does not work..
So I bought my new Droid six months ago because the battery life was supposed last a long time. Recently, my battery usage time has started depleting. The phone only stays charged for MAYBE half a day where I used to go over a day without charging it. It has also started shutting off at random times and freezes up often. When I make/receive calls, no one can hear me. My keyboard malfunctions as well.
My contract is not up until February of 2014. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to get a new phone (iPhone 5) without paying the ETF or the full price of the phone? Just bought a new ipod touch a month ago. Went into itunes to burn music and had an update to download which I did. Then I get a message that my ipod has gone into recovery mode. It's locked up with a black screen with iTunes logo and picture of a plugin on the screen. Tried to restore it as recommended but itunes said this device isn't eligible for the requested build. Error codes 3194 and 17. This is very frustrating considering the cost of the ipod and how new it is. Now what do I do? Buy another one? Can anybody fix these types of things? Is this a common occurance or am I just unlucky?

Hi, I see I haven't had any responses but these problems haven't been fixed.
I still haven't been able to transfer purchases from my phone to my comp so consequently have stopped purchasing on my phone.
I bought a couple of albums recently via itunes on my comp, and tried to tranfer them to my phone via a playlist, but the sync often crashes. One album transferred except for one song, and the other hasn't at all. What happens is that when I autofill from a playlist it often hangs for ages on the first song and then I have to quit the application altogether as nothing happens for ages. Basically, the whole Itunes software freezes.
After this I find it hasn't transferred any songs, but they do appear greyed out on my phone, which means it has transferred some basic data such as the titles, but not the song itself. When I try to repeat the process to complete the transfer Itunes tells me that it can't transfer because the songs are already on the phone, but they are not!! I can't click or remove on the greyed out items, so now I have a couple of almost full albums on my computer that I can't tranfer or install on my phone, and a whole bunch of greyed out songs on my phone that I can't play or remove!
The rest of the problems as above still stand. I downloaded the latest itunes OS updates but nothing's changed. I haven't done the very latest iphone update yet though because it says you need to make sure your stuff is backed up, and I don't want to lose the purchases I made on the phone that I can't transfer to my comp. I'm planning on uninstalling itunes completely and reinstalling but I have little faith that this will fix the issue.
Can someone please help at all?? I'm so sick of this! -
