HELP ANSWER ASAP PLEASE PLEASE THIS IS URGENT!
Okay maybe not sooo urgent but sort of. Please answer ASAP. Okay here is what happened while I was on my iPad (actually my daughter's iPad) but when she asked to buy a song I said that she could. So she decided to buy "Payphone" by Adam Levine the clean version. So after she clicked "buy song" she entered her password correctly and it accepted it. It said it was downloading and we went to where to see how long it takes for it to download. Then after is finished then she went to her music app (the one that came on the iPad). And it wasn't there! She tried it on her iPod and it did not work! I don't know what the problem is. I saw her and her apple ID was typed correctly. Please help!?!?!?!? Thanks to anyone who answers in advance.
The only other thing I can recommend is to get intouch with iTunes Store support.

Help! asap please, BTwifi home hub/problem with bt...

I have bt home hub and btwifi and I also have a tescomobile mobile phone, which, when I am at home, I would normally use the internet on my phone using my btwifi home hub, as this saves me using my 500mb data allowance.
Since installing this app, I have had a lot of problems.
I cannot connect to my btwifi hub through my phone, and although I am only a week into my tescomobile monthly data allowance I have already used half of it.
I since uninstalled the btwifi app but am still getting problems connecting to the internet via my own home wifi.
I have turned my wifi on, on my phone, but it says H+ at the top of my phone.
On the list of wifi it stil says btwifi with fon.
I phoned bt customer services on 0844 38100010, and the gentleman talked me through installing an app called supremocontrol, and he ran a scan on my computer and said that for the last two weeks, I have had hackers in my computer and I could lose my computer.
He said the hackers have been in for the last two weeks, well, I installed the btwifi app about ten days ago, so that kinda matches.
He tried to get me to install security software at £49.00 but I am on a low income and cannot afford to do this right now or for the forseable future.
What help would I like here?
I would like to know how to connect to my home wifi on my mobile again.
I would also like to know the situation regarding hackers and how to keep my computer safe.
I am currently using microsoft security
I am a bit of a dummy regarding all this technical stuff so no jargon please if you can.

PLEASE this is URGENT!!! itunes encountered problem............
Ok so my sister had put itunes on our computer a verrry long time ago aand what i mean by long time ago is 2-3 years ago. Well my sister didnt want to update ituns ebcause she didnt want to take the time so because itunes was a little slow and from the reviews of other people it looked nice and better. Anyways i updated to version 9.0.1.8 and i was excited to update my ipod touch to version 3.0 but the next day when i had time to update my ipod, the title of this error is "iTunes" and it says "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." when i go to see what the error report contains it say "Error signature-------

MAC OS-X Lion and Error 51 - Help Needed ASAP Please

I have been using the Cisco VPN Client (4.9.01) for Mac under Snow Leopard (10.6.x) without any issues.
Since upgrading to Lion earlier today I am now receiving an Error 51 - unable to communicate with the subsystem.
I found a thread that suggested restarting the system while holding down Opt/3/2 keys to force a 32-Bit restart and the Client will indeed run. However, this is a bandaid patch.
Has Cisco addressed this issue? Is there a better workaround at this time?

In Windows 7 you would need to use the Cisco IPsec client which operates the same way as it does in XP with regards to the pcf. So I am not sure why you are having trouble with Win7, if you are still having trouble with Win7 using the Cisco IPsec client please start a new thread for that specific issue as it is separate and distinct from Mac OS X and using the Mac OS X built in client.

I have not heard of an issue with the Mac OS X Built-in client when properly configured and when the head-end has the security levels necessary.

When I call the method Manager.getSupportedProtocols with a NULL parameters, its return the list [ 'device', 'http', 'https' ]
This means that I only can use theese protocols on my device ? (device, http, https)
Or this return is caused by the NULL parameter ?
I realy need to know this because im my application I�m trying to use a RTP Protocol to do some video streaming. And if it is not supported I must know it now to stop wasting my time...

Playing DVD automatically - answer, asap, please

My client wants their movie to start playing as soon as the viewer puts the disc in the computer, without having to press any "Play" button. Is this possible? Isn't there an auto play feature? I can't find it in the Help Menu.
I don't need any theme for this show, and I know I can eliminate it by deleting the theme to show the first frame of the movie instead. I just want to have the disc start playing when inserted. Your advice gratefully appreciated.

Keith (using iDVD3.0.1)This is actually quite easy. Open the iDVD project, and click the map view (next to the play button at the bottom). In the window that appears, drag the movie from within the menu over the box that says "drag content here to play automatically when disc is inserted." After the movie (or slideshow/whatever) is finished playing, it will automatically return to the main menu.

If your fonts are changing when viewed on other computers - epecially those running windows - you need to look at using web-safe fonts...

Please Help!! This is urgent!! I need it running for class!!!
Got up, turned on computer and heard a click sound after I pressed the power button (it sounded like it clicked on then off) replaced battery, reset PMU, unplugged power chord and any other attatchments and had no response. Tried it a few more times and now there is still no response except for the LED light. Every time I plugg in power, the LED comes on and stays on. Can anyone out there help me? Please!!!!!
