In the iPhoto ratings there are alot of other people facing this problem I hope somebody can help me. thank you in advance
If you have OS X 10.6.8 as you state you can not get iphoto form the App store - you must have Yosemite OS X 10.10. installed to download iphoto 9.6 from the App store
If Nothing happens then you need to contact App store support - link is on the right of the App store window

The following Knowledge Base article offers up some basic steps to try for reinstalling an app:
iOS: An app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open.

Reinstall the app
Remove the app from your device and reinstall it. Remember that deleting an app also deletes its data.
Delete the app.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store and download the app again.
Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.
If the download stops, you can resume it.
If the issue persists, then you may want to try and sync the application to your iOS device using your computer by following the information in this article, under the section "Download previous purchases on Mac or PC":

Upgrade Paths to Snow Leopard, Lion, and/or Mountain Lion
You can upgrade to Mountain Lion from Lion or directly from Snow Leopard. Mountain Lion can be downloaded from the Mac App Store for $19.99. To access the App Store you must have Snow Leopard 10.6.6 or later installed.
Upgrading to Snow Leopard

First quit all apps (Double tap the Home button and swipe the app preview page up) and try a reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)
Check your Restrictions:
Settings > General > Restrictions
Is it in Settings?
Try deleting from here: Settings > General > Usage > iBooks > Delete App
Then redownload -

Click "Browse my computer for driver software."

In the "Install from Disk" dialog, click the Browse button.
Use this window to navigate to the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers.
Double-click the "usbaapl" file. (This file will be called "usbaapl64" if you have a 64-bit version of Windows. If you don't see "usbaapl64" here, or if there is no Drivers folder, look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers. instead).
Click OK in the "Install from Disk" dialog.
Click Next and finish the driver-installation steps. Open iTunes to verify that the device is recognized properly. -

i had problems with my computer so had to do a factory reset downloaded firefox and all emails and passwords are gone i am new to this and didnt know how to back them up i need these emails and passwords back
If you've reset your Windows setup by doing a factory reset and you didn't make a backup of the personal data in the Firefox Profile Folder before doing this then I'm afraid that all data that Firefox stores in the Firefox Profile Folder is lost.

Hello today I wanted to download an app on my ipod touch infact its a game and as usual it asked for my appl id and password so I entered them but next it asked me to enter my passowrd againg and answer the secret question I submited when I first got my Ipod touch, the problem is i cant remember the question neither the answer,so is there a way I can find out what my secret question is and the answer of course I would appreciate youre help.

It got A new router today and wanted to turn on apple tv but my remote app on iPad and iPhone will not recognize apple tv. Btw- I do not have apple tv remote.
It reboots it but unplugging can also rectify communication issues like this. A restore would be the next step.
