For small amount of files, a regular USB stick or drive, it's already formatted with a MBR and FAT32 most likely which works both on PC's and Mac's.
External drives if you need more space.
However FAT (or Fat32 or MSDOS) has a 4GB file size limit. So if your transfering files bigger than that then you need to format it exFAT on the Windows machine.
Vista and Win 7 can do this, Windows XP one can download a free exFAT upgrade from Microsoft.
Mac's can read/write the MBR and FAT/exFAT (10.6.5 and later) formats, it's best to format it on the Windows machine, even though the Mac can format it too, it's better to do it on Windows then take it to the Mac to confirm.

A day ago, my phone was freaking out, saying all these apps had stopped working, so I turned off and immediately after turning it off the dual core screen with the red M came up and wont turn back on or off. I tried to wipe the cache data and the green droid came up and a little red warning triangle came up with an exclamation point in it came up and then went back to the dual core screen.

Nope. Because you share the same account there is no way to retrieve it. You should both have separate iCloud accounts. You both can use the same account for the App Store but you should have a separate account for everything else.

You need to find out who the carrier was in Switzerland and see if they will unlock the device. The carrier with the lock is the only one that can authorize the unlock. You may need to check with the original owner and see if they can get it unlocked by the carrier if you do not qualify.

Legality aside (I'm not a lawyer and have no opinion on the matter) in order to make a purchase of an iPhone 5 you would need to travel to a country where they are for sale and purchase it there. Be sure to get one that is officially unlocked or you would not be able to use it with your cell carrier. Be sure that your carrier supports use of the iPhone before you buy. Also note that the warranty of the iPhone is only valid in the country of purchase.

I bought my iPhone 4 locked from USA. I leave in Cyprus and i want to know if there is a way to get it unlocked. Could it be changed to an unlocked one with a fee paid to apple.
If you purchased the phone from a person, you need to find out which carrier they used and go to them to see if the will unlock it. If you purchased it from a carrier, give them a call to see what they will do.

I am sorry to hear that you lost your iPad Air 2. You will only see the last location if it has been off for less than 24 hours. Anything longer than that, it will not show up using the Find My feature. Take a look at the article below for more information.

What I mean by wave is like radio channels' waves! Ex. 104.1Your statement makes no sense.
Have you tried basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide to rule out some setting in the device preventing the speaker from working?
Is the mute switch on?

How do I undo whatever went wrong after installing the latest update to Photoshop 2014 and suddenly when I tried to paint or touch up my illustration (book cover I'd drawn and painted, then scanned in and continued painting, changing. It's mostly done but I needed to send it like yesterday!!) OR touch up a photograph, black-like oily smudge-like substance sprayed around the point of the brush. I tried to fix by resetting but really didn't know what to do and probably made it worse. However, the problem happened after I updated the Photoshop Creative Cloud 2014 on my desktop 8.1 Windows and after a Tech helped update the regular CC Photoshop on my laptop 2007, 64 bit Windows to 2014. He promised to call back after giving it time to install but didn't for whatever reason on Friday. That happened to go up to the same update I did on my Windows 8.1 Windows. I have this deadline and really stressed. COULD IT BE THE UPDATE OR BOTH. REGARDLESS, CAN SOME EXPERT HELP ME UNDO WHATEVER THE UPDATE AND/OR I DID? The easiest option would to purchase a backup hard drive and store your data there. Hard drives are getting cheaper all the time, and all you have to do is drag and drop. Lots of good choices here, but I've had good luck with the super-reliable G Drive and the Seagate Freeagent Go.
When it comes to transferring the DVD, there are some legal ambiguities to address. Strictly speaking, by strict application of copyright law, it's even illegal to copy content you own. In short, if you purchased a DVD, it can't be copied. However, "fair use" is often used to justify copying content - movies or software - that you've paid for already. That means you'll have to "rip" the DVD. Since powers at Apple are likely to object to fair use arguments, you'd best to investigate the details on your own.
