What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system is it running?
If you are using Premiere Elements 13, have you updated it to 13.1 yet? If not, please do so using an opened project's Help Menu/Updates.
What type of user account are you using....local administrator or domain type?

When I download a file with firefox 4 Downloads Window opens but downloading file name doesn't appear there. If I keep Downloads Window open further downloads appear in it but if i close it and reopen it again it appears blank, all downloaded file names are disappeared. Please confirm that you have used firefox safe mode and still see the problem, by doing the following:
# open firefox - use any profile

# you should now see an options dialogue with a list of check box options,
#*you may get a confirmation option, if so accept it

Now try the downloading, whilst we know you are in safe mode.
# once a download has completed, use the option to open the containing folder that you see in your download manager
## does that option work ok,
## does it open a folder with downloads in it, make a note of the folders path/location/name
## do you see the downloaded file you just downloaded
## if so regardless of what the downloads folder says you have found the downloads
## close firefox and the folders with the downloads
## are you now able to reopen the 'containing' folder and find the downloads <br />( use Windows Explorer, not clicking on firefox, - firefox is closed)
## close the folder again
## open firefox, this time no need to be in safe mode
## look again for the containing folder whose name you noted down, does it still contain the downloads

Hello I have a problem with a Wifi Survey app, this app is from Access Agility, however this app was working fine, but without advise stop of working, I tried to open again, but app be close after few seconds. Every time that I tried to open it, in diagnostic and use create some files, in special one named LatestCrash-WifiSurvey.plist, this one generate an incident identifier E73B0164-CDFA-4E9E-839E-A0C021BD17A2, but this incident identifier change every time that I tried to open, the last incident identifier is: DE600EB3-AB57-4C33-8DE8-71F6788A7441.
After of it, I checked that the app had a new version available for downloading, I took a backup of my ipad and then upgrade this app, but is the same problem, all I want is to save the projects I had in this app, I´m afraid that if I delete this app and re-install it, probably I loss my projects.
Thanks for your help indicating how I can save my projects and see them for example in an iphone for assurance that data is not lost.
Something that called my attention is part of the log that shows a big CPU processing, but the strange thing is I killed all applications.

That is incorrect. You can install Windows on a Mac, any Mac, without having OS X installed on it.
To the OP you will need the original system reinstall USB thumb drive that came with your Mac Air if it is older than a Mid 2011 model or if it is newer than a Mid 2011 model you use the Online Internet recovery system.
If you don't have that original reinstall USB thumb drive you can order one from Apple for a small charge. Call Apple and ask to speak to someone Specifically to order a Replacement USB system reinstall thumb drive for your model year. You will need the serial number of that Air. It is etched into the bottom of the case.

I take it you haven't unticked any of the songs listed on your iTunes Library? Also have you tried selecting all your songs which you wish to add to your iPod, and dragging them over your Devices "iPod Nano"; and seeing if that copies all songs on to your iPod?
Another idea is just check that your iPod has enough space for the rest of your songs to be added to your device.
