HELP!!! When I sign into FaceTime or imessage, when I sign in it makes me sign in again and again until it says that the password is incorrect!!!! I know it correct!!! Please help I can't sign in!!

HELP!!! When I was using imessage on my phone it worked perfectly, but on my ipad, when I sign in it makes me write my password again and again until it says my password is incorrect!! Please help, I know my password is corrcect and I don't know what's going on with imessage.

    I tried wep security and it was on the 128 setting and it did not work.
    Any other suggestions as I looked over the security settings and everything looked ok.
    I saw some old problems like this that mention maybe putting a certain sign like a $before the password on the mac. Have you ever heard of anything like that??

    A few things to try ....
    Settings>WiFi>Your network Name>Forget this Network. Restart your iPad, go back to Settings>WiFi and try again.
    Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. Restart your iPad, go back to Settings>WiFi and try again.
    Reboot your router, unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.
    Reboot your iPad.....Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    Turn off wifi.  Use wireless signal. reenter password at settings.  This should work.  Turn wifi back on if you wish.  Wait for next occurrence within hours or days.  Have not found a permanent preventive solution.  Thinking of replacing my four year old wireless router.

    and I have the recovery.cfg file from NI with this steps :
    1.        Copy the recovery.cfg file, found in the zip folder attached at the bottom of the email, to the thumb drive. 
    2.        With the cRIO device powered off, plug in the USB drive to the controller.
    3.        Hold down the reset button while powering on the controller.  Continue holding the reset button until the status light turns on, then release the reset button.
    4.        Wait for the controller to boot.  This should take less than a minute.
    5.        Check that the password has been reset to the default. (you will still be prompted for a password even if the default is blank)
    6.        Reinstall software to the controller. Using the USB reset will leave the system in a state where it is unable to run LVRT
      I have followed the procedure as mentioned 
    Result: the LED "Status" is permanently blinking.
    Would you please provide as with another alternative so that we can fix this issue.

    Some websites require a special client certficate for access. If you don't have that certficate, you'll have to contact the site operator to find out how to get one.
    Sometimes the problem is caused by a web server that is configured to request an optional client certificate. Safari treats the request as mandatory. In that case, other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome may be able to connect to the site, because they ignore the request.
    The first time you were prompted for a certificate, you may have clicked through a dialog that requested access to the Apple certificate in your keychain that is used to secure the iMessage service. In that case, you may be able to regain access to the site in Safari by doing as follows.
    Back up all data.
    Double-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
