Are you using a supported carrier? SMS is a carrier feature. Talk to them about it.

I am in the process of educating a client of mine about all aspects of switching.
I was teaching them about Etherchannel the other day, when I realized that I did not know for sure whether or not one could create an Etherchannel and then not trunk it.
Based on some examples I have seen, I am still led to believe it is possible.
I am just trying to think of a practical example of configuring such... The only thing that comes to my mind is if you are NIC teaming a server's two NIC's then we may want to Etherchannel but not trunk?...

You have done what, exactly? If the phone is displaying the iTunes logo/USB cable, you need to connect it to your computer running iTunes. There is no way to bypass that.

My imac will not load after I enter my password. The only thing I get is the arrow from my mouse on top of a blank white screen. Can anyone tell me what this is? I've restarted and turned off several times. I left it on in this state for 8 hours hoping it would reload and work. No luck.

To fix your issue is too complicated and lengthy to go into all of it here, it will require the services of person very familiar and experienced with Mac's to first recover your data and then restore OS X back to a functional state which may or may not require new hardware/software installed.
You can hire the services of a local Mac computer support technician experienced in these matters.
Have them look at your Wifi security/speed, RAM amount, extra storage and computer backup proceedures in the process.

Does the problem occur in both Camera and Photo Booth Apps? If you run the FaceTime App, does the front camera work?
If the front camera never works, you may have a defective iPad. If you are near an Apple company store, the Apple Store Genius can verify the problem, and may replace it on the spot.
If the front camera works for at least one App, try rebooting the iPad. Hold down both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. After a couple of minutes, the iPad will restart. Rebooting will not hurt anything, and may correct your problem.

Cheers!There seems to be a problem with the latest iMovie and purchased iTunes songs. The work around until Apple fixes iMovie is to put the song you need in a playlist, burn them to an Audio CD. Now in iMovie either try adding them directly from the CD, at which point they would be copied into the iMovie project as AIFF files or if that doesn't work (I ca not recall if you can add directly from a CD or not) then reimport the songs from the CD to iTunes (AIFF will work for sure and I have never had issues with music in MP3 format with iMovie projects) then use the reimported version in iMovie.

The malware on that site cannot affect your iPad. In fact, there is no known malware capable of infecting an iPad, unless it has been jailbroken (ie, hacked to allow apps from outside the App Store). The question is, where did you come across this site? -

However your code can be simplified as it seems redundant to me.
Please double check it and try to understand what you can improve.

When I switch libraries I "lose" the majority of the material in my main library (or at least I can't see it) and can only restore it by repairing the database. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can resolve the problem? Thanks
I seem to have found a way around it. Rather than switching libraries by going into files/switch libraries I used Aperture Preferences to change them. I've done it a couple of times and it appears to work OK.
That is an interesting finding. It suggests, that your "Preferences" file "com.apple.Aperture.plist" may have been corrupted and you fixed it this way. Can you now switch between libraries the usual way? If not, I'd try to remove the "preferences" file from the user library to the Desktop and relaunch Aperture.

Next time an app update gets stuck try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons for10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. Wait till your iPad starts on it's own. Try now. Also YouTube is still available. If you can't find it the the app store go to the bottom of the app store page and tap purchased. All your deleted apps will be listed and you can reinstall YouTube from there.
