  • Find bussiness object as unicode compatible.

    Hi all,
I need to make a business object as unicode compatible.
I run the tcode swo1 and put the name of object in it,
but i was unable to find that screen where i put the unicode check enabled.
    plz help, it is urgent.

I don't know where to set that flag either, but you can run transaction UCCHECK to make sure that your business object doesn't have any unicode related errors. One of the options is 'Check only programs where the unicode flag is not set'.
If you remove the flag your program should be checked for Unicode errors in any case. Running it again with that flag set it shouldn't pick your program if the flag is set.
    Hope that helps,
    Michael

  • Urgent Help Reqd: Delta Problem....!!!

    Hi Experts,
Urgent help reqd regarding follwoing scenario:
I am getting delta to ODS 1 (infosource : 2LIS_12_VCHDR) from R/3. Now this ODS1 gives delta to Cube1. I got one error record which fails when going to cube (due to master data check). And this record would be edited later.
So I thought of re loading cube and using error handling to split request in PSA and load valid records in cube.Later when I have coorect info abt error, I would load erroneous record manually using PSA.
    I did following steps:
1)Failed request is not in cube...(setting is PSA and then into target)....also it has been deleted from PSA.
2)Remove data status from source ODS1.
3)Change error handling in infopackage to valid " Valid records update, reporting possible".
    4)start loading of cube.
But when I did this I got following message :
<b> "Last delta update is not yet completed. Therefore, no new delta update is possible. You can start the request again if the last delta request is red or green in the monitor"</b>
But both my requests in cube and ODS are Green...no request is in yellow...!!
    Now the problem is :
    1) I have lost ODS data mart status
2)how to load valid records to cube, since errorneous record can be edited only after 3- 4 days.
3)How not to affect delta load of tomorrow.
Please guide and help me in this.
Thanks in advance and rest assured I will award points to say thanks to SDNers..

    hi,
I have some idocs extended and its in ECC 6.0. These idocs are used in process integartion as part of project.

You have to ensure that ports are defined with 'Unicode' (RFC destination, XML file port) .. Please check the following OSS Notes regarding the Unicode compliance for extended idocs.

no, that's not a reason you would use a class file.
anyway, your document class variables are defined on the main timeline so to reference them from any timeline you can use:
MovieClip(root).w36;  // for example  (but it's really undesirable to have coding in more than one timeline)

  • Help needed in making a login screen

    hi all,
i need to make a login screen in flash in which a user enters
a password and username and both are checked from an xml file. i
need your help in making it. could anyone redirect me to some
tutorial or if anyone can post the code here, i would really be
    grateful to you. thanks,
    gaurav

First you need to load the xml file that contains the list of
user names and passwords into variables using actionscript.
    Use this tutorial.
    http://www.actionscript.org/tutorials/intermediate/XML/index.shtml
Then compare the value entered by the user with the list of
    usernames and passwords.
    But be aware:
1>All the processing happens on the client machine
2>Extremely insecure if you are after a secure login.
3>and when you update the XML file it won't necessarily
take effect immediately on all the user's machines as they may be
using a cached version of it.
Ideal method is to use server side validation script using
    asp, asp.net, jsp or php.
