I wish, essentially you have an image file of your personal information integrated with parts of IOS in the cloud server. If you had it on your computer - you could use one of the software extractors (bunch with google search, paid and free). From icloud server it can be restored to other iphone, ipod touch, ipad - then backed up or imported to computer for you. Then that other device can return to your friend or family member. That is the only way I can think of.

I'd defiantly try a factory reset first to see how things look afterwards.
Its safe to say IOS8 is buggy for me and I'm sure Apple will fix many of the issues soon. The main problems I have experienced to date on a factory reset iPad Mini are as follows:
General system slow down.
Safari is very slow to render web pages, this could be WIFI related.
The keyboard seems slow to respond especially within Safari.
I opened a new email earlier this morning and it caused the iPad to auto reboot. Thats a first for me on an Apple device.
The ability to make / receive a call on your iPad always seems to fail for me. My iPad will ring when a call is received I will answer but it will immediately fail to connect. The same happens on outgoing calls.
Battery life on first impressions seems to have suffered since the upgrade.

You can get your IMEI through iTunes, assuming you have backed up your iPhone using iTunes.
Open iTunes' preferences (under iTunes in the menu bar). Choose the "Devices" tab, and hover your cursor over the iPhone entry. The IMEI will appear.
I suspect knowing the IMEI will not do you a whole lot of good, but for what it's worth ... that's how to get it.

The app and the library are two separate entities. What version of iPhoto were you running? Do you have Time Machine? If so just go back in time in the Applications folder and restore the iPhoto application from the last backup that included it.
If your Mac Pro came with Snow Leopard or earlier pre installed then use the disks that came with the Mac to do a custom install of iPhoto. Then update iPhoto to the version you were using.
If Lion came preinstalled on your Mac go to the App Store, log ing with the Apple ID that was used to purchase your Mac Pro, go to purchases and download iPhoto.

Depends on where these photos came from. If they were synced from a computer, you'll need to sync them off by unchecking the folder the pictures are in from iTunes on the computer.

You have quite muddied up the waters, I'm afraid. Assuming you now have a single GUID partition formatted Mac OS Extended, Journaled, you should try reinstalling Lion:

Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Actually, Reader SHOULD keep showing documents that no longer exist, I disagree. It's no big deal, and people will quickly realise why they can't open the file. They open more files, the old ones move off.
The REASON why it should not check is that checking whether a file exists can take a long time when things aren't good. For instance if a file server goes down, or a memory card is unplugged. That in turn would mean delays opening the File menu, and I've seen some software that can sit there for several minutes. That would really give people something of which to complain...

Yes I know what you mean about it cluttering the thread and for personal emails it is better without the signature. However this relates to sending business emails from an iPhone so I need the signature present on every email.
