This does not delete the photos in the album, however. If you want the photos deleted, you have to select them and then delete them manually.
Camera Roll photos will ask if you want to delete them when you import the Camera Roll to a computer.
Photo Stream photos are either deleted manually, or you can turn off Photo Stream altogether to remove Photo Stream from your device.

Can't be done on the phone with deleting them individually. You can however download the free app My Contacts Backup. Open this app, tap the preferences (gear) icon on the bottom right, in the screen that opens scroll to the bottom and tap Remove all contacts.

You do not unsync from the Camera Roll. Pictures synced via iTunes are photos that are on the computer and you are putting them on the iPhone.
You should be able to see the phone and the photo folders in Spotlight/Finder, and you should be able to delete from there.

Welcome to the forum.
This will depend on how you set up the Project, when you began.
I create a unique folder/sub-folder, for each Project, and everything is in that hierarchy, the Scratch Disks, Copies of all Assets, etc.. When done, I just Delete the Project's folder, and all sub-folders go with it.
One consideration is if there is a chance that you will ever need to revisit that Project, you might use the Project Archiver first, to get a copy of the entire Project onto, say an external HDD - just in case.

I just changed my icloud email address and now am trying to delete the icloud account on my iphone so I can add the new address. The app will not accept my password to delete the account. I have entered the old password (since this account I am deleting is the old email address) and I have tried to enter the new password that is on the new email account for icloud. Neither is working. I have powered off and tried again, not luck.

Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iPhone and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account if you are not running iOS 8) and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Delete them on the server. If you have Gmail or whatever email provider you have, login and delete them there.

Are you actually selecting the playlist under your nano in Devices? If not, try that nad then hit the "delete"key on your keyboard.
