Hello, I recently downloaded a trial version of Lightroom and then decided to get the monthly photoshop membership. Now, when I launch Lightroom, my choices are to enter a serial number to continue the trial. On the adobe website, it says "You can convert your trial to a Creative Cloud complete or single-app membership by purchasing on the Creative Cloud website. After you purchase your membership, your desktop product trial will automatically be licensed upon relaunch." But this is not the case. I do not want to risk losing my catalog and the work I have already done in Lightroom, so what should I do?

These two things need to be remedied in their upgrades because It's become such a bother I've had to revert to older versions of PS.

Yea, and it's a pain to get to. What was the rational for removing the print size button? With the magnifying glass tool selected in older versions of Photoshop you would get a button that says "print size" right next to Actual pixels, Fit Screen, Fill Screen. Now I have to go out of my way and dig for it if I want to see the print size. Of all the buttons you could have taken away, why not fill screen? I never use that.
Besides the point I just downloaded the Oct Upgrade for PS and surprise! Nothing has changed and these are two big black eyes on newer versions of Photoshop. The Brush preview window is unchanged in CC but in CC2014 it's basically worthless. If you apply a texture to a brush you can't properly see the scale of the texture, the spacing, scatter, etc...

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. Before you sync your iPhone make sure that all the music that was synced to your phonereviously has been copied to your iTunes on the new MacBook Pro. Then when you connect your phone you will be able to either sync all music or select only those playlists that you want on the phone.

That message means this the computer/iTunes library is not the one syncing computer/library for that iPod. You have two choices:
- Do the syncing/updating on the syncing computer/library.
- Make this computer/library the syncing computer/library

You can't update the original iPad beyond iOS 5.1.1 so if you were already running that version, there was no reason to wipe the iPad to try to update.

There's no difference between the installer on the disk and that available online.
You can download Acrobat 10 Pro from : http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
and use the purchased serial number to activate the software.

Computer asked me to download an updated version of firefox and then I lost all my bookmarks

I accepted an updated version of Firefox and then all my bookmarks disappeared. I tried to restore my computer to before the time I accepted the update and now firefox browser does not open.

This can be caused by a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
