Do a clean (re)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data when uninstalling.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

i have tried everything but its not working!!! @

1. Download the .dmg file and save it to a folder on your computer.
2. Quit After Effects CS6 if it is running.
3. Double-click the .dmg file to open it, and then double-click the AdobePatchInstaller.app file to launch the patcher.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions. There might be a slight delay before the update progress meter starts moving.

I tired looking up your account using the Adobe ID/email address that you use here in the forums. I don't see any Acrobat purchases tied to that Adobe ID. Did you make your purchase or register Acrobat using a different Adobe ID? If so, please log in to www.adobe.com using that Adobe ID, click Manage Account, and the click Plans & Products. Your registered products should be listed there.

If you can't enter the passcode then you have to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod via iTunes. For ecovery mode see:
iPhone and iPod touch: Unable to update or restore
Note that this requires using the sleep/wake button. If you are not successful then there is nothing else that I know you can do.

It says that I need a password to check details - this I can't remember, it doesn't seem to be the same as the one I use to log on to mail through browser (talktalk) - message says can connect to internet but error with port settings etc which need verifying. Talktalk unable to help further - but as I can't get past password page I am very stuck. Any one help as to how to find out password.... have tried to make a new account but that doesn't seem to wrok either. Am wondering if fault is with computer. Thanks.
