I am not able to activate my iMessage and FaceTime through my numbers it says activation unsuccessful. Can you please help me activate my iMessage and FaceTime.

TS4268 not able to activate my imessage and FaceTime...

not able to activate my imessage and FaceTime...it was working earlier but now it has stopped and just shows waiting for activation and then activation failed. have restored all the possible options but to no avail.
this happened after i had done the erased all setting restore after which i am facing this above mentoned issue. since this issue has come up i have used all the restore options but this issue has not yet solved

To exclude software conflict, i recommend you to make a clean boot and then have a test.
If this issue still persists, i suggest you re-built all COM ports through registry.
Locate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\COM Name Arbiter, delete ComDB key, reboot your computer.

Troubleshooting Apple ID activation
After each step, toggle iMessage and FaceTime off and then on again in Settings > Messages and Settings > FaceTime.
Update to the latest version of iOS.
Ensure that you have an active Internet connection. You can complete activation using Wi-Fi or a cellular data connection. Check your Wi-Fi network using standard Wi-Fi network troubleshooting.
If you receive an error when signing in to your Apple ID, visit myinfo.apple.com, sign in to your account, and ensure that the primary email address has been verified.
Ensure that FaceTime has not been restricted: Settings > General > Restrictions > FaceTime.
In Settings > General > Date & Time, ensure that Set Automatically is on. If Set Automatically is on, but the incorrect time zone is displayed, turn Set Automatically off and then choose the correct time zone, date, and time. Then turn Set Automatically on again.
Enable iMessage and FaceTime while connected to another Wi-Fi network in a different location.
When enabling FaceTime or iMessage on an iPhone, you may see "Waiting for Activation". This message refers to the activation of your telephone number only. Please help me, Before my imessage and facetime is working with my email not my phone number. And then i try to change it with my phone number but always failed (i turned it off and on again but can't verify with my phone number). Then i erased my apple id on imessage and facetime, and the problem started, when i turning it on again and i need to enter my apple id and password, it said incorrect and i need to reset my password. And then i reset my password with a new one, and enter it again but incorrect again. I also try make a new apple id, but incorrect again. Besides, my appstore, game center, icloud can working with my apple id and password... Please help me with this issues...

I can log on Apple ID, however, impossible to activate iMessage and Facetime

I definitely log on my Apple ID, make sure there is no problem about the username nor password and network connection; however; it's constantly a failure of activation for iMessage and Facetime with notification " Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again"
I followed other topics and tried but it didnt work for my case.
Any suggestion or solution to this, pls share. I honestly thank U guys for supports
