We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
The reset link for the security question will send the email to your rescue email account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 - that is the email account that you are checking, and you've checked the spam folder on it as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again ?
If you aren't receivineg the email then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to view your rescue email address to check that it's correct, in case you need to use it in the potential future use

This is not a feature of iPhone, iPad or iOS.
Bluetooth is supported for stereo headsets/speakers, handsfree telephone
devices/headsets, some keyboards, some peer-to-peer apps from the
app store and internet tethering where provided by the carrier.

No, no one here can help you, & neither can/will Apple. Only Orange can authorize the unlocking of your phone, & typical of most carriers, they will only do so for customers using the phone on their network.
Either establish service with Orange, then request the phone be unlocked, or sell it to someone that can use it on their network. -
I just got an iPhone 4 and I'm trying to use it on the t mobile network. The thing is, I've tried restoring the phone so I could use it. I haven't tried my sim on other phones yet. But I will try to see if it works. The iPhone is supposedly factory unlocked btw. Anyways, when I put in my tmobile sim, it searches for the service, but it always ends up saying NO SERVICE. I checked that my network says that the "phone not allowed". So I don't have 3G on this phone I presume. I heard that you need 3G to have service is that correct? But how do I resolve it? The iPhone does know that my phone carrier is tmobile. It just says no service. And I've tried restoring it three times and turning it off and on and it won't work. I don't have a data plan for tmobile tw! Hopefully someone can help! Thank you so much in advance!
If a phone is sold from one friend to another and wants to use it on a different carrier the friend can contact the carrier it was sold by to request it unlocked. I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. Well, assuming all of the above, Notifications, etc., it just might be time for a visit to the Apple tore genius center for a session with the techs. See if it is a fault in the hardware or just an iOS reinstall is the answer.
One more thing you could try, backup so you have a record of content, then restore to factory conditions be an Erase All Contents and Settings. Then restore from the backup you just made. That has helped some with WiFi problems, may be it would work with your problems.
But with that behavior of another app with problems, the geniuses looks like a less stressful thing to do. -

When moving countries, do we then need to create a new apple id to purchase from our new country?
I have logged into my apple id in a browser (not itunes) to change my country details so that I can register my CC information to purchase from my new country. "Changing countries option" is not provided.
The only solution I can see is creating a new apple id for my new country. Which means loosing purchased apps on my phone as well as not being able to access music purchased in my previous apple id (unless manually burning to CD and importing again that way).

I'm desperately trying to solve my problem to Buy Book, using Aperture 3 and MacBook Pro. I have tried using re-entering my current account and creating another account (created in Apple Store and not Apperture), used the Aperture Library First Aid (repaired permissions and databases), transfered the preferences to the desktop etc., only did not restore the library and reinstalled Aperture (bought it over the Mac App Store).
Please help, I realy wish this book.

I just got my first iPhone. I really like it but it will not accept my apple ID. It keeps telling me the password or id is wrong. I know it is write due to I use it for iTunes and it works find there. Can anyone help me or do I need to call tech support?
ThanksEnded up calling apple and got this fixed. Had to change id since it was made years ago with the old style of IDs.

Hi the thing is that iOS doesn't up...And if does it only shows up Chinese. I really want to change the language to English but there is yet another problem. The thing is that the iPhone doesn't work with my Laptop and everytime I plug it in it doesn't show up. I've tried logging in but there is a thing that shows which has something to do with iOS and don't understand it because it is in Chinese. Return it for a credit. Buying things like phones and computers on eBay is not a good idea. If the person refuses to refund your money, use the eBay appeal process since you were sold something that does not work.

Ok...I finally got home & am able to play around w/ my new iPhone 4.
I logged onto my iTunes account and a screen popped up saying "An iPhone has previously been linked to this computer"..Then I get 2 options:
-Set up as new iPhone
-Restore from the back up of
And then I get the options to restore from my fiancee's iTouch and the 1 I used to have.
By the way...we've never had iPhones before so for It to say that 1 was previously registered is odd...we've only had iTouch's.
Anyways...I would like to transfer my apps. over.
What do I do here?
Do I resore from my iPod touch that I had or do I set up as a new phone?
And If I set up as a new phone...can I still bring my apps over?

I just got the iPhone 5s and I'm trying to restore the data from my backup.
I just plugged in my iphone to my laptop and my old iCloud account (which I don't use anymore) is the one that backed up my new phone instead of my new one. Now my problem is that I can't get access on my current iCloud account because my old iCloud account requires a password which i don't remember anymore. (NOTE: I changed my iCloud and apple acount because my old email got hacked). Question is, How do I access my current account and use it as my active iCloud account?

I'm new to having a mac so if anyone could help me out that'd be great. Is there anything different with plug ins for the internet when it comes to mac? so confused
If you have already downloaded it, have you installed it yet? I know the most recent Flash plug-in isn't optimized for Chrome, but Safari works just fine with it. There should be an arrow pointing down in your upper right hand corner of the screen. If you tap on that, it will list your downloads. Tap on the Flash download and you should be able to follow the prompts to install the plug-in.

I just got my iPhone today from Sprint and connected it to iTunes but it's telling me iTunes was unable to load provider data from sync services. My Safari works somewhat fine but my apps won't load... what's wrong? They're able to start up and then they tell me they're unable to connect. My e-mail that was supposed to be set up earlier disconnected and wouldn't work until I reconnected my wifi and worked for a moment I believe. Now on the bottom of my inbox it keeps saying "checking for mail..." On top of that I think my safari randomly slows down at times because when I started typing this I could move around websites fine and now it's barely loading.
Time for a restore. Once you do make sure you set the phone up as a new iPhone.

What version of iTunes do you have? You must have iTunes 10.7 or later. iTunes 11 is the latest.
If you are using iTunes 11 use the View menu to View Sidebar and then connect your phone. Does it now show up in the left sidebar?
