If your music and books all came from iTunes you can download it again without charge. If you had maintained an iCloud backup of your phone you can restore that backup and get all of your content back.

If a new SIM is activated on the same account for the same number, any existing SIMs for that number are deactivated.

If you don't have Find My iPhone on, you can't lock it. You should report it to your carrier and your carrier might blacklist the phone from use. -
So pretty much what the title says. So my Iphone was stolen and it was updated to the newest IOS and I attempted to back up the info to an IPAD, but when I attemped it said the IPAD was to old, since its version 5.1.1. I was just wondering if there was anyway to get the data from my backup on my computer for an app and copy it to the IPAD.

For iTunes purchased music you might be able to re-download it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. For music from other sources (e.g. copied from CDs) then unless you had subscribed to iTunes Match and uploaded it to it from your computer then no, it won't be stored anywhere

Unfortunately if you did not set up 'Find My iPhone', there is no way to remotely track or wipe the device.
