hello my problem is im my the new ipads touch// yesterday I was download one game in app store after 5min this touch was hanging and I cant do with this touch and I hold this power and it go to lock/ to day I cant (slide to unlock) but this home botton and vol and sensors are ok I dont have any problem but this touch is hang what can I do????

Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

If you spilled champagne on it, chances are not good. If you haven't alredy DO NOT turn it on or charge it. I would immediately take it to the Genius Bar and see if they can clean it up before.
Had the same problem with a 15" MBP and a tea spill and I did the opposite. Trashed the Logic & Keyboard Assembly. Cost to repair was going to be more than what I paid for a computer so ended up having to replace it.

I have a very big problem with my mac book pro. It continously looses the wifire connection. This happens every 5-10 minutes and is getting to be a very big irritation. I have tested my wifiresignal

I have testet the wifi signal and had my router checked - both are fine.

First you should check on another Wifi to see if it's your Lion machine.
If it only occurs on your Wifi, then perhaps you have local interference and need to set the router on another channel far from others.
You can install a free program called KisMAC that you set your Driver Preferences to Apple Airport Extreme Passive Mode, enter your Admin password and monitor your local Wifi signals, see if you cna pin point the cause of your interference or meddler.
If your not running WPA2 with AES and a 12 plus random character/letter/number password for both Admin and Internet access use only then you should seriously consider doing so.

Does anyone else have issues with Verizon LTE service on the new iPad?

I have the new iPad. I have noticed that issues with the LTE signal have gotten progressively worse. When my iPad is sitting in 1 spot it will switch from 3 bars, to no service, to 3 bars, and so fourth. I might be on a website, or in an app that is using data and it works great. Then at random it says No Service again. I just added my iPad to my Verizon account with their new family data plan, so they sent me a brand new SIM card. I feel like I can rule that out.
I just want to know if anybody else has an issue with their iPad dropping service at random and jumping all over the board. I also have an iPhone on Verizon and it is with me always, I never have this problem with the iPhone. My iPad will say No Service but my iPhone will show nearly full service.
Just to add, I have switched off LTE for periods of time to see if things change. (that way both my iPhone and iPad are on 3G so I can compare) Things are no different when just running LTE.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I am under warrenty and I have Apple Care. I hate taking stuff in and replacing it if I don't need to.
I am also signed up with a developer account through Apple, and my iPad has iOS 6 beta. This problem did not start with the beta software. It was the case before and after. I guess I was hoping if it was an issue Apple would address it with one of the revisions in iOS 6, but now I am starting to wonder if it is hardware.

I purchased a new ipad3 and have gotten all of my previously purchase apps loaded. Can I now perform an erase and delete all data on the old ipad without doing harm to my itunes account and my new pad?

I just bought the new iPad over the weekend. Restored from the old iPad backup - got everything moved onto the new one gave the old one to my daughter - wiped my 4 email accounts off of the old device and then she proceeded to delete all but about 3 apps from the thing. It had no effect on my new iPad.

I Have a Very BIG Problem

I'm trying to get one of my CS4 project to work in CS5 but one of the video files that I used is I guess not compatible with CS5. I reinstalled CS4 and tried opening it, but it had a start up error while initializing media core. I figured out that if I uninstall quick time then I can open it up. But the video file is a .mov with a png codec. What that means is that without Quicktime, After Effects can't decode it. I can't convert the video file because as far as I know the png codec in a .mov file is the only video file that as far as I know works with opacity and transparency. If you have a solution to one or many of these problems please leave a post down below.

Why not? What's stopping you to use a PNG, PSD, TGA or TIFF image sequence, all of which support Alpha/ transparency? that aside, CS5 handles QT files just fine, but it would seem that you have a permission or other problem that prevents the relevant service from being launched, so please provide some more details about your system and as a minor test, try to run as administrator.

You probably used your backup, or iCloud backup.
If she wants to restore it back, she must have a backup before. On iTunes, click Restore iPhone and choose her backup.
If she doesn't, she has to start fresh.

