Hello, I was going to have my presentation on my macbook air. But when I putted it up on the big screen it wasn't a normal presentation. There was two pages at the time and a timer came up. How can I fix this as fast as posible? Thank's in advance.

Your MacBook is using the big screen as the Presenter Display, and the MacBook Air display as the Show display. Tap the 'x' key to swap them during the show.

The hold switch is likely faulty and will need to be replaced. Apple will exchange your iPod out for a refurbished one of the same size and generation for a flat fee.

There are several third party services out there who will actually swap out the lock switch for a new one for a much cheaper cost.
Otherwise, you can purchase the replacement part and put it in yourself using one of the many guides found online.

I updated the IPAD with the latest update and now when I turned the IPAD on, I get the itunes logo and then nothing else. How can I fix this to let me use my IPAD?
YOU ARE IN RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -
When I go to update my apps another apple ID comes up. I tried signing out and signing back in. How can I fix this?

had similar issues with my macbook(2010 running lion) and after a few restarts it would not restart anymore and is at the service center since saturday. i would suggest you do not use iTunes until this issue is addressed. seems to be macbooks that are having freeze up issues.

Solution 1
Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed.

1. Double-click the Home button to close all Inactive Apps in Task Bar
2. Hold the Apps in Task Bar down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close Apps
4. Tap center of screen to return to Home Screen

Deauthorizing all is definitely the way to go. You will just need to authorize your computer again after, as well as your husband's.

When anyone sends me a Word document via email as an attachment and I attempt to print it out, my printer always spits out a blank page. All Word documents seem to arrive using Times New Roman font. I must then return to the document, select all, reassign a different font, and it then prints okay. How can I fix this? It appears that Times New Roman font is part of my Font Book, and each version of the font (Italic, etc.) appears there in duplicate.

Open the Font Book again, select the Times New Roman font set.
You'll see the duplicate warning. Select the fonts and go up to the EDIT menu,
and go down to RESOLVE DUPLICATES.
You might check for other duplicates while you're there, and resolve them.
RESTART your Mac to have the changes take effect.
Then try your docs again.

My wife got a couple (2) pics in email from a friend. She used "quick view" and clicked "save to iPhoto" now her iPhoto icon is gone and was replaced with a Note pad with pens? It wont open iPhoto? I went to Finder to iPhoto and it actually has one of the pictures as icon? If you click on it nothing happens. i went to the plug in and pics are still there. How can I fix this?