Big problems with updating the new Firmware to my Zen To

Hi, I'm new and not sure, if this problem has occured to other users too.
I wanted to update my Zen Touch. I'm trying this now for over month. My Zen Touch had to been send to Creative two times already and as it looks now, I will have to send it to them for a third time.
Everytime I start the firmware update, the Zen touch crashes and is not recognized by the PC anymore. No way, to fix it from here. I have tried the AutoUpDate option and the manual one. Both with the same result.
Last time I send the Zen Touch to Creative I have asked them, if they couldn't install the new firmware, before sending it back to me. Unfortunatly they didn't and now I have the same problem again.
It dri'ves my crazy! I would like to have the newest firmware, but obviously I cannot get it installed from my PC.
Did anybody of you have this problem too? Or does anybody know a way to solve the problem. I don't want to send it back in. I already couldn't use it now for 4 or 6 weeks. I'm realy pretty angry.

Are you trying to install the v2 PlayForSure firmware?
Ordinarily the process should work unless there is some connection issue with your PC. You might want to try the process on another suitably specced PC, but it depends what state your player is in now.

On 9th of this month , i erase my another device from my "find my iphone " app , after ther i write on my phone the icloud acc and when i want to press on that iphone's back-up , i can't find it , i must say that , on my another device , when i enter settings -> icloud -> storage -> manage storage , i can see that back-up and it have 8.9 gb .... what's the problem ? i lost so many photos and i really want them back....

1. Open Control Panel and go to Device manager.
2. Scroll down the network adapter section and you will see “Blackberry #3? or something similar like one for Blackberry Device and the other for Blackberry Virtual Private Network.
3. No matter what the name was, double-click on the additional item named BlackBerryDevice with exclamation mark, go to Drivers tab and click Uninstall button.
4. There is a Monitor with magnifying glass icon at the top right of Device Manger. CLick on it to scan for hardware Changes. Now re-plug your Z10 in back again.

We have a very big issue here, Patch Tuesday didn't work correctly yesterday, and the patches took all the free drive space away.
Before we started with the Patches, we had one Gig of free space on our hard drive, now we are down to less than 10 Megs!!!
What happened is that the patches didn't work, we had to try them 7 times, and every time they created a 'temporary restore point' which we don't know where that point is.
The server has crashed twice since, we were able to place it back online but we're afraid it will crash again.
We have several customers on that server, we are very worried,

For Facebook try one of the facebook apps e.g. the 'official' Facebook app
To sync photos, connect and select your iPad on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, and on the right-hand side there should be a series of tabs, one of which should be Photos - if you select that tab you can then select which photo folders to sync to the iPad. There is a bit more info on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236 . You will need to sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad - not including photos in a subsequent sync is how you delete them from the iPad.
(And don't type in capitals, it is considered SHOUTING so people are less likely to reply, and it makes it harder to read)

hello there i was very happy untill this morning with my new bt infinity package which was installed last tuesday.i have only just realised with horror that i have taken delivery of the wrong tv box.we have chosen a humax youview box when we should have opted for a bt vision+ box so we could receive the extra 18 channels and sport.we ordered over the phone and i was told it was just a matter of paying a £10 fee to get espn and i didnt realise the extra channels i was paying an additional £12.50 for was the six packs add on which is completely different.anyway i rang up this morning and was told it would cost £199 to change boxes!!!!!!.is this correct??.if so ive got a year with a useless box with next to nothing i want to watch!!.what are my options please.
on the plus side i am delighted with the phone and broadband!!

It is scheduled for the summer but lime all schedules it could slip. It requires an update to the software

I have a desktop K7-ll74PC. The Icons have gotten very big. how to reset.

My icons have gotten very big and I have called support but to no avail. They are just reading from a manual and I am beside myself to find the right solution. I have reset the computer many times per the help desk. I am ready to return the computer and moniter.

Hello banditsmask, You might try resetting the screen resolution to a higher resolution.
Right click on the desktop and select screen resolution and slide the slider tab to a resolution of your choosing.
If the resolution is set to 800x600, the icons would be very large. Setting the resolution to a hgher setting will make everything on the screen look smaller.
It appears the model number you listed is incorrect, since the HP support site could not locate a system with the model number you listed.
